Crochet heart is ready for February 14!

Crochet heart

In this master class we will connect volumetric valentine crochet.

For this we need:

  • Yarn;
  • Hook.

First, we need to form a chain of 17 air loops with yarn of the main color.
And add 3 more lifting loops.
Photo 1

Next, in the 4th loop from the hook, we need to knit 3 double crochets.
Now we will also knit crochet stitches, but 1 in each of the 5 loops. That is, we knit sequentially 5 double crochet.
Next, we need to knit 5 double crochets with a common top. To do this, we make a yarn over and pull the thread through the loop, but we only knit a yarn over. That is, we leave 2 loops on the hook.
In the next loop we do the same. We also knit only a yarn. We only need to do this 5 times. At the end there will be 6 loops on the hook.
Photo 2

We stretch the working thread through all the loops.
Then again we perform 5 double crochets in a row, 1 column in each loop.
And in the very last loop of the chain, we need to complete 5 double crochets for turning.
Photo 3

Now we knit on the 2nd side of the chain 7 double crochets in a row.
In the 8th loop, tie 5 double crochets.
And then we knit 7 double crochet, 1 in each loop.
We make 1 air loop and connect the row.
Photo 4

At the beginning of a new row, we will make 3 lifting loops and at the same point we will immediately knit 1 double crochet.
Next, we need to add. In the next 3 loops of the bottom row, we perform 2 columns with a snakid.
Then 3 double crochets in sequence.
Now, as in the previous row, we knit 5 double crochets with a common top.
Next, we will perform 3 double crochets, 1 in each loop.
But in the next 5 loops, we need to perform 2 double crochets.
Next, we will tie 9 columns with a crochet.
In the central loop, that is, in the 10th, we knit 5 double crochets.
Then, to the end of the row, we knit 1 column with a crochet. These are 9 stitches.
And in the 10th we knit 2 double crochets.
We connect the row.
Photo 5

At the beginning of a new row, make 3 lifting loops again.
In a new loop we knit 1 double crochet.
And in the 2nd loop we already knit 2 double crochets. So we will repeat 2 more times. We knit 2 columns in each 2nd loop. That is, we get 3 loops with increments.
Now we will knit 3 double crochets in sequence.
And again we knit 5 double crochets with a common top.
Then 3 double crochet in a row.
We knit 2 columns in a new loop.
Then again 1 column. So let's repeat it 5 more times. That is, 1 double crochet in 1 loop, 2 double crochets in 1 loop.
Next, we perform 7 double crochets in a row. In the 8th loop, you need to tie 5 double crochets.
And 7 more double crochets in a row, 1 in each loop.
Then, to the end of the row, we knit with an increase through the loop.
Photo 6

We knitted 1 part of the heart. According to the same scheme, you need to perform 1 more detail.
Now we apply them to each other with the wrong side and, starting the sazu hook under the hinges of both parts, sew them with single crochet columns. You can use yarn of the same color, or you can use a different one.

Hardworking - a bright light burns through life, lazy - a dim candle

Crochet heart - 7 patterns and 1 master class

Hello dear craftswomen. Today I will show you how to crochet a heart as a gift for Valentine's Day. Crocheted valentines can be a stand-alone gift or decorate a gift box and greeting card.

In our article you will find ready-made patterns, one master class, as well as ideas for self-creative crocheting of a heart.

Crochet heart - BASED ON SQUARE.

The most convenient and easiest way crocheting an openwork heart is if first you knit a square napkin and then on two adjacent sides of this lace square knit semicircles- separately - first right, then left.

You need to start knitting this semicircle from the center point on the side of the square- first, a small semicircle in the center, above it there is another row of columns, and still - until you reach the corners of the square. And the same thing on the other side.

By this principle, you can crochet hearts without even having a diagram - by eye.

Crochet heart - OPENWORK PATTERNS.

But it is better to knit such hearts strictly according to the scheme, if you are a beginner "crochet". But a master with extensive experience can come up with such openwork heart-shaped motifs right in the course of knitting.

Crochet heart - ON WIRE FRAME

When you crochet the heart, you can simply use it as a napkin, or you can pull it over the wire frame and decorate a window or wall. Such a crochet heart can become an elegant element of your interior.

It's easy to do, straighten your napkin on the table and made of strong thick wire or cable bend the outlines of the heart, repeating the shape of the napkin.

Next, you need to wrap all the wire with threads and in the process of winding, pass the thread through the edges of the lace heart... That is, you are simultaneously wrapping the wire with threads and grabbing, tie the knitted heart itself to this wire in the course of work.

