Outdoor games for older preschool children in the fresh air in summer

Description of work: Psychologists, teachers, doctors note a general trend for children's institutions - a decrease in physical activity children, and for preschool child loss in movements is a loss in health, development, knowledge. It is no coincidence that in the program of education and training children in preschool institutions, the issue of health is at the forefront. If we take into account that physical activity is also a condition that stimulates the development of intellectual, emotional and other spheres, then the relevance of this issue becomes obvious.

The game is recognized as the leading activity of the child - preschooler. It causes an active work of thought, contributes to the expansion of horizons, clarification of ideas about the world around us, and the improvement of all mental processes.

senior preschoolers are distinguished by high motor activity, have a sufficient supply of motor skills and abilities; they are better at movements that require speed and flexibility, and their strength and endurance are still small. The child has developed basic motor skills (dexterity, flexibility, speed and power qualities).

Target: to form healthy lifestyle skills, increase social activity, develop speed and dexterity in children older than preschool age within the framework of GEF.

In accordance with this goal, the following tasks are solved:

Educational:

1. The acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities preceding the game activity.

At the bear in the forest

Mushrooms, I take berries,

The bear doesn't sleep

And growls at us!

With the last word, the bear runs out of the den and catches the players. The children run to their house. ( Children imitate movements: pick mushrooms and berries (bend over, straighten up, step over thorny bushes (raise their legs high, crawl under the roots of trees (crawl sideways, pick apples (stand on tiptoes and raise a hand up).

A game "Hunters and Hares" - mobile, a fun game for a large group children.

The rest of the children are "hares", they sit in the "mink" - on the opposite side of the site behind the drawn line. Hunters walk around the area, pretending to look for prey, then hide behind two chairs or simply crouch in the corner of the area.

To the words of the educator "Bunny jump-jump into the green forest," the hares run out to the middle of the site and begin to jump. At the signal "Hunters!" hares run away to their shelters, and hunters hunt them - they aim balls at their feet. Whoever gets hit - those children become hunters. (It is necessary to ensure that the hunters throw the ball with both their right and left hands and only at the feet of the hares).

A game "In the meadow"- dynamic ball game.

As soon as "watchman" sits on a chair "hens" sneak into "garden" and begin to run there, peck, cackle. "Watchman" notices "hens" and drives them out of the garden - claps his hands, sentencing: “Shoo! Shh!". "Chickens" run away. "Watchman" bypasses "garden" and sits down again. The game is restarted.

A game "Zhmurki"- a dynamic game that develops well the hearing, attentiveness, coordination and reaction of the leading player and the dexterity and reaction of the other players.

If the chaser caught someone, he must, without removing the bandage, try to guess, who is this. If he didn't guess right, he continues to drive. And if you guessed correctly, the one who is caught becomes the persecutor.

A game "Dancers"- an active game for the development of dexterity, emancipation, coordination of movements for children over preschool age.

A game "Relay race in pairs"- dynamic, fun game.

Target: promote team building.

move games: Children stand in 2 columns in pairs per line on one side of the site, the number of pairs in the columns should be the same. On the opposite side of the site (at a distance of 6 - 8 m.) any items placed (cubes, wooden blocks). At the signal of an adult, the first couples, holding hands, run to the cubes, run around them and return to the end of their column. Once they cross the line start, the second pairs run away, and so on until all the pairs run.

That column wins, whose players will complete the task faster and will not separate their hands while running.

Conclusion: Summer- this is a wonderful time when children spend almost all their time on the street. At the same time, in order to summer is for kids really fun and interesting times, it is important to properly organize their leisure time, find those summer games for kids that they really like. As a result of purposeful pedagogical impact the health of the child is strengthened, the physiological functions of the body are trained, the movements, motor skills and physical qualities necessary for the comprehensive harmonious development of the personality are intensively developed. Purposeful, methodically thoughtful leadership mobile the game significantly improves, activates the activity children. Thus, mobile the game can be called the most important educational institution. Reasonable choice of the content and methods of development of physical qualities is an important aspect of increasing the effectiveness of physical education.

