Cast on 40 loops

Next, we knit only with blue thread - 10 rows with facial loops. (At the same time, in the first blue row we decrease 1 loop on each knitting needle, knitting 9 and 10 knit stitches together. We decrease 2 more loops (1 at the end of 1 and 3 knitting needles) - there are 34 loops on the knitting needles.

10 rows with knit stitches. We turn the work and knit it in the opposite direction with facial loops (in this case, a hole is formed at the place of rotation - it will not be visible, it will be under the bend) - 6 rows.

We distribute the stitches as follows: on the 1st and 3rd knitting needles - 10 loops each, on the 2nd and 4th knitting needles - 7 loops each. So that the hole from the turn is in the middle of the 1st knitting needle.
We knit the front part on 3 needles to the desired bootie size. The front rows are knit stitches, the purl rows are purl stitches, the edge loops are purl stitches. In my example, the length of the top part is 24 rows.

We put the white thread into work again - we knit “teeth”:
Knit 3 rows
1st row: 2 knit stitches together, 1 yarn over – repeat until the end of the row.

We cut the white thread and tie the 2 ends with a knot.

Next we knit with blue thread. Fold in half what is connected in white. You get teeth. They need to be secured.

EARS
We put 20 loops on the knitting needle with white thread. We knit 6 rows in stockinette stitch. We connect the loops of the first and last rows, knitting 2 loops together.

We cut the white thread, insert blue -
Row 1 – all stitches are knit.
Row 2 – 1 edge, 2 purl together – to the end of the row, 1 edge.
Row 3 – 1 edge stitch, 2 knit stitches together – to the end of the row.
Row 4 – purl 2 together – 3 times.
Row 5 – knit 3 together.

Take a chenille needle and sew 1 nose into the middle front of each bootie. Knitted booties are ready!

Eyes and tail
To make the eyes, sew 2 black buttons onto the front of each bootie just below the ears.
Make the ponytail: Cut 3 strands of smoky gray yarn, each 10 inches long, take your hook and pull the strands through one loop on the back of the bootie to make 6 strands. Then braid these 6 strands into a 1-inch braid, make a knot, and trim the ends of the strands.
Repeat knitting pattern for 2 tails.

Here's everything we need.

This label is from gray, fluffy threads. I didn’t buy turquoise ones (I unraveled the old scarf). Beads 5 mm in diameter.

Let's get to work. I start knitting booties with elastic. Cast on 36 stitches and knit 4 rows in stockinette stitch. Then 1 row - 2 loops together, 1 chain yarn over. This type of knitting creates holes. Then 3 more rows in stockinette stitch.
Next we knit a simple elastic band for 12 rows.
Divide the stitches 14-8-14 and knit the middle of 16 rows in stockinette stitch.

We cast on 9 loops on each side and knit 10 rows in garter stitch.

Next, we knit 4 rows again with stockinette stitch (but since I decided to knit the trail with non-fluffy threads, I need to add 2 more loops in the first row. Knit 23 loops to make a yarn over, knit 8 loops and yarn over again. Knit the first row to the end), then holes and again 3 rows in stockinette stitch.

It should look something like this. I already hemmed the edge on top and it turned out to be teeth.

Now we knit the trail. We divide the loops 23-10-23 and knit the middle each time the last loop of the trail and knit the side stitch together.

I finish the heel like this: when there are 5 loops left on each side, we begin to decrease the mark. I do this in two ways (I show the 2nd method, you can see the first in bunnies).

This must be done in each row. We knit the last two loops of the trail and the first loop of the side together.

We repeat the procedure until there are 2 loops left on the sides, and 4 in the middle. We remove the first loop of the trace, knit the second, and knit the remaining 4 loops together.

Now there are two loops left on the knitting needle. They need to be knitted together and the loop tightened.

It should work out like this. Then we sew the lower teeth (I do this from the inside, but you can do it from the outside, carefully). Then we stitch the elastic.

Now we knit teddy bear ears.
We cast on 7 loops and knit 3 rows with turquoise thread, then 4 rows with fluffy thread, 1 row with turquoise thread and finish.

We bend and stitch as in the photo.

We fold and stitch again.

That's all, the ear is ready. We knit the second one and sew it to the bootie.

Now we knit the muzzle. To do this, we cast on 4 loops and connect them into a ring.

1st row - knit 7 loops in a circle.

2nd row - knit 14 loops in a circle.

Sew the ears and muzzle to the bootie.

We embroider the nose and sew on beady eyes. My beads are 5 mm in diameter. We thread the ribbons.
