Turkey soup in a Panasonic multicooker. An original way to prepare delicious turkey soup in a multicooker. Diet fillet soup

Products:

  • Turkey meat (any: fillet, wings, drumsticks, neck) - 400 g
  • Millet - 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes - about 4 pcs. The amount depends on the size of the potato.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • White or red onions - 1 pc.
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon without a slide.
  • Parsley - small bunch
  • Bay leaves - 1-2 pcs.
  • Water - 1.5 liters

The resulting soup is enough for a family of 4-5 people. If you cook for a child separately, reduce the number of products by 4-5 times.

I suggest making a delicious, light family turkey soup with. It turns out to be a very interesting combination of products. The millet in the soup is boiled into light yellowish flakes, and the turkey meat turns out to be soft, and it will be easy to chew even a child of 2 years old. But for a one-year-old toddler, we will turn the multicooker turkey soup into a delicate puree soup. The whole family will be well fed and happy. Let's get started.

Turkey soup in a slow cooker for children and adults - ph - recipe:

1. Prepare turkey meat and other recipes. From meat I have a piece of neck and fillet (breast). Any portion of the turkey can be used for the soup. The brisket will make a very light soup, completely without fat. And if you add a little meat on the bone, then even in the second broth there will be a little fat. But it is better to remove the skin all the same, a lot of excess fat is useless.

Rinse the millet in hot water and leave it in a glass of cold water to soak (to remove the bitterness).

2. Put the turkey meat in a multicooker bowl with water. The water should cover all the meat. Better to fill it with hot water from a kettle, then it will boil faster. Now we just cook the meat a little in the first broth so that excess fat and possibly harmful additives (antibiotics) come out.

Someone will find it more convenient to boil the meat in a saucepan on the stove, and then the soup in a slow cooker. Could be so.

3. Set the multi-cook mode in the multicooker. 140 gr. and 10 min. I have a multicooker Polaris 0517 ad. But now in many models of multicooker there is a "multi-cook". If not, then you can turn on the frying mode for 10 minutes. This program also uses the high heating temperature we need.

4. While the meat is boiling, cover the potatoes and rub the carrots. Onions, if desired, can also be crumbled in this step. But I left it in its entirety so that after cooking it could be removed and thrown away.

5. After the signal in the slow cooker there will be a fatty turkey broth with a small amount of meat foam. So, as we cook turkey soup not only for adults, but also for a one-year-old child, we drain this water, and wash the meat from adhering foam. The breast can now be cut into pieces.

6. Add the washed turkey meat, washed millet, crumbled potatoes, grated carrots, a whole onion and bay leaf to the new water. Salt.

7. In the multicooker, set the “multi-cook” mode to 100 g again. and 40-50 minutes. Or you can use the soup program. But in my multicooker Polaris 0517, with a capacity of 860 watts, the soup is cooked for a minimum of 1 hour. For this soup, 40 or 50 minutes will be enough (depending on power), since we cook in the second broth.

8. After the usual signal, the turkey soup in a slow cooker for children and adults will be ready. The second broth is not at all greasy, but there are still some fat droplets, because not only the breast was cooked, but also the neck with the bone. Take out the onion and bay leaf.

9. Turkey soup in this version is served to adults and children over 2. years. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley or dill on top.

10. And place a portion for a one-year-old baby in a blender bowl and twist into a homogeneous liquid mass.

This soup can be classified as a dietary meal. Firstly, because it is made from turkey breast meat, which in itself is the most dietary one. Secondly, its ingredients do not undergo any pre-processing at all. Turkey soup with dumplings is cooked in the KAMBROOK multicooker in the “Soup” mode for 50 minutes. As a result of cooking, you will receive 6-8 servings of a dietary product at the exit. For those who are looking after their health, who are striving to lose weight, such a dietary soup is just a godsend.

Ingredients:

- turkey breast - 200 g;
- potatoes - 2 pcs. medium size;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- bay leaf - 1 pc .;
- salt - to taste;
- any favorite seasonings.

For making dumplings:

- eggs - 1 pc .;
- milk - 4 tablespoons;
- flour - 5-7 tablespoons;
- dill greens.

Recipe with photo step by step:

Rinse the turkey breast thoroughly before using the multicooker to cook the turkey dumpling soup. Cut the turkey into small pieces.

By the way, it also turns out very tasty, which you can cook as a second course for dinner.

Peel and coarsely grate the carrots.

Peel the onion, but cut it. You put the onion whole in the soup, and take it out of the finished soup and discard it.

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, two by two centimeters on a side.

Place the multicooker bowl immediately into the multicooker. Place the turkey in the bowl.

Place the potatoes in the multicooker bowl.

Place the grated carrots in a slow cooker.

Salt the contents of the multicooker to your liking.

Pour two liters of water into the multicooker.
Close the lid, select the Soup mode and cook until the end of cooking. While the turkey soup is cooking, prepare the dumpling dough.

Whisk the milk and egg with a fork until the mixture is smooth.

Add flour and knead a very soft dough.

Roll a very thin "sausage" out of the dough, cut it into very small pieces.

When the soup is done, open the lid and toss the dumplings into the pot.

Close the lid again and let the dumplings simmer for 10 minutes.
When you open the lid again, the dumplings will already float to the surface.

Sprinkle the turkey dumpling soup in a slow cooker with finely chopped dill. If you don't have fresh herbs, you can use dried or frozen dill herbs. I prefer frozen from my own garden, and not the one that is sold in stores in winter, processed God knows what, grown on God knows what soil.

Diet turkey soup with dumplings is ready. Pour into bowls and dine.