When a children's company gathers in a country house or in a private house, in a forest clearing or on the banks of a river, or, perhaps, in a cafe's summer area, adults will definitely face a problem: what is fun and exciting to do for children who are cut off from the usual gadgets? Especially if it is not just about friendly communication, but about a children's holiday, for example, a birthday or graduation from elementary school.

With the help of proven over the years, as well as modernized outdoor fun, you can so captivate children with spending time together that they will remember this holiday for a long time and passionately ask for a repeat!

We bring to your attention outdoor games and competitions for children for a holiday outdoors in summer or spring. Depending on the diversity of the children's company, the characteristics and interests of the little guests, the organizers can combine competitions from different groups.

Turn on your fantasy! Many contests can be adapted to the theme of your holiday. For example, catch-up games don't have to be called cat and mouse: maybe it's a team of puppies chasing the CATStrophy, a shark chasing little fish, or a witch chasing princesses!

For a number of games, you need simple props, most of which are always at hand, but it's better to take care of it in advance:

  • rope;
  • skittles or plastic bottles weighted with water, beans or peas;
  • ball(s);
  • Balloons;
  • a piece of fabric, tulle, a long scarf;
  • pebbles;
  • chestnuts;
  • vegetables and fruits;
  • water pistols.

Don't forget to take care of the prizes and souvenirs for the young winners of the contests!

Combat Games

These contests are based on winning a certain duel. And even though the battle is jocular, victory is always victory, and it should be rewarded with a prize.

  1. "Roosters". Children are divided into pairs. A balloon is tied to each child's ankle. Task: burst the opponent's ball by stepping on it, while not allowing your own to burst. During the game, be sure to turn on fun music.
  2. "King of the Hill". Various variations of this popular game are possible. You can try to knock the "king" off the log with a long balloon or pillow. And if you don’t shoot down, but try to take off the huge crown and put it on yourself? Or compete to see who can keep his balance the longest while standing on the ball? Or holding a balloon on your fingertip?
  3. Tournament. This noisy and fun game is a lot of fun for kids (and usually terrifies adults!) Give the kids pillowcases with a handful of feathers each, inflated balloons, paper water “bombs” and offer to defeat the opposing team! You can arrange water "Cossacks-robbers": if you hit your hand, you can no longer shoot with this hand, if you hit your leg, you will have to jump on one, well, if you hit your head, what to do, you are out! We need an arbiter here. But you can make a wonderfully fun battle between two armies! Let the children have fun, and adults with them along with them.
  4. "Paparazzi". The game is based on the fact that modern children very often carry mobile phones with a built-in camera. Have a couple of participants take up "weapons". A “secret sign” is attached to the back of each - some bright picture, for example, a flower, an animal, a rainbow. The task is to take a picture of the opponent's sign faster than he takes a picture of yours while the music is playing. Can you imagine what a cheerful “dance” others will see? And the winner will be easily determined by the resulting pictures.

Games - runners and jumpers

1. Relays.

Children are very fond of taking turns running after various objects and performing intricate actions. Depending on the theme of the holiday and the availability of props, you can offer a variety of relay scenarios, creatively beating them and dividing the children into two or three teams:

  • run around the skittles or bottles placed on the path and return;
  • feed a bunny (hedgehog, dog...) with a carrot (apple, bone, etc.): at the finish line there is a toy that you need to wear a “treat” one at a time;
  • running with a stick, on which you need to string a leaf at the finish line and return, and the next one will continue the general “barbecue”;
  • joint running in various interesting variations: putting a hand on the shoulder of the one in front, holding the bent leg of the one standing behind, or simply “train”, joining one at a time;
  • place children from different teams along the route, and the run begins with the transfer of a relay stick, ball or toy: the main thing is not to pass the stick to an opponent from the other team!

2. Various tags.

All sorts of variations on the basis of "catch-catch". You can catch someone who does not have clothes of a certain color (“colored tags”). You can attach the caught player to yourself and continue to catch the two of you, lengthening the chain.