Crochet heart - SIMPLE MASTER CLASS.

This garland of hearts can decorate your room if you spend a couple of evenings on the couch with a crochet hook and balls of thread.

By what principle this heart is knitted is accessible and clearly depicted in step-by-step photographs.

First, we type chain of 5-6 chain stitches, we close it in a ring. We tie this ring next to single crochet- such a knitted circle is obtained (Fig. 1).

Next, we start in a circle a new row of columns already with a crochet, and in the first loop of the bottom row we knit 5 columns at once with a crochet (Fig. 2) - we did it upper left "ear" of the heart.

We continue tying in a circle, one double crochet in each loop of the bottom row (Fig. 3), until we reach the place where it will be pointed lower tip of the heart- here we knit in one loop 2 columns with 2 yarns.

Again we continue to knit in a circle, one double crochet in each loop of the previous row, until we reach the penultimate one. There we will knit second "ear" of the heart- that is, we knit 5 double crochets in one loop of the bottom row at once (Fig. 4).

Last, the column closing this 2nd row(the one between the ears) we do without a crochet.

Now we take yarn of a contrasting color and we tie our heart with single crochet- and only where the heart has a pointed lower tip, you can knit a couple of double crochets.

That's it, our crochet valentine is ready.

Crochet heart - WITHOUT SCHEME.

And here are photos of crocheted hearts, for which I did not find a diagram. But here, and from the photograph, you can figure out how it is connected.

Crochet heart - NAPKINS "CHORUSER OF HEARTS"

Here's a variation on a heart napkin that uses the crochet technique.

Cutting out an 8-pointed star from the fabric. You put a red thread into a needle (the same threads from which we are going to knit a heart) and tie a seam or other suitable seam around the edges of our cloth napkin.

From these tied edges you start to knit heart by heart in turn.

Valentine's card crocheted - WEAVING.

Here we just knit simple strips of columns made of threads of 2 contrasting colors. We intertwine the strips with a checkerboard and fix our structure with semicircles.

Crochet heart - COASTERS.

I did not find a pattern for knitting these particular cup holders, but I found another pattern suitable for such knitted valentines.

Crochet heart - FITTED LACE.

And here's a couple more crochet hearts.

Knitting these hearts is very similar to knitting a regular lace collar. Therefore, you can find a suitable pattern among crochet collar patterns and slightly modify it - that is, add knitting elements to it, thanks to which the heart will have a pointed tip at the bottom, and round at the top, forming 2 semicircular ears.

Such a lace heart-collar can be decorated with knitted flowers and leaves. Or thread a bright ribbon and embroider with beads.

Useful Tips

A crocheted heart can be a great addition to a gift, a nice souvenir or part of a decoration.

Chain of air loops: 3 in. p. plus 1 lifting loop (air loop).

At the end of each row, always knit 1 lifting loop and turn the work at the end of each row.

1 row: 3 sbn plus VP, turn (3 p.)

2nd row: approx. in the first loop, sc in the second loop, approx. in the last loop (5 p.)

3rd row: approx. in the first loop, sc in each loop, approx. in the last loop (7 p.)

4 row: repeat as in the previous row (approx. In the first and last loop and in the middle of the sc) (9 p.)

5 row: repeat as in the previous row (11 p.)

6 row: no additions. sc in each loop (11 p.)

15 row: 9 PRS, in. n. and turn. Remember, at the end of each row we knit vp. (lifting loop)

16 row: kill, sc in the rest of the loops (8 p.)

17 row: kill. at the beginning and end of the row (first two and last two loops), sc in the rest of the loops (6 p.)

19 row: two kill. (2 p.)

Cut off the thread.

We start to knit the left lobe of the heart

Make a slip knot.

15 row: sc in the 9th loop on the left, another 8 sc, c. p. and turn (9 p.)

One loop in the middle of the 15th row will not be tied.

16 row: sc in the first 7 loops, decrease (8 p.)

17 row: kill. at the beginning and end of the row, sc in the rest of the loops (6 p.)

18 row: kill. at the beginning and end of the row, sc in the rest of the loops (4 p.)

19 row: two kill. (2 p.)

The heart is ready, but don't cut off the thread right away.

Starting from where you left off, tie the outer edges of the heart (1 sc in each space at the end of the row).

When you get to the tip of the heart, do 3 sc in one loop, at the same time, when you get to the groove, subtract a little to pick up a little. After tying, cut the thread and hide the end of the thread.
