15. From this amount of dough you will get 4 pizzas with a diameter of approximately 24 cm. We round each part of the dough; to do this, we gather the edges of the dough towards the center, until a smooth surface is formed. We roll up the seam.

16. Cover the rolled dough with a damp towel and leave to rest for about 15 minutes.

17. After 15 minutes, open the dough and first stretch it a little with your hands. The masters say that you need to stretch it with your hands until you get a finished cake, but I think it will be more convenient for us to do this with a rolling pin.

18. Take one part of the dough, cover the rest with a wet towel and roll it out to a thin circle with a rolling pin. Then we take the next one, etc. Cover the rolled out dough with a wet towel.

Bake the dough

19. All our dough is completely ready for baking. Now everything is as usual, lay out the filling and bake. Place a piece of rolled out dough on baking paper, stretch it slightly with your hands and grease with olive oil. The oil will create a barrier between the filling, which is quite wet, and the dough.

20. Spread the dough with tomato sauce.

21. Add some chopped onion and some bacon.

22. Place diced mozzarella cheese and sliced ​​tomatoes.

23. Place olives cut into rings and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

24. Place the pizza directly on the paper on a hot baking sheet.

25. At the very beginning, bake the pizza in the lower part of the oven. Our dough crust should be baked, but the filling should not burn.

26. Our cheese has melted, the bottom is baked, put the baking sheet higher. We bake the pizza in the middle of the oven for the last 2 minutes.

In total, pizza is baked for approximately 5-8 minutes at a temperature of 230°-250° C.

I really like this recipe. The pizza dough is thin and soft. It cooks quite quickly. Everything takes a little over an hour.

Ready-made dough in the freezer can help you out more than once. In this article we will look at a wonderfully simple recipe for pizza made from ready-made dough - tasty and aromatic. In our version, the filling is chicken thigh, but you, of course, can choose the pizza topping at your discretion.

The main ingredients are dough, cheese and ketchup. The remaining components are determined by what is in the refrigerator at the moment. Fresh tomatoes? Some ham? Fried mushrooms? Opened canned fish? All this could very well be used as a topping for your pizza.

To make pizza from ready-made dough according to our recipe, you will need:

store-bought dough (puff pastry with yeast) – 250-300 grams,

vegetable oil - for greasing the mold,

chicken thigh – 1 pc.,

hard cheese – 100 grams,

salt - to taste,

ketchup (or tomato paste) – 2 tbsp. spoons;

spices to taste.

Take the dough out of the freezer and leave to defrost for about 20-30 minutes. Remember that you cannot refreeze the dough, so you don’t need to defrost it “in advance” if you are not sure that your hands will get around to cooking it.

Grease the mold with vegetable oil and place the dough in it, leveling it according to the shape. We form small sides from the dough.

Grease the finished puff pastry with tomato paste or ketchup. Distribute the paste throughout the dough. Add spices.

Boil the chicken thigh in advance in salted water for about 30-40 minutes. Separate the bones and remove the fat. Cut the meat into pieces. Spread the chicken meat evenly over the entire surface of the dough; salt

We either grate the cheese on a coarse grater or cut it into layers. Place cheese on top of chicken.

Place the pizza pan in the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees until done (no more than 30 minutes). I bake at a low temperature so that the pizza bakes evenly. Take the finished pizza out of the mold and cut into pieces. Serve warm.