And if you give two drivers a long scarf or rope, then it will be interesting to catch the rest, driving them into a “loop”.

“Snail tagging” can be funny - you will have to catch up with the crawling participants covered with cardboard boxes. Or “one-legged tags” - both the catcher and the runners jump on one leg!

3. "Airplanes".

Round “landing pads” are drawn with chalk or lined with ropes on the track, there are 1 less of them than the players. One of the participants is a dispatcher. He leads a chain of "planes", setting the route, commanding to wave the right or left wing, commenting that he is right on the course.

With the command "Non-flying weather!" you need to quickly take the landing site. The dispatcher is also trying to do it. Who did not have time - will become a dispatcher instead of a driver.

4. Modernized rubber bands.

Remember the childhood games of our mothers, when two stood holding a long elastic band on their ankles or knees, and the third jumped, following a certain “program”?

If you come up with interesting modern names for various ways of jumping, for example, “louboutins”, “robocars”, etc., you can try to captivate a small company, especially girls, with this game. Whoever went the furthest without stepping on the rubber band wins a prize.

5. "Olympics".

This game can be played using the same rubber bands as in the previous contest. Two participants hold a design in the form of a bow by the edges (an elastic band, the ends of which are tied in a circle, crosses).

With the exclamation of "Olympics!" the holders give the structure a certain position, and the rest of the participants must cross it without touching the elastic. You can try to jump over the top or crawl into the resulting hole. Who touched the gum - takes the place of one of the holders.

The winner of the "Olympiad" (the one who was able to climb the most times in a row, setting a new record) is entitled to a medal!

6. "Vysnozhka".

A variant of catch-up, in which it is impossible to catch someone who has stood on some hill with one or both legs. If the evader hangs on the horizontal bar, he is also out of the game!

In advance, you need to take care of the presence of benches, stumps, overturned buckets, etc. on the site.

7. "Cherished place".

Another game for those who do not want to let their mobile phones out of their hands. The game starts like normal hide and seek.

Equip a “cherished place”: for example, a bench under a lilac bush, where the driver counts until the players hide. Then he goes to look for everyone, and the players must try to sneak into the “cherished place” unnoticed and take a selfie there.

If the driver managed to find them earlier or manage to take a picture in the "cherished place", he won! And the footage will remain in memory.

Skill Games

These competition games are based on the ability to perform some difficult, uncomfortable and at the same time funny manipulations with various objects. The winner is the one who does it better and faster than the others. It is more fun when a large number of children participate in such games, but some can be played with two or three participants.

1.Did you hold it? Pass it on to your neighbor.

In different ways, you can pass each other, standing side by side, certain items, for example:

  • ball under the chin;
  • cardboard thermometer in the armpit;
  • stick in the teeth;
  • a soft toy, holding it with your knees;
  • in pairs - to transfer the ball, sandwiched between the backs or between the foreheads.

2. "Hands off!"

Prepare small items, vegetables and fruits, just take care of their cleanliness. It can be apples, oranges, carrots, cucumbers, as well as balls, chestnuts, pencils, medium-sized toys and even leaves.

Lay them out on a table. The task of the children is to transfer the items, each to their own basket, located at some distance. You can wear it in any way, except using your fingers! Elbows, teeth, chin will be used in the course ... If you drop it - there will be 1 less item in your basket ... The one who has the most items in the basket at the end of the game will win.

3. "Porridge for chanterelles".

You can beat this contest with any convenient scenario, for little fans of Kolobok, this one is suitable: so that the Fox does not eat Kolobok, you need to feed her porridge!

The bowls for porridge are already on the stump, and the grits should be poured into them with a spoon, which the young "koloboks" will hold in their teeth. He scooped up cereal from a common bag - and carry it into your bowler hat! The prize will be given to the one whose fox will be the most well-fed.

4. "Flamingo".

The clearing will be a water surface, and barefoot children walking on the grass will be flamingos. To make it more interesting, you can distribute fake beaks or pink capes. Chestnuts are scattered across the clearing - these will be fish.

