Students of financial specialties of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of Russia can show their knowledge in the field of accounting, tax, personnel accounting and reporting and earn a scholarship from SKB Kontur. The qualifying round will be held in the format of online testing in the subject area from October 12 to 25 at the website http:// olymp .kontur .ru. Participants who correctly completed more than 15 tasks of the 1st round go to the main round.

In the main tour, it is proposed to solve practical cases and answer more complex questions online. It will take place from 9 to 15 November. The tasks of each round will be available for solving on the network all these days. What does the Kontur.Olympics give?

1. Students can apply the knowledge gained during their studies, in practice, in solving real professional problems.

2. Participation in the Olympiad - an opportunity to measure knowledge with other students and get a scholarship.

3. In each round, the participants will have to think about real cases, the solution of which will take place in the services of SKB Kontur.

Winners will be determined in each round.

In the qualifying round, each educational institution will determine the winner who scored the highest number of points earlier than other participants from his university / college. He will receive a gift certificate for 500 rubles (provided that at least 10 people participated from this educational institution).

In the main round, the winners with the highest number of points will receive a scholarship from Kontur in the amount of 12,000 to 36,000 thousand rubles. In addition, individual cash prizes are awarded in additional nominations: Best in Accounting, Best in Taxation, and Expert in Software.

Regulations

Participants of the Kontur.Olympiad, students of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, will have to go through two rounds:

• Qualifying round - from October 16 to October 31, 2017. Participants solve an online test at olymp.kontur.ru. Students who managed to give more than 50% of correct answers are invited to complete the tasks of the main round of the Olympiad.
• The main tour is from November 14 to 22, 2017. Online participants solve practical cases and answer more complex questions. The main task is to give the maximum number of correct answers in the minimum time.

This year, a separate round has been organized for 1st year students - the Initial Olympiad, which will be held as an online test from October 2 to 12. Participation in the Primary Olympiad is not required to complete the Basic Olympiad, however, the competition will allow freshmen to test basic knowledge in the subject area.

The Olympiad is held in 2 rounds. Duration of the first round: from 16 to 31 October 2017... In the first round, it is necessary to answer 33 questions of the online test, designed for a wide range of participants and does not require deep knowledge of the "world of accounting". Each correct answer is worth 1 point. Students who scored 15 or more points go to the second round.

The second round will take place from November 14 to 22, 2017. Only students who have passed the first round take part in it. In the second round, participants will be given the opportunity to answer 30 questions of an online test that tests both theoretical knowledge and the ability to apply it to solving practical problems. Each correct answer will be worth 1 point. All participants will receive electronic diplomas.

The final results will be announced on November 30, 2017. The rating of the results is formed taking into account the points scored and the time taken to pass the test. In case of equality of points among applicants for prizes, the solution of an additional task will be evaluated.

Winners and awardees are determined separately among students from higher educational institutions and from secondary educational institutions.
