Question answer

- Delivery price?
Delivery is calculated based on the distance of your facility, from the warehouse, as well as the tonnage and dimensions of the products.

-Where are you bringing it from?
Delivery is carried out directly from production. Manufacturing facilities are located throughout central region, and before entering our network, undergoes strict quality control by the legal, accounting and quality departments.

- Where is the post office?
For the convenience of users, we have created a system for distributing the load on managers; if 1 person checks mail, this significantly slows down the work or even leads to the fact that read letters are lost. You can leave a request through the form at the top of the site “Leave a request”, it will go to a free manager and they will call you back within 5 minutes.

- You have mobile number?
For the convenience of users, we have created a system for distributing the load on managers; if a mobile phone is specified, then only 1 person can talk on it, and it will be difficult to reach him during the season.

- Why so expensive?
The price of a product consists of several components, the main one being the cost of the material, which determines the quality of the final product. There is also a markup from the factory and a markup from the trading company, we work on the terms of a dealer discount, so we don’t have a markup separate from the factory, we make money from the fact that the factory shares part of its profit with us, and we, in turn, provide the factory with volume to ensure uninterrupted operation .

- Why can’t you order less than 15 thousand? Do you work only in wholesale?
Some items are manufactured in nearby areas and shipping of these items adds significant cost to the product. We calculated that when ordering more than 15 thousand, the benefit from purchasing products from us becomes greater. If you have a small request for products that are manufactured in your area, it will be cheaper to purchase products at nearby factories. Unfortunately we have this moment There is not a single plant in the Moscow region that has passed our quality check.

- Where can I pick it up?
The products are manufactured in different factories, region and city, the manager can tell you, because the factory is different for each product.

- Why is delivery so expensive?
Delivery is calculated based on the distance of the object from the factory warehouse. The delivery cost is divided by the number of items based on the weight of the product; if you order 1 item, the entire delivery cost will fall on it, but if there are 10 items in the order, the delivery price will be equally distributed over these 10 items.

- Do you work with VAT?
Yes, the company Beton Project LLC works for OSNO and is a VAT payer. All prices on the website include VAT.

- Why is only the office listed on the website and not the plant?
We are a dealer of factories and operate at our office address. Because Our list contains a significant number of factories that have passed our inspection; it is not rational to post all the addresses of factories with products, which would complicate the search for the right factory. If you are interested in where this or that product can be exported, you can always check with the Manager or use our delivery.

- Do you have a warehouse in Moscow?
We do not have a warehouse in Moscow or the Moscow region, because... this will have a negative impact on the cost of the product because it will entail additional costs.

- What kind of plant? What is the name of?
The products are manufactured at different factories, you can always come to the factory and see for yourself the quality of our products. Also, if you have any doubts, you can pay for the products directly to the factory.

Reinforced concrete base slab ( OP 4.4-AIII ) reinforced concrete product for supporting the purlin on brick or block walls of buildings for various purposes. Thanks to the OP base plate, the load is uniformly transferred to the building foundation.

The support plate has rectangular shape, its size is selected individually, according to the width of a particular wall.

Technical requirements, standards and design drawings for the production of support cushions OP 4.4.AIII are recorded in series 1.225-2 issue 11. This standard assumes the size of slabs OP 4.4-AIII with a length of 380 mm, a width of 380 mm, and a height of 140 mm. These dimensions correspond to purlins of a similar series and release.

Base plate Series 1.225-2. by uniformly distributing and softening the load of the entire building on the foundation, it serves to transfer the load from the purlin to the masonry wall. The OP base plate is used in facilities with normal operating conditions. If it is necessary to use a support cushion under the influence of moderately aggressive environments, the entire slab is first protected from corrosion. Embedded parts and fittings are protected against corrosion in any case.

The reinforcement of the concrete pad is made by two flat welded meshes made of steel rod reinforcement of class AIII.

Heavy dense concrete from which support cushions are made has class B15 compressive strength (grade M200), frost resistance and water resistance of concrete is determined by the specific building design, specified climate conditions and operating mode.

Despite its small size, the support cushion plate can withstand maximum loads from 33 to 42 tf, depending on the dimensions.

The weight of the support cushion is 50 kg. The convenience of lifting and installing the base plate is due to the presence of mounting loops in its design.

