I must say right away that making large flowers out of paper is not very easy, and you need a lot of paper itself, otherwise a large flower will not keep its shape.

Decoration cost- about 50 rubles (you need the WHOLE roll of corrugated paper, or 3 canvases 50x80 cm)

You can make many flowers and decorate the hall with them.

Here are my suggestions:

Pin flowers around the edges of the carpet (for example, if it's kindergarten or elementary school graduation).
Flowers can be fixed on a hoop in 5-6 pieces and hung on the walls.
You can pin flowers made of gorded paper to the cord at a short distance from each other and hang such a garland vertically on the cornice.
Single flowers look festive on the wall if you arrange them in any order.

I made a flower silver paper... Of course, any bright color combinations will not hurt, feel free to experiment.

Place three sheets of corrugated paper on top of each other. Sheet size 50x80 (this is the entire roll, divided into three equal parts)

We fold it neatly with an accordion, bending it by 4-5 cm each time.

We tie in the center with a string, leaving a long end for fixing on the wall.

With scissors we round off the ends of our accordion, as shown in the photo.

Gently straighten the accordion.

Now you need to separate three layers of paper to make a lush flower. I stapled the edges of each layer with a stapler.

The back side of the flower remains unchanged, we only thread the long end of the rope to the invisible side of the flower.

To make the core, we fold contrasting sheets of corrugated paper (in my case, white) with an accordion. In the same way, we tie it with a string, round off the ends and straighten it. The result is a small flower, which we insert in the center of the large flower. Pull the ropes of two flowers tightly from the seamy side.

The simplest paper flower that even a small child can make is a snowdrop. For it, you need to take a small piece of paper, preferably white, fold it diagonally and bend the corners. This simplest version of a flower can be glued to the surface, then the rest of its parts can be added or painted.

Paper roses can be made both small and huge. The size depends on the flight of your imagination and, of course, on the purpose and size of your ceremonial hall. To create a rose, you need to do the following:

Draw a spiral on paper of the desired color.

Cut it out with scissors.

Twist the spiral, starting from the end to the middle, gradually loosening the tension.

Fix the twisted spiral with glue.

The circle that has formed in the center of the rose must be bent and glued, this will be its base.

Thus, a beautiful and original rose is obtained, which can be presented in a composition either in a single form, or in the form of a certain number of flowers in a bouquet. To do this, you need to apply a little glue on the wire, which will serve as a stem for the rose. Then stick the petals on the tip of the paper.

Next, you need to start preparing the petals themselves. The paper is folded 12 times and the petals are cut to the desired size. Then they are glued to the stem and this is how another version of roses is obtained, which can already be combined into a beautiful bouquet.

The most beautiful flowers are made from corrugated paper. It is considered the most convenient material for creating various shapes and volumes of flowers. From such paper, flowers take on lush sizes and have a flawless appearance. Bouquets of peonies, sunflowers, dahlias, asters, crocuses or other flowers can be made from such paper to decorate the hall.

Giant flowers are perfect for decorating a wedding room. For such flowers, a strong base or a rod is important, on which the rest of the structure of the craft will be attached. This will contribute to the reliability and strength of the flower.

Making paper flowers with your own hands is a great art that requires effort and diligence. But the result is worth it, your guests will appreciate your original crafts.

How to decorate a hall with voluminous garlands

The bottom line is this: you need to make three-dimensional figures out of paper, which are then strung at some distance from each other on threads, fishing lines or thin ribbons. Such garlands hanging from the ceiling will greatly decorate a music or assembly hall.

Here is my example - pigeons in the clouds: I print out the diagram of a paper dove (by the way, you can print out 20 more diagrams of different animals from here). For one garland, we need two such birds. Cut and fold along the folds, looking at the drawing in the right corner.

We will alternate pigeons with such paper clouds. I do not give a scheme - we cut out the same parts randomly from 2 sheets of A4 format, bend and fasten in the center with a stapler. In the large figure, I cut out the small detail inside. This will also be a small cloud.

Everything! It remains to assemble our voluminous garland on a string! I did this with a needle, fixing the details just with a “step back” seam so that they would not roll down.

How do you like my pigeons in the clouds? By the way, these garlands spin very beautifully from any movement of air. In the diagram, the pigeon has legs, but we do not need it to stand on the table, I just made a round at the bottom.

Cardboard letters

The writing on the backdrop of the stage is a weak point almost always and everywhere. The letters are poorly colored, the letter spacing is not observed, everything, as a rule, looks unprofessional.

If possible, it is better not to do this at all :-). But there are times when inscriptions or numbers are required. For example, the anniversary of the school.

I suggest decorating large cardboard letters with small flowers from colored napkins. The work is painstaking, but the effect is quite interesting.

The napkins are the most common, small. One flower needs 2 napkins. Put them folded one on top of the other, draw a circle with a saucer, cut out. In the center we fasten it with a stapler. What to do next can be seen from the figure. We fix the resulting flowers with glue on a cardboard blank with numbers or letters.

Wall decorations

The picture on the left shows charming flowers with voluminous petals. Cut out the hearts, fold them in half, glue one side. We made them quite large - one petal was from half of the album sheet. A noticeable decoration, don't hesitate! We fastened them to strips of plain blue wallpaper, decorated the backdrop of the stage.

On the right picture there is a "musical" wreath made of photocopies of music pages. It is easy to twist the buns, the result is amazing!
