  • Fillet of beef or pork - 400 grams,
  • Funchoza - one pack or 250 grams,
  • Bulgarian red bell pepper - 1 piece,
  • Medium onion - 1 head,
  • Medium carrots - 1 piece,
  • Fresh cucumber - 1 piece,
  • Garlic cloves - 4-5 pieces,
  • Cottonseed oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Spices, salt and sugar to taste.

Method of preparing funchose with meat and vegetables:

Cook the meat.

  1. To do this, take fresh beef or pork pulp. Rinse the piece well and cut into thin strips. If the meat is not very young, then it is necessary to marinate it, then it will be tender and soft.
  2. For the marinade, use spices (black pepper or a special ready-made meat seasoning) and 50 ml of soy sauce.
  3. Pour the resulting mixture with a little water and leave the meat in it for 3 hours.
  4. Rinse carrots, peppers and cucumber. Cut vegetables into very thin strips or pass through a Korean grater. Then the view of the salad will be more beautiful.
  5. Place the shredded vegetables in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and sugar. Remember the mass before juicing.
  6. Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings, and cut the garlic into small pieces.
  7. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, heat well and dip the onion and garlic into it. Fry very quickly, no more than one minute.

  4. Pour the noodles into a colander and wait for all the liquid to drain.
  5. Mix noodles with vegetables and meat.
  6. Try it with salt. Add spices as needed.

Funchoza with chicken and vegetables

Funchoza with vegetables goes well with chicken. Cooking funchose with chicken takes less time than a classic beef salad, since there is no need to marinate the meat.

For cooking you will need the following ingredients:

  • Chicken pulp - 300 grams,
  • Funchoza - 250 grams,
  • Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar - 3 teaspoons
  • Bulgarian pepper (red or yellow) - 1 piece,
  • Vegetable oil - 30 milliliters,
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seed to taste.

Recipe for cooking funchose with chicken:

  1. Rinse the lean chicken fillet. If any skin is present, separate it from the meat. Cut the fillets into thin strips.
  2. Fry the chicken pieces in a skillet until golden brown for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine sugar and soy sauce.
  4. Add the resulting paste to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Season the meat with sesame seeds a few minutes before cooking. Remove skillet from heat and cool meat.
  6. Place cold water in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil.
  7. Then dip the noodles in it and cook for a few minutes, adding a little vegetable oil.
  8. Stir the noodles periodically with a spoon while boiling to keep them from sticking together. When the noodles are clear, you can drain the water.
  9. Dip the funchose into a colander and wait for all the water to drain. If the noodles are long, you can cut them into small pieces.
  10. Rinse the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Lightly fry the peppers in a skillet.
  11. Mix all the ingredients and add a spoonful of lemon juice. Leave the salad to soak for 1–2 hours.

If you wish, you can cut the funchose into smaller pieces to make it more comfortable to eat. For this, it is most convenient to use scissors and cut the noodles directly in a colander.

All products, as usual in Chinese cuisine, need to be prepared, most often cut, so that later, during quick cooking, you will not be distracted by cutting.

Cut the green onions obliquely into pieces 2-4 cm long. Cut the garlic in half rings, cut the hot pepper into rings, removing the seeds if possible.

Cut the ginger into small pieces, comparable in size to the chopped pieces of garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok, or just in a large thick-walled skillet, about 2 tablespoons.

Since we will fry the vegetables first, there is no need to heat the oil too much.

We put all the vegetables in the heated oil, wait 30 seconds for them to "grab" the heat from the pan and begin to fry, then add the minced pork to the pan.

Constantly stirring the minced meat in hot oil with a spatula, breaking the minced meat into small pieces with the same spatula, bring the pork until the minced meat begins to confidently fry and become covered with a golden crust.

Then add about 1 teaspoon without top sugar to the minced meat, mix everything again and again after 30 seconds pour about 50 ml into the minced meat. soy sauce.

Constantly stirring everything, let the soy sauce boil, which will happen almost instantly, after which we put the boiled, washed and, if desired, chopped funchose in a frying pan.

    To prepare bean noodles with minced meat and vegetables, we need the following ingredients: funchose (thin bean vermicelli), minced pork, onions, carrots, tomato paste, coriander, refined sunflower oil, salt, black pepper, water.

    First, pour thin bean noodles with clean cold water. We leave the noodles like this for 10 minutes. But before you start cooking funchose, still read the instructions on the package, since the cooking time (soaking, boiling) and the sequence of all these actions may differ from manufacturer to manufacturer.

    While the noodles are infused, heat the refined sunflower oil in a large frying pan or saucepan, put the minced pork in it and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the color changes.

    Add the onion, cut into large cubes, and carrots, cut into strips to the minced meat.

    Fry the minced meat with vegetables, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are soft.

    Pour salt, black pepper, coriander seeds crushed with the flat side of a knife into the pan and add tomato paste.

    Stir and continue to fry on a slightly below average heat for about another two minutes.

    In parallel with frying the minced meat with vegetables, drain the water from the funchose and boil it in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, then drain the hot water from the noodles as much as possible, do not rinse.

    We shift funchose into a frying pan for minced meat with vegetables.

    Stir the contents of the pan so that the minced meat and vegetables are evenly distributed in the noodles, and the funchose itself is soaked in all the juices from the pan. Remove the pan from the stove.

    Funchoza with minced meat and vegetables is ready!