Flamingos should catch them - naturally, with bare feet! - and then take them and put them in the center of the clearing, where there will be a "nest".

5. Flight "Instrument".

This game is for older kids. Prepare an “obstacle course”: a rope that you will need to cross, skittles to bypass them, a bench that you need to climb over, etc.

In turn, each player is blindfolded, and he goes "on the instruments", that is, following the instructions of the others. You can allow a cheerful uproar when everyone will advise at the same time. Or add a note of order by leading the first player on their own and then announcing that everyone who just cleared the lane becomes the dispatcher.

And if you quietly remove some of the obstacles, and the player diligently overcomes the free path, it will be even funnier!

6. "Inconvenient Treat".

Everyone knows how difficult it is to eat an apple hanging by a thread. And try to get a candy out of a bowl of flour with your teeth or drink water from a plastic cup without using your hands!

Games in one place

When everyone is running and jumping, you can play something just as fun, but not requiring significant movement. Such games will calm the children a little and at the same time add additional variety.

  1. Monster Exhibition. Invite the children, while the music is playing (select a track for 5 minutes), from everything that they can find on the site, build a monster and give it a name. Of course, you need to have dry branches, ropes, empty buckets, pots, hemp and other similar props nearby. And then let each creator present his monster to the interested public.
  2. "Edible Gift". This game is not suitable for kids. If the children are having fun in the garden, where various fruits are already ripening, you can invite them to build an “edible gift”. To do this, you need to find and combine different types of edible plants. For example, cut a hole in an apple and hide a cherry in it. Or wrap a strawberry in a sorrel leaf. The recipient must determine which components are included in the gift, and eat at least a piece of each.
    A strict rule - no inedible components (therefore, the game is for conscious kids). Who will give a gift to whom is determined by a lottery or simply by the desire of the children.
  3. "Noise Orchestra". It's great when you can make noise without worrying about disturbing your neighbors. Children rarely succeed! Let them build an "orchestra" from scrap materials. You can invite them to choose from your options (drum, tambourine, whistle, musical mallet, etc.) or get creative (a pot with a lid, an old battery and a stick, fence pickets, a pumpkin instead of a drum). To make the children better fit into the image of the orchestra, put on a paper bow tie for each, choose a conductor, arming him, for example, with a cucumber or a carrot as a stick. To perform, choose a song known to everyone, and, of course, do not forget to take a picture of the orchestra in full force!
  4. "The locomotive is leaving!" Divide the children into pairs and put them at a distance of 70-80 cm from each other (for example, on opposite sides of the track). One of them "leaves by train", and the other "accompanies" him. The path is a platform that separates them, and the glass of the “car” is soundproof. You explain the rules: the person seeing you off remembered that before the train leaves, you need to inform the departing person of an important thing (he will read it on the card). But no sounds can be made, the dialogue will have to be carried out with gestures ... But bad luck - the train will leave in three minutes!
    When the host announces “The train is leaving!”, it will be possible to find out what the first player wanted to convey and what the second player understood. The tasks on the cards can be as follows: “Bring medicine for grandma”, “You still have my keys to the apartment”, “You forgot your wallet”, “Don't worry, I will walk with your dog”, etc.
  5. "Watermelon Constructor". If watermelon was present in the treat, do not rush to immediately throw away the peels - they can be used for another very interesting contest. Children who know how to handle sharp objects are given toothpicks and a task: to collect from watermelon peels ... Well, who do you want? Crocodile, ship, plane? Mandatory exhibition of crafts and prizes for the best "engineers of green crusts".

Children's quests

More and more popular are games based on the phased passage of tasks or the search for hidden treasures. Such a competition, of course, requires preliminary preparation, but it allows you to keep the children busy for a long time, and besides, it is easy to tie it to any theme of the holiday. Various variations depend on the age and capabilities of the children, as well as your talent as an organizer.

