The semi-automatic thermal packaging machine TM-1P is designed specifically for group packaging of small-sized products in polyethylene film various industries production. The machine allows you to package food and other products in containers made of metal, glass, plastic or paper.
Dense polyethylene packaging allows you to protect products from climatic conditions, contamination, spillage and, to some extent, mechanical damage. Shrink wrapping of cable coils and other products helps to detect whether they have been tampered with. The size of the packaged products is limited by the dimensions of the thermal chamber and is 350 x 450 x 360 mm. The supply of products to the heat chamber on this model is carried out manually. Sequence of work
Preparation
Products are placed into a ladle on the grouping table.
The statement then starts the loop. A pusher with a bucket pushes the group from the preparation table through a sheet of shrink film to the packaging table.
The clamp secures the group on the packing table.
The actuators return the pusher with the bucket to initial position and you can load the next group of products into the bucket.
The working and counter parts of the thermoknife wrap the group, trim and weld the shrink film.
The cycle repeats.

Sequence of work:
Preparation: Products are placed in a ladle on the grouping table.
- A pusher with a bucket pushes the group from the preparation table through the shrink film sheet to the packaging table (Fig.1)
- clamp secures the group on the packing table ;(Figure 2)
- the actuators return the pusher with the bucket to its original position and the next group of products can be loaded into the bucket;
- the working and mating parts of the thermal knife perform wrapping of the group, cutting and welding of the shrink film (Figure 3)
- the cycle repeats.
Receiving finished packaging:
- the next group of products advances the previous one from the packaging table to the thermal tunnel conveyor; (Figure 4)
- in the thermal tunnel the group moves along the conveyor and the film shrinks;
- From the thermal tunnel, the packaged group enters the receiving roller table with a cooling fan, cools down, and is removed by the operator. (Fig.5)
