  • onion - 1 piece;
  • sugar - 4-5 tbsp. l.;
  • coarse table salt - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • vegetable oil (refined) - 5 tbsp. l.;
  • table vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • black peppercorns and other spices - to taste.

Let's move on to the cooking process. First, add salt to boiling water, and then shrimp. When they are cooked, they must be cooled and cleaned of shells. Next, pour everything into a clean jar. In a cup, mix oil, vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, various seasonings, cut onion and garlic into rings, send the resulting mass to the same vessel. It remains only to put the seafood in the refrigerator for 24 hours - a great holiday snack is ready.

With lemon juice and dill

For cooking we need:

  • lemon juice - 80 ml;
  • chopped dill - 60 g;
  • salt - half a teaspoon;
  • garlic - 3.5 tbsp. l.;
  • allspice - half a teaspoon;
  • sunflower oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Boil and salt the water. Then we lower the pre-thawed and cleaned shrimp there for a couple of minutes, after which we drain the water through a colander and send the seafood into a capacious bowl. Let's move on to the marinade. Fry the garlic in hot oil and put the dill, lemon juice, pepper and salt in the pan.

Bring to readiness within 2 minutes. Pour the resulting slurry over the shrimp. Stir and let cool slightly before sending them to the refrigerator for two to three hours. After that, the seafood will be completely ready, and you can please your family with a delicious lunch or dinner.

With soy sauce or "Korean style"

Asian cuisine is famous for using soy sauce in almost every dish. Specifically, this recipe was borrowed from the Koreans and will not leave gourmets indifferent. Required Ingredients:

  • peeled shrimp - 500 g;
  • soy sauce - 5 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves (to taste);
  • olive (can be sunflower) oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • lemon juice;
  • cilantro (or parsley);
  • hot chili pepper;
  • starch;
  • grated ginger - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt.

Mix chopped garlic (2 cloves), cilantro and ginger with soy sauce. In the resulting mixture, marinate the shrimp for about 20 minutes. We heat the pan with oil and fry the garlic (the remaining 1-2 cloves) with pepper. Add seafood and cook on both sides for 6 minutes. Pour the almost ready delicacy into a bowl and forget about it for a while. Pour the remaining marinade into a pan and bring to a boil along with soy sauce, lemon juice and salt. Now we send the shrimp to the resulting sauce to stew for about a minute, no longer, and you can serve it to the table.

On the grill

  • sea ​​salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • crushed cumin - 0.5-1 tsp;
  • olive oil (sunflower) - 2-3 tbsp. l.;
  • greens (any).

We proceed directly to the cooking process. In a capacious plate, mix all the ingredients (the garlic is pre-peeled and finely chopped), except for the main one. Seafood can be cooked in shell, or without it. Only the amount of marinade changes. For whole, you will need twice as much mixture.

Pour the resulting mass of shrimp, mix and leave it for 20 minutes.

After this time, they are ready to cook on the grill. We distribute the crustaceans on a special grill and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, and then put them on a plate and decorate with herbs. Unusual and very tasty "kebab" is ready.

Grilled

A delicious experiment with seafood, which is suitable for a large and friendly company and will add a touch of sophistication to your holiday. The recipe consists of the following products:

  • shrimps;
  • lemon zest and juice;
  • spices;
  • garlic;
  • sunflower oil;
  • salt;
  • salsa sauce.

We soak the crustaceans (having previously cleaned and washed them) in a mixture consisting of all of the above products, not counting the sauce, and set to marinate for an hour and a half in the refrigerator. After the time has elapsed, the shrimps can be put on small skewers of 3-4 pieces and put on the grill. It is important to leave a small distance between the sticks for proper steam circulation. Fry crustaceans on both sides for 3 minutes, they can immediately be served with salsa sauce.

Salad with corn

Another interesting way to diversify your diet. Perfect for those who want to keep their figure. We will need:

  • shrimp - 200 g;
  • canned corn - 110 g;
  • tomatoes (you can cream) - 2 pieces;
  • vinegar (table, wine) - 50 ml;
  • bell pepper - 1 piece;

  • red onion - 1 piece;
  • lemon (or lime) juice - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • olive oil - 40 ml;
  • greens to taste (cilantro, green onions, parsley, coriander, dill).