  1. "Magic Lottery". Hide "lottery balls" (boxes from kinder surprises, colorful balls, wooden eggs, chestnuts with numbers written with a marker) in a variety of places where children can find them: under the porch, in raspberry bushes, in a hollow or between the roots of an old tree. Announce a search, and then play the received numbers, for each handing an interesting prize.
  2. "Treasure hunters". Make a "pirate map", following which the children can find the hidden "treasure". There may be one or two different maps for a team competition. Plan a complex route with waypoints where you will need to complete something to move on. For example, "ten steps north from the gazebo" - but how to determine where the north is? Put a compass on the table in the gazebo, let them guess to use it. Or tell them after guessing the riddle. In the finale, the “treasure” can be dug up (take care of the shoulder blades) or pulled out in a chest from some hiding place. "Treasure" will serve as souvenirs or sweets for all guests.
  3. "Pathfinders". Here the preparation will be more thorough. The search route must be determined on the terrain itself: arrows made of branches, inverted and shifted pebbles, indications on tree trunks ... You can do a little easier: paint the pebbles with white paint, draw an arrow on each pebble, and hide these pointer pebbles along the entire length of the route . Let the children look for where to go next! Take the risk of complicating the path with deceptive arrows.
  4. "Unravel and move on". The path of the quest will be marked with riddles, each of which encodes a specific search point. It all depends on what riddles you can find or come up with: this or that place should serve as a clue, for example, a stump, a garden figurine of a gnome or a mushroom, a porch, a gate, an apple tree, a dog house, etc. For an older company, you can offer additional contests for each item: to get the next riddle, you need, for example, to guess a rebus, make something, sing a song, etc.
  5. "By photographs". You can give the children numbered photographs, each of which depicts a specific place. Of course, the pictures should be fragmentary so that the guys have to think, but from which tree, for example, this branch, under which the next clue is hidden?
  6. "Encrypted Finish". Performing tasks at various objects, children receive a code letter. At the end, a word is assembled from the received letters - the final destination of the search.
  7. "Collect the List". The task of the children is to bring all the items from the list that you make in advance. The list should look like a riddle: "Something green, something with the letter K, something consisting of two parts." Or you can have the children pull out 5-7 letters each from the bag and bring objects for each letter. You can search for items on the site, in the garden, on the birthday table ...

In any combination, the proposed competitions will definitely be popular with children. And the organizer of all this splendor will earn the love and gratitude of the children and their parents, as well as a great desire to visit you again for an interesting children's holiday. After all, for children, the opportunity to have fun is much more valuable than treats and even gifts!

Outdoor play is not only good for health, it also develops sociability in children. The children begin to understand what mutual assistance is, how important it is sometimes to subordinate their desires to common interests, and all this will be useful to them in adulthood.

Active outdoor games saturate the child's body with oxygen, and this improves both muscle work and brain activity. You can play on the playground in the yard, as well as in parks, recreation areas. So that children do not get tired quickly, it is better to alternate outdoor games with more calm ones.

1. Touch the ball

Children become in a circle, their task is to pass the ball on outstretched arms so that the driver, who is behind the circle, does not get the ball. Whoever has the ball “stained” in his hands becomes the driver instead. According to the rule: you cannot throw the ball to each other, and if someone drops the ball, then he is out of the game.

2. Train

Children stand behind each other, holding on to the one in front of them. At the head of the locomotive, the leader is the driver who leads him along his route. Children should follow the leader, repeat his movements. If he bounces, then the guys behind him should bounce one after the other, too, if he turns around the tree, then the “locomotive” follows him. According to the rule: children should not unhook from each other, while the leader is not allowed to run fast.

3. Bees

The kids stand in a line, in front of them, 15-20 meters away, a line is drawn with chalk. This is a bee house. Two or three people (bees) stand behind the line and, at the command of the leader, they begin to slowly move towards the guys with the words: “We went out to the forest lawn, raising our legs higher, through bushes and bumps, through branches and stumps. Look - the hollow of a tall Christmas tree. Angry bees fly out! The bees start spinning. At this time, the players say the words: “We are not afraid of a swarm of bees, let's run home now” and try to run behind the line that is behind the bees. The same ones are trying to catch the guys, "sting". Whoever was "stung" by a bee, in the next horse becomes instead of her.

