You will probably find a lot of junk that you can and should remove: empty folders, duplicate files, broken shortcuts, old programs that you no longer need, and other things that cause nostalgia, but are completely useless.
Besides, Glary utilities will neatly fix registry errors ( Cleanup - Registry Fix), clean the hard drive ( Optimization - Disk Cleanup) and defragment it ( Optimization - Disk Defragmenter), will analyze the state of the drivers and installed programs for their relevance, that is, check that you have the latest versions installed ( Optimization - Software Updates).
