Adversity teaches truth. A person with low sensitivity remembers only these lessons. It's easy to cry in pain. It's harder to cry from someone else's. "Prosperity reveals our vices, and disasters our virtues."

That is, the teacher works for the future of each person, so he must believe in each of them, in the future happiness and achievements.