4. To the forest for berries

The leader is chosen - a bear. He "sleeps" in a designated place - a lair. Children go out of the house (draw a circle) into the forest for berries (any light objects can be used instead of berries). They say: The bear has mushrooms in the forest, I take berries. The bear got cold, froze on the stove. At a sign from the leader, the bear suddenly wakes up and rushes to catch the children in the clearing. The winner is not only the one who ran away from the bear, but also brought home more berries. Whoever the driver caught first takes his place in the next horse.

5. Cat and mouse

Children stand in a circle, hold hands, in the center is a “mouse”. Behind the circle at a short distance is a "cat". The hands of the children are raised up, when the cat approaches, the hands fall - the gate closes. If the cat tries to get through the bottom, then the children squat, preventing the cat from climbing into the circle. If she manages to run through the barrier, the opposite side quickly releases the mouse from the circle, then closing the passage for the cat. This game is about attention and quick reaction.

6. Sparrows

A circle is outlined - with a diameter of 3-4 m, inside it is a driver - a "falcon". The rest of the children are "sparrows". Their task is to "peck the grains" that are inside the circle. So they jump in and out of the circle in such a way that the falcon does not spot them. Whom the falcon touches becomes the leader in the next round.

7. You go quieter, you will continue

Two lines are drawn at a distance of about 5 m. The leader is selected. At one line, the player becomes, at the second - the driver with his back to the player. The driver says: “You drive more quietly, you will continue. Stop" and turns around. At this time, the player moving in his direction must stop. If he did not have time to "freeze", then he becomes instead of the driver. Several people can take part in the game.

8. Lions and zebras

A place is chosen - the steppe, where zebras graze, the lines indicate the river. Children are zebras. The leader is selected - a lion, which stands on a hill (its lair) and says: “A lion went hunting, his anger is very terrible! One, two, three, start the game. The lion tries to catch "prey", the zebras run away. They can "jump" across the river, there is a safe place where the lion can't reach them. If a lion has caught a zebra, he takes it to his lair.

9. "The King loves"

The leader is chosen - the king. A line is drawn, on which the king stands with his back to the players and says two phrases: "The king loves ..." and "The king does not love ...", while naming two colors. For example, if the king says: "The king loves the color blue," then children dressed in blue shades walk calmly next to the king. If he says: “The king does not like red,” then the guys in clothes with red inserts or drawings must run past the king along the line so that he does not touch them.

Outdoor games

for older preschool children

"Quick Places"

The players line up in a column one at a time and stretch their arms forward, lightly touching the shoulders of the one in front of them. At the command of the educator (leader) “Ran away!”, Everyone should scatter in different directions. On command: "Quickly to places!", Everyone should line up in and. with hands on the shoulders of the person in front. The one who took the last place loses.

Rules:

1. You can’t push, but you need to quickly find your place.

2. Hands must be placed in front of the standing player.

"Salki-hands on the wall"

A leader is chosen who stands in the middle. All the rest are in random order. A large area must be limited. The driver - "salka" - raises his hands and says loudly: "I'm a stalk!". After that, everyone scatters within the site, and the "tag" tries to catch up with one of the fleeing ones. A player who is touched by a tag is considered tagged and becomes a tag.

Rules:

1. The driver can catch only after he says "I'm a tart!".

2. The new driver does not have the right to immediately catch the former driver.

3. You can not salute someone who has time to put both palms on the wall.

"Beast Seller"

At one end of the site, a place is indicated for the house in which the buyer “lives”. At 14-20 steps from the house, a place for the seller is indicated. Even further, 3-5 steps from the location of the seller, a starting line is drawn. Players line up in front of her and accept the names of animals, for example: dog, rooster, chicken, cat, cow, horse, sheep, goat, etc. The names are known to the seller, but unknown to the buyer, who is in his house. The buyer approaches the seller and asks: "Can I buy a horse from you?" The seller replies: “Yes, you can. It costs 10 rubles. At these words, the player called "horse" runs to the buyer's house, and from there back to the starting place. The buyer pays the price for the "horse" according to this price by the number of strokes on the outstretched hand of the seller and then runs after his animal. If the buyer catches up, then the animal becomes his, if not, it returns to its original place and gets a new place (the new name of the animal). After the buyer has caught all the animals, the game ends.