Support pads are also used in road construction and for laying communications - heating mains, canals and water pipelines. Often used in the construction of the most basic foundation.

Product marking

Symbol the base plate consists of a designation of the type of reinforced concrete product and length and width rounded to decimeters. If necessary, indicate the resistance of the slab to aggressive environments. The marking ends with the index “t” for slabs made of heavy concrete.

For example, consider the marking OP 4.4-AIII ( 380X 380X 140mm), Where:

  • OP – base plate;
  • The number is the length of the product;
  • The number is the width of the slab.
  • AtV/AIII – class of prestressed reinforcement.

Markings are located on the side surface of the concrete product OP.

Product quality control

Along with other precast concrete structures, base plates there should be no cracks in their concrete. Only shrinkage cracks with a width of no more than 0.1 mm are not considered defective.

Each concrete slab must correspond to its design dimensions. The length and width of the base plate can be 15 mm greater than the calculated one, and the height - by 10 mm.

When inspecting a concrete product of type OP, you should pay attention to the absence of grease and rust stains.

There should be no exposed reinforcing bars visible at the support pad.

The weight of the OP 4.4.AIII base plate should not fluctuate by more than 6-7% of the design weight. A decrease or increase in mass can negatively affect the position of the supported purlin, and, consequently, damage the window and door openings of the building.

Sinks, nodules and depressions in the concrete surface of reinforced concrete pads should not be more than 20 mm in diameter.

When designing and constructing buildings and structures of public and administrative buildings elements of building structures made from large blocks or bricks are widely used:

  1. Purlin - is a supporting reinforced concrete beam in the floor frame of a building. These beams rest on load-bearing structural elements frame (beams, trusses, etc.) and serve as the basis for the installation of various floorings. They are made using technology standard for reinforced concrete beams. When installing purlins, support pads are used.
  2. Support pillows are structural elements used as supports for purlins. With their help, the load from the purlin is distributed evenly on the wall.

Production of support cushions

The support pads are made from heavy concrete grade M200, reinforced with two steel meshes. In the production of grade 200 concrete, the following is used:

  • high quality cement;
  • well washed river sand;
  • gravel obtained from granite.

They are developed and manufactured using a special technique, which includes:

  1. Development of a support cushion. It is calculated based on the load-bearing capacity of the cantilever extension along and across the run.
  2. Making the mold.
  3. Laying reinforcing mesh into shape.
  4. Pouring concrete into the mold.
  5. Tension of the reinforcing mesh.
  6. Evaporation of moisture, for which the product along with the mold is placed in a heat chamber.
  7. Relieving the tension of the reinforcing mesh.

This manufacturing technology makes it possible to obtain support cushions that are resistant to:

  • changes in ambient temperature;
  • mechanical influences (impacts, bends, etc.);
  • chemically active substances;
  • high humidity.

When selecting support cushions, pay attention Special attention on the:

  1. The amount of pressure on the purlin (weight of the overlying masonry + weight of the floor slabs).
  2. Width of the wall.

Important: the stronger the pressure on the run, the larger area contact of the purlin with the support pad.

Marking

When choosing a support pillow with the required dimensional parameters, you need to pay attention to the markings applied to its surface. In the alphanumeric designation after the OP designation, indicate it dimensions in decimeters. The designation also indicates the class of the reinforcing mesh used.

PURPLS, BASE PLATES

Purlins highlighted in color preferred for ordering by clients whose project does not specify the release number. This is due to the simpler manufacturing technology of the marked positions with the same technical and operational characteristics of the runs.

Dimensions of purlins that can be produced by TZHBI-4 JSC and corresponding to series 1.225-2 issue. 11, 12:

From 2800 to 4000 120 400
From 4000 to 6000 200 500

The marking consists of alphanumeric groups separated by a hyphen:

The 1st group contains the designation of the PRG type - rectangular purlin and overall dimensions (length, width, height in dm.).

Group 2 includes the design load without taking into account its own weight (in tons/m) and the class of reinforcement used.

For example, PRG 28.1.3-4t - reinforced concrete purlin rectangular section, length 2800 mm, width 100 mm, height 300 mm, bearing load - 4 t/m, type of concrete - heavy.

Since the load of the overlying wall is quite large, and the surface area on which the purlin presses is quite small, it is recommended to use base plates as linings during construction, which allow the load to be distributed over a larger surface.
