  1. Dissolve gelatin in water, leave to swell for 30 minutes.

To prepare delicious jelly and fruits, you need to choose fruit and milk base that are suitable for taste, which means that with cherry yogurt and, for example, an orange, a not very tasty dessert will come out. Crumbled cookies are used as a basis, as for a cheesecake or a ready-made crust: biscuit or shortbread.

Jelly cake with fruits and cookies


This fruit and cookie jelly cake recipe comes true in no time. From fruits, you will need dried dried apricots (in summer you can use fresh apricots), banana, strawberries and tangerines.