Rules:

1. You can not set a price higher than 10 rubles.

2. If the player reaches the buyer's house before him, then the buyer must run to the house before he is allowed to catch the returning player.

"Team fishing rod"

The game requires a rope with a ribbon at the end or just a skipping rope. The players are divided into 2 teams. All players stand in a circle, and the leader with a rope - in the middle of the circle. The driver, standing in the middle of the circle, rotates the rope so that the end of the rope (rope) slides under the feet of the bouncing players. The participants in the game carefully follow the movement of the rope and jump at the moment when the rope is near their feet. The one who hits the rope loses a point. After each mistake, the score is announced loudly. The team with the fewest mistakes wins, that is, with the fewest points.

Rules:

1. Caught is the one whose leg touches the rope no higher than the ankle.

2. When the rope is rotating, it is not allowed to leave your place from it. Violating this rule increases the score by 1 point.

"Relay of animals"

The players are divided into 2-4 teams of equal teams and line up in columns one at a time, one parallel to the other. Players in teams take the names of animals. Let's say: 1-bears, 2-wolves, 3-foxes, etc. Everyone remembers which animal he depicts. The leader loudly calls any beast. Players bearing the name of this beast run forward, run around the object in front of them and return to their place. The one who runs back first wins a point for his team. The head of the beasts is broken down, on your own. Some may be called multiple times. The players who came running each time stand in their places. The team that earns the most points wins.

Rules:

1. If both (all) players run at the same time, no point is awarded to anyone.

2. If the player does not reach the final destination, his partner from the other team earns a point.

"Jumping Sparrows"

A circle with a diameter of 4-6 meters is drawn on the floor (asphalt). A leader is chosen - a “cat”, which crouches or stands in the middle of the circle. The remaining players - "sparrows" are outside the circle. At the signal of the leader, the "sparrows" begin to jump in and out of the circle. The "cat" is trying to catch the "sparrows" who did not have time to jump out of the circle. Caught crouches or sits in the center of the circle. You can put those caught on the bench next to the circle. When the "cat" catches 3-4 "sparrows", a new "cat" is selected from the not caught "sparrows". Caught, they become "sparrows" and enter the game. The one who has never been caught wins.

Rules:

1. A cat can catch "sparrows" only in a circle.

2. A sparrow is considered to be caught if the cat touches the hand with at least one foot that is in the circle. The one who ran through the circle is considered to be caught.

Relay with a spoon

The game requires two spoons and any two round objects (wooden eggs, ping-pong balls, potatoes, etc.).

On a signal, the children must reach (run) to a certain place with a spoon in their hands, in which lies a round object, and return back.

The egg must not fall. If it falls, it must be picked up and continue on its way. The egg cannot be held by hand.

The winner is the one who reaches the finish line first. Teams can also compete.

Surprise

To play, you need a bucket or pan and a blindfold handkerchief.

They choose the leader, blindfold him, give him a stick in his hands and put him in the middle of the circle.

Not far from the driver, some kind of award or consolation prize is placed on the floor and covered with a container. Do it quietly so that the driver does not hear anything.

The driver can be circled around him. He must go around the circle and use a stick to feel for the container.

The teacher makes sure that the driver moves with caution, does not swing the stick.

As soon as the driver finds the container with the treasure, he is allowed to remove the bandage and pull out the surprise.

Hit the target!

The game requires a cardboard circle with a diameter of about 1 m, in the middle of which there is a hole with a diameter of about 15 cm, as well as three balls - rag or tennis.

The circle is set at an angle to the floor on a stand or pole. On the circle, you can draw something funny, for example, the muzzle of a monkey with its mouth wide open, etc.