Marinate the shrimp in any of the above ways and pour into a salad bowl. We clean the red onion and chop it. We rid the bell pepper from the inside of the seeds and also cut it finely. We do the same with tomatoes (only they need to be skinned) and herbs. All this is sent to the salad bowl. We can go to the gas station.

Mix pre-chopped garlic with oil, lemon juice and selected vinegar.

Pour the resulting mass of seafood and gently stir. At the end, you can decorate the resulting salad with cilantro or parsley of your choice.

sea ​​caesar

A new look at everyone's favorite salad for especially sophisticated gourmets. Main Ingredients:

  • royal crustaceans - 1 kg;
  • bread for crackers;
  • fresh green salad;
  • vegetable or olive oil;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces;
  • garlic - 1 clove.

For filling we will use:

  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • garlic - a couple of cloves;
  • salt;
  • allspice;
  • olive or vegetable oil - about 100 ml;
  • mustard - 1 tsp;
  • lemon juice (or lime) - 2 tbsp. l.

First cut the loaf into small cubes and dry a little in the oven. Pour oil into a preheated pan and add peeled and chopped garlic for smell. After a minute, we begin to fry the croutons, just baked in the oven, to a golden hue. Grind cheese on a grater. Cherry cut into two halves, initially rinsed in running water. It's time for refueling. Let's start by boiling three hard-boiled eggs (we will use only the yolks, we will grind them with a spoon). In a large bowl, mix egg porridge with mustard, oil, lemon juice and minced garlic. Do not forget to salt and pepper the resulting dressing.

In a suitable bowl, place lettuce leaves cut into relatively equal pieces.

Korean-style marinated shrimp is a spicy dish that will impress even the most capricious critic.

Choose fresh shrimp. You can buy frozen. But be sure to check the label. There shouldn't be the inscription "boiled-frozen". When pickling shrimp, "sea gifts" will become tasteless and "rubber". And yes, you need to defrost properly. Not in the room, but in the refrigerator. And not just casually throw it into a bowl, but spread it in a colander, placing the latter in a deep bowl. So that the liquid, draining, does not come into contact with seafood.

Recipe for marinated shrimp

To begin with, it is worth sorting out the list of necessary products, and only then proceed to the study of the very essence of cooking. You must evaluate whether all products are easy to purchase.

The main components are, of course, shrimp, with a total weight of a kilogram. Half a glass of oil (vegetable). Although you can replace it with olive oil if someone prefers it more. 2 tablespoons of liquid natural honey and vinegar (preferably rice). Take 2 times more soy sauce. But sesame oil will need only 1 tablespoon. It will give that very touch of "Korean" spicy dishes.

Of the seasonings you will need: garlic (a couple of cloves is enough), lemongrass - just 1 stem is enough. And for spice, use a Chinese spice mix. For example, "5 spices". It contains all that “bouquet” of the necessary oriental flavors and aromas.

Now we can talk about the cooking process itself.

  • Start by clearing the marine inhabitants of their shells. Don't forget the intestinal vein. Do not under any circumstances leave it. Pour oil (vegetable or olive) into the pan. Quickly, no longer than 20 seconds, fry the shrimp on both sides. Can't be overcooked. Otherwise, they will become "rubber". Now you need to find your skimmer. And use it to pull the fried shrimp out of the oil. By the way, do not pour out the oil itself. Pour into another bowl. You will still need it.
  • Now take the frying pan. It should be not only clean, but also dry. Therefore, most likely, you will need other utensils to speed up the cooking process. On it, dry the heads and shells to redness.
  • Now start the marinade. Remember the oil you fried the shrimp in? Now his "star exit" is in the kitchen. Pour sauce (soy) and sesame oil into it. Also stir in it all the necessary honey. And pour the freshly dried shells with the resulting liquid. Also add a glass of water. And all the resulting boil over low heat for a quarter of an hour. It is not necessary to bring to a strong boil. Let it bubble a little.
  • Now strain the marinade. Shells are no longer required. They gave everything they could. Feel free to add vinegar. Remember sorghum? Crush it. Do the same with garlic. Add them to the marinade. And again send the saucepan to the fire. Let it boil again. Strain again.
  • Sterilize jars. At their bottom it is necessary to throw all the same sorghum and garlic. Place shrimp on top. And boil the marinade for the third time. Let stand a little and pour into jars. Now tightly roll up the lids, turn them over and send them to cool. A day "upside down" and the shrimp are ready!

