USSR during the Khrushchev period. Biography. One of a kind

Mushroom hunting in the Moscow region usually begins in July and ends at the end of September. A variety of mushrooms are found in the Moscow region - from common moss mushrooms to mushrooms. But finding them is not so easy. As mushroom pickers say, you need to know the places.

Leningrad direction

To the north and south of Pokrovka station, there are porcini mushrooms, boletus and chanterelles. Near the stations Firsanovka and Frolovskoe, mushrooms can be found right along the railway line, from which, of course, it is better to move a little to the side for 1-2 kilometers. The same applies to the Berezki Dachnye station. From the station, move west to the Istra reservoir or east to the village of Terekhovo. A good mushroom harvest can be gathered there. If you get off at a station called Golovkovo and move north to the village of Ermakovo, then the basket will definitely not remain empty. In the area of the Podrezkovo station, on the right bank of the Skhodnya River, there are also mushroom spots.

Riga direction

The forests near the stations Yadroshino and Rumyantsevo were chosen by porcini mushrooms, aspen mushrooms and honey agarics. The area near the Opalikha station is also rich in all kinds of mushrooms. Only to these places you will have to walk 2-3 kilometers to the south. From the Lesodolgorukovo station to the mushrooms, you need to go almost the same, but not to the south, but to the north.

Yaroslavl direction

If you move from the Sofrino station to the village of Novovoronino, then after 3 kilometers you can find many honey agarics, as well as russula and chanterelles. The same mushrooms should be hunted near the Semkhoz station, moving 2-3 kilometers away from the railroad tracks. The same can be safely said about Pravda and Ashukinskaya stations. There are many mushrooms in the area of the Yaroslavl highway. It is better to stop your choice at the station of the 76th kilometer, go to the highway and move along it to the Gremyachego waterfall. Forests near the village of Sharapovo will also delight you with porcini mushrooms.

Savelovskoe direction

Not far from the stations Morozki, Lugovaya and Turist are found porcini mushrooms, aspen mushrooms, chanterelles and boletus. From Lobnya station, you will have to walk about three kilometers to the east to the Pyalovskoye reservoir. And from Nekrasovskaya to mushrooms a stone's throw - just a kilometer on the road to the village of Ozeretskoye. There are also many mushroom spots two kilometers west of the stations Katuar, Vlasovo and Iksha.

Paveletskoe direction

The wonderful mushroom spot of the Paveletsk direction is located not far from the White Stolby station. It is only necessary to walk about 3-4 kilometers in a westerly direction. Honey mushrooms, aspen mushrooms, boletus and porcini mushrooms are found there. Near the railway line you can pick mushrooms near the stations Velyaminovo, Zhilevo, Privalovo, Stupino and Mikhnevo.

Belarusian direction

These places are proud of boletus, boletus and porcini mushrooms. There is a forest rich in mushrooms from Sushkinskaya station to Portnovskaya station, so you can choose any stop on this stretch. In the southwest, near the Khlyupino station, you can get hold of chanterelles. And if you go to the Petelino station and, getting off on it, move towards the Petelinskaya poultry farm, then you can collect a fair amount of honey agarics.

Summer is coming to an end, but not all Muscovites are sad about this. The relay race is taken by mushroom pickers, who begin to leave the city en masse in search of forest harvest. The Moscow 24 portal shares the secrets of where you can pick mushrooms this year, how to choose the best ones and how to determine their presence without even going into the forest.

Where to collect?

As experienced people say, mushrooms are an unpredictable thing. The main conditions for their growth are moisture and warmth. Mushroom pickers note that this year in the southeast direction from Shatura to Yegoryevsk is completely empty, and you don't even have to go there until the rains come. Although a small surge was noticed in the Ramensky district, and periodically in the forests near the village of Aksenovo there are porcini mushrooms. But in the northeast, there is a harvest, although not as big as last year. In general, the summer was quite dry, and only in the north there were heavy rainfalls. Therefore, we recommend that you wait for the next rain and then go northward, from 50 kilometers and further from the Moscow Ring Road.

An important point that many do not pay attention to is the ecological safety of the area. In order not to be poisoned by the "harvest", it is imperative to look at the ecological maps of the Moscow region and navigate through them. On such maps, you can see the amount of emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere in a certain area and not only. Additionally, according to them, you can assess the level of forest cover and the degree of ecological well-being in general.

AND don't forget about safety measures... If you are traveling alone, be sure to warn your relatives and friends where you went. But if possible, it is better to take a proven mushroom picker with you. He will show good places, and he will help you choose the right mushroom.

Before going into the forest, I always rake the soil and touch it with my palm. If the soil is moist, then there is a great chance of finding mushrooms. Well, if it is dry, then the mushrooms will most likely be wormy.

How to choose the right one

In the Moscow region, boletus, aspen and white boletus are the most common noble mushrooms. Chanterelles, boletus and honey agarics are also very popular. In order to determine whether a mushroom is good or not, you need to cut it off and look at the leg. If it is wormy, then continue to cut off the leg in small pieces until the worminess disappears. And if you get to the hat, then you can cut it in half and look at the condition.

It is better to twist porcini mushrooms from the soil, since they often have two-thirds of their legs underground. If the harvest is small, then you can take slightly spoiled mushrooms. The main thing is that the leg is strong, and it is imperative to remove the wormy part.

Egor Ivashevsky

Unfortunately, the human body reacts completely differently to poisonous mushrooms, so be careful and choose only those mushrooms that you know. Maxim Dyakov, a leading specialist at the Department of Mycology and Algology at Moscow State University, recommends observing two conditions in order not to "earn" poisoning:

  • Take only those mushrooms that you are sure of edibility. And if there is even a grain of doubt, it is better to throw it away;
  • Do not pick up old mushrooms. And if they start to deteriorate, then be sure to process (it is better to blanch) to stop the decay process. To do this, it is enough to boil them in hot water for about three to five minutes.