The players stand at a distance of 3-5 m from the circle. Each is given three attempts to shoot the ball into the hole on the circle. For each hit, the players receive a token, for which, at the end of the game, an appropriate reward is issued. The distance can be reduced if necessary.

In a group of kids, the distance to the target must be reduced.

ring toss

Two sticks should be stuck into the turf or sand at a distance of 2 m from each other.

The players take turns on a line drawn at a distance of 2-3 m from the sticks. Everyone gets three rings, which you must try to throw on the sticks.

The size of the rings and the distance to the sticks from the one who throws the rings should correspond to the age, height and abilities of the children.

Throwing at a target

Several brightly colored tin cans should be hung from a rope stretched between racks or trees.

Children should hit the banks with tennis or rag balls.

Deliver a leaflet

Sheets of thick paper the size of a palm are needed according to the number of players.

The relay race is held on a calm day on a site or in a room without drafts.

The players are divided into two teams. They are built parallel to each other. The first child in each team is placed on the palm of a sheet of thick paper. During the game, the sheet cannot be held by anything. At the command of the teacher, the first children run to the chairs (skittles, etc.), run around them and run back. Having reached the team, they shift the sheet into the palm of the next child, and they themselves stand at the end of the row.

If the leaf falls, you need to pick it up and continue running.

The relay race continues until it is the turn of the first child. The fastest team wins.

Instead of sheets, you can take toy cars on a rope, on which they put a plastic glass filled with water.

super relay

For the relay race, you will need a lot of different things: two aprons, two blouses, two hats, etc.

Children are divided into two teams, each member of which alternately performs different tasks prepared on a certain segment of the path from start to finish: put on and carefully tie an apron at the back; change shoes; put on a jacket and fasten all the buttons; put on a hat and tie the strings. It can be other tasks: dress and comb the doll; load and unload the toy stroller; bring cubes by car; build a turret from cubes, etc.

The team that completes the relay tasks most quickly and correctly wins.

No! Yes!

At the command of the teacher, the children begin to run freely around the playground and shout loudly: “No! No!" When they meet, they look into each other's eyes and shout even louder: “No! No!"

At the command of the teacher, the children continue to run, but they are already shouting: “Yes! Yes!”, looking into each other's eyes.

Walk along the stream

A winding stream with different widths in different places is drawn with chalk on the floor or asphalt. Children-"tourists" line up one after another in one "chain", put their hands on the shoulders of the person in front, spread their legs the width of the stream and its source.

Children slowly move all together, changing the width of their legs apart, stepping along the banks of the stream. The stumbler gets his foot into the stream and stands at the end of the chain.

The rhythm of walking can be set with a poem by E. Alyabyeva "Merry brook":

A stream ran in the forest

And I met a rabbit.

Tra-ta-ta-ta, tra-ta-ta-ta -

Loudly he knocked on the stump.

The brook echoes the hare:

Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring.

The bell heard them:

Ding-ding-ding, ding-ding-ding.

The squirrel descended from the branch

And nuts - hrum-khrum.

Knock-knock-knock - a woodpecker from a birch.

Oh, what a noise!

Football blind

A stake is driven into the ground, a two-meter rope is tied to it, and a soccer ball in a net is tied to the end of the rope.

The player, who is 5-6 m from the ball, is blindfolded, offered to make a full turn around, and then go up to the ball and kick it with his foot.

Whoever hits the ball with his foot wins.

golden seed

The players stand in a circle in pairs, one pair not far from the other. One of the players is the driver. He approaches a couple and says:

- Good day to you! What do you have?

“Golden grain,” the child from the couple answers.

— What for him?

A mountain of snow and a lake of water...

At the same time, those standing in a pair scatter in different directions. The questioner takes their place. Players who ran around the circle from different sides tend to take their former places. Whoever runs first, he becomes paired with the driver, and the latecomer begins to drive, setting off with questions to another pair.

The game can be made more difficult. For example, players running towards each other should hold hands when they meet, circle in place and then continue running. Or: sit down, pat each other on the palms, jump up and continue running. You can come up with other complications that will give pleasure to the participants in the game.