Quick marinated shrimp recipe

Korean-style marinated shrimp can be prepared quickly. No need to wait a day, roll up in banks.

  • Take a little over half a kilo of shrimp (already peeled). 3 lemons, 2 onions, 1 large pepper (Bulgarian), a couple of cloves of garlic, a spoonful of honey or sugar. A spoonful of capers (pickled) and mild mustard. For a spicy dish, take chili paste. It is quite enough and a teaspoon. Half a glass of white sweet wine and a couple of tablespoons of grape vinegar are excellent additions to the marinade. Of course, salt. From greens, take cilantro.
  • Wash and clean the main ingredient if the shrimp is still in the shell. Cook for two to three minutes in boiling salted water. Remove with a slotted spoon, leave in a colander to drain and cool.
  • Now let's deal with the marinade. Start with a bow. Cut it into rings. Place in a deep bowl. Do the same with pepper. Be sure to wash it well and remove all seeds. Throw to the bow. Let's move on to lemons. After thoroughly washing and drying, cut into circles. Place in the same place as the onion and pepper.
  • Let the capers “appear” in the bowl. Send chopped chili and garlic there. Pour in all liquid ingredients (including honey or sugar). And squeeze the juice of the remaining 1 lemon. Mix everything. Cut up the greens. And send boiled seafood to the miracle marinade. Move everything carefully. Let the flavors "mix" to form a real taste of spicy and spicy.

Cover tightly. Send to the refrigerator to soak. One hour will be enough. Shrimps will absorb all the charm of spices. If you leave the shrimp in the “Korean sauce” overnight, the taste will become even richer and more refined. But if you need to quickly catch the arrival of guests, then an hour is enough. Friends and "unexpected" (or even welcome) guests will be completely delighted with such an appetizer with an "oriental" flavor.

Step by step recipe with photo

As you may have guessed, based on the ingredients, grilling shrimp is a no-brainer. First, defrost them, put them in a deep container, salt and sprinkle with dried garlic, rub the peeled ginger root on a fine grater and pour it with olive oil.

Fried shrimp with garlic is very tasty, but you should not add fresh garlic right away, otherwise it will burn and give an unpleasant burnt taste. We'll add it later. For now, mix the shrimp with the rest of the spices and leave for 10 minutes. Grilled shrimp marinade will imbue them with a special aroma.

At this time, put the grill pan on medium-high heat and rub the garlic into a separate container or pass it through a press. You can fry tiger prawns on the grill, for this you just need to get a grill. I will cook at home, so I use a grill pan. When it warms up well, put the prepared shrimp in one row on the pan, straightening their little bodies.

Fry for 1.5 minutes on one side until the color changes from gray to orange on the roast side. Grilled shrimp recipe is very fast, active cooking takes only 3 minutes. 1.5 on each side. Flip each shrimp over to the other side.

Quickly sprinkle the grilled king prawns with garlic and cook for another 1.5 minutes.

Remove the cooked shrimp from the heat and put on plates, repeat frying as needed. Now you know how to grill shrimp!

  • shrimp - 0.5 kg;
  • oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • green onions;
  • soy sauce - 1 teaspoon;
  • chicken broth - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Rinse the shrimp, pat them dry with paper towels, and place them right in their shells in a heated skillet with oil. Add a couple of tablespoons of chicken broth, spices and fry until golden brown.   • king prawns - 0.8 kg;
  • lemongrass - 4 stalks;
  • ginger - 50 g;

  • orange juice - 1 glass;
  • salt.
