Required Ingredients:

  • butter - 150 grams;
  • cottage cheese - 250 gr.;
  • slaked soda in vinegar - a teaspoon;
  • sugar - 150 gr.;
  • icing sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 packet;
  • canned pineapples - 700 gr.;
  • flour - 250 gr.;
  • egg.

Cooking process:

First, let's make the dough. If your cottage cheese is dry, then we pass it through a meat grinder and add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream. The curd should be thin. Then we mix it with butter. Then add vanilla and regular sugar, slaked soda and gradually add flour. When kneading, adjust the amount of flour yourself - the dough should not stick. Now it needs to be cooled in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Let's prepare the filling. We open a can of canned pineapples, separate them from the syrup, carefully take out the mugs - they can break. We dry them.

Roll out the dough at least 4 mm thick. Using a glass the size of pineapple washers, squeeze out the round pieces. Put pineapples on the prepared dough, and make a lattice from the leftovers. The dough can be re-rolled into a common layer and cuts can be made in the form of lattice-rhombuses. Now we apply over the pineapples, fold the edges of the top layer down and stick. You need to fix it carefully so that it does not come unstuck.

Break the egg in a separate bowl, shake it a little with a whisk to mix the yolk with the protein. Grease the prepared puffs with an egg on top and put them on the grill of the airfryer. We bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
