2. Cut the resulting rectangle into fringes with a width of each strip of 1.5-2 cm. The thickness depends on what kind of T-shirt it is. If it is dense, then you can cut it a little thinner, but if it is thin, it is better to make it wider. You should not cut 5-10 cm to the seam.
3. Unfold the T-shirt at the seam (where it is not cut).
4. You need to cut diagonally from one cut to the other. This will make a long continuous thread without knots.
5. All that remains is to wind the thread into a ball.
