Boil the spaghetti in salted water until not completely cooked (al dente), drain the water, dry the pasta. Grate the cheese, mix half with the pasta to melt.

Grease a baking dish (one large or several portions) well with a piece of butter. Arrange the pasta and sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown appears on the cheese. Serve with fresh tomatoes and olives.
