I wash the pork several times in running water. Then I let it dry for a quarter of an hour, and after cutting it into slices, I grind it coarsely. I also pass peeled onions and garlic through a meat grinder. In parallel, boil the rice until half cooked, drain the excess liquid.

I add minced meat, boiled rice and half of the spices, mix everything well. I form the blanks with my hands moistened with water, of medium size. I fry them on both sides in a heated frying pan, greased with sunflower oil. Then I put it in a deep bowl.

Cooking process:

I cleaned the vegetables and washed them well. Then I grated the carrots on a coarse grater, and chopped the onion. The rice is almost cooked through.

Cooking method:

First of all, I boil rice, in the proportion of 0.5 cups of rice cereal to two cups of water. I throw the finished product into a colander so that it gets rid of excess liquid.