Processing and preparation

It is important to remember that a mushroom is a protein substance that quickly deteriorates, so all mushrooms brought home must be cooked on the same day. Rospotrebnadzor also observe precautions when collecting, preparing and storing mushrooms and does not recommend feeding them to children under 14 years of age due to the lack of necessary enzymes in their bodies.

The process of processing itself can become quite fun if you involve the whole family in it. First, you need to carefully sort them out: remove all old or wormy ones that were not noticed during collection. Edges bitten by forest animals must be cut and discarded. In parallel with this, we remove other forest debris: leaves, needles and soil. Then you need to sort the mushrooms by type and size: large - in one pile, small - in another. Remove the skin from the caps, peel the leg and trim it at the base.
After that, we rinse. But do not get carried away: this must be done quickly so that the mushrooms do not soften and do not lose the taste of useful substances. Please note that mushrooms that are to be dried do not need to be washed: just wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

To facilitate the difficult process of cleaning honey agarics, you can simply put them in a saucepan, pour boiling water over them and cover with a towel. After 20 minutes, drain the water and repeat the procedure two more times. This makes cleaning much easier.

And now let's start cooking! Porcini mushrooms with herring and dill, fried chanterelles with onions and sour cream, salted milk mushrooms, pickled boletus - cook whatever your soul desires, which has been yearning for the mushroom season for a whole year.

By the way, soon the nights will be cold, and then honey mushrooms will go. Hurry up and go into the forest at five in the morning, because an hour later you will have a crowd of competitors, unexpectedly collecting "trophies" in your trusted place.

Mushroom places in the Moscow region 2019 - what interests fans of delicious "trophies" that are found in large numbers in forest glades and in the forests after rains, when the air temperature remains at 10 degrees Celsius. Many may be surprised, but in order to harvest a good harvest of mushrooms, you do not need to travel far.

In the Moscow region in the fall, it is realistic to meet many edible species, including diapers, valuei, russula, volushkas, honey mushrooms, mushrooms, as well as whites and many others. It is better to go in search of the above mushrooms before the severe cold sets in. Carefully study not only the classic "hot" places, but also the thickets of nettles, as well as the trunks of living trees.

On the map

Map of mushroom places Moscow region 2019 photo

Looking at the mushroom map of the Moscow region, we can conclude that:

  1. the west of this region is rich in black mushrooms, mushrooms, as well as volushki (the latter are fond of pickled and pickled mushrooms);
  2. in wooded areas you can find russula, which are soaked before heat treatment;
  3. under the spruce plantations until November, Polish mushrooms;
  4. near a birch grove in the Moscow region there are good mushroom meadows of boletus boletus.

If you approach the study of the mushroom map thoroughly, it is better to focus on certain stations, areas and directions.

Firsanovskoe direction is a paradise for those who preferentially collect boletus and mushrooms. Here, in the Stupinsky district, located in the direction of Zavorykin, not far from "Daughter Shugarovo", there are porcini mushrooms. The Odintsovo region is rich mainly in porcini mushrooms, the abundance of which will delight you next to Skorotov, Yamshchin, Uspensky and Khlyupin.

If you are going to move in the Belarusian direction, get off at the stations "Drokhovo", "Sushkinskaya" (there is a large forest rich in mushrooms) or "Portnovskaya". You will leave with a decent amount of trophies from Petelino, Tuchkovo and Shalikovo. Porcini mushrooms, aspen mushrooms are waiting for you here. Sometimes boletus mushrooms are found.

Mushroom pickers who choose the Volokolamsk direction should focus on wooded areas near the Opalikha and Novoierusalimskaya stations, where you can stock up on boletus and boletus boletus.

In the Kazan direction - chanterelles, porcini mushrooms and boletus. Boletus mushrooms also grow here. It is better to start your search from the glades not far from Gzhel (go to the villages of Konyashino and Minino if you are interested in porcini mushrooms) Danino, as well as the Grigorovo and Ignatievo stations. Here they collect white, boletus, boletus and chanterelles.

Those who set off in the Kiev direction need to get off at the Beksovo station, where next to Savelovka, Ivanovka, Mogutovo and Afanasovka - milk mushrooms, chanterelles and boletus. The main thing is to move south of the platform or east. Alternatively, mushroom pickers go to the stations "Zosimova Pustyn", "Alabino" and "Rassudovo".

Having studied the mushroom places in the Moscow region in 2019, we can conclude that the hot spots in the Kursk direction are the Lvovskaya station, next to the Meshcherskaya village (there are many porcini mushrooms growing here, the main thing is to go to the east), as well as Sharapova Okhota and Stolbovaya ". In a wooded area, russula, chanterelles and chernushki are collected with the latter. Boletus, as well as milk mushrooms grow here.
Moving in the direction of Leningrad, get off at the stations "Golovkino", "Povarovo" or "Radishchevo", where they "hunt" for chanterelles, saffron milk caps, milk mushrooms, russula, porcini mushrooms.
If you like russula, honey agarics, porcini mushrooms and boletus, choose the Savelovskoe direction, namely the forests near the Tourist, Morozki stations (go to Strekovo, Grigorkovo and Paramonovo), as well as Iksha.

How to get there by car?

  5. You can go along the Gorkovskoye highway (alternatively along the Nosovikhinsky highway), get to Vlasovo or Subbotino, where there are good mushroom meadows in the vicinity.

How to get there by minibus?
