Lavash lasagna with cottage cheese is simple, tasty and healthy. Everyone knows the invaluable properties of cottage cheese, but in this dish it revealed its versatility even more by replacing additional components. The fact is that during heat treatment, the curd takes the form of melted cheese, which makes it possible to do without the presence of the latter. Ingredients:

  • lavash - 3 pcs.;
  • cottage cheese - 350 g;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • kefir - 250 ml;
  • frozen spinach - 80 g;
  • a bunch of dill - 1 pc.

Preparation

  • Heat the spinach in a skillet.
  • Add egg, spinach, dill to the curd.
  • Beat the kefir with the egg and brush the lavash sheets with the mixture.
  • Place the filling on top of them.
  • Curd lavash lasagna is baked for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Lavash lasagna with mushrooms and chicken

Lasagna is quite a filling dish with a multifaceted taste. The main recipe can be supplemented with mushrooms, which will make the taste even richer and juicier. And instead of minced meat, you can use minced chicken fillet.

Ingredients:
  • 400 gr. chicken fillet;
  • 15 gr. butter;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 pcs. thin pita bread;
  • 0.6 l of milk;
  • 150 hard cheese;
  • 300 gr. fresh mushrooms;
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour;
  • 3 peas of green, black, white pepper;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil.

How to make lavash lasagna with mushrooms and chicken:

  1. We wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut it into medium cubes, grind it.
  2. Peel the onion, cut it into small cubes. Rinse the mushrooms, peel, cut into cubes.
  3. Put the onion in a frying pan with a hot lean oil. When it softens, pour the minced chicken with mushrooms. Mix everything, simmer over medium heat until all the liquid evaporates. Salt the filling and pepper to taste.
  4. For the béchamel sauce, dilute the flour in cold milk using a whisk. We put the dishes with milk and flour on the fire, boil, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Salt the sauce to taste, remove from heat.
  5. When all the components are ready, we start assembling the dish. Grease the ceramic refractory mold inside with a piece of butter. We put a sheet of pita bread on the bottom so that it covers the side walls.
  6. We spread half of the meat filling, pour the third part of the sauce on top, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the lasagna. Cover the filling with pita bread. Spread out the remaining half of the minced meat again, pour over half of the remaining sauce. Cover this layer of filling with pita bread. Pour everything with the remaining milk sauce, sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
  7. Cook the lasagne for half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees, until a ruddy cheese crust forms on top.
  8. Before serving, let the dish stand for 20 minutes so that it cools slightly and does not creep when slicing or serving. Enjoy your meal!

And here is an option for completely lazy people. And I'm not even sure if this option can be called lasagna. Rather, it is a layered pizza. But since both of them relate to Italian cuisine, they will consider that this is still lasagna, but very, very lazy.
Ingredients:

  • Lavash - 3 Pieces
  • Cheese - 150-200 grams
  • Minced meat - 400 grams
  • Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces
  • Tomato - 2-3 pieces
  • Onions - 2 pieces (1 onion - for minced meat, 1 - for vegetables)
  • Vegetable oil - 100 mo
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Spices - 3-4 pinches (your favorites)

Preparation: 1. Fry thawed or fresh minced meat with finely chopped onion over medium heat.

Fry the minced meat until tender, but if the onion is already turning from golden to black, remove the pan from the heat. Minced meat can also be cooked in the oven. 2. While the minced meat is being prepared, fry a mixture of finely chopped tomatoes, bell peppers and onions in another pan.

Do not forget to salt and pepper vegetables. You do not need to stew vegetables under a closed lid, now you need to ensure that most of the liquid comes out of them so that the lasagna does not turn out to be too liquid. Fry exactly until a golden crust begins to appear on the vegetables. As soon as we saw that it begins to form, we immediately remove it from the fire.

3. The fillings are ready, put everything together. To do this, put a sheet of pita bread on a greased baking sheet and spread a layer of vegetables on it. We use only half of the cooked vegetables.
4. Cover the vegetables with the next sheet of pita bread, on which we spread the minced meat. We spread the minced meat all.
5. Pour half of the prepared cheese, grated on a coarse grater, onto the minced meat.
6. Put another layer of lavash on top, on which we spread the rest of vegetables and cheese.
7. We send the lasagna for 15 minutes in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.

Lasagna is a favorite dish for many, but the sheets for its preparation are not always on sale, and not everyone likes to make the dough on their own. An easier and faster way to prepare lasagna is with lavash.

Lasagne with pita bread and béchamel sauce

The classic lasagne is prepared with special pastry sheets. As a replacement for such sheets, you can take lavash - it can be Armenian or any other thin lavash. This replacement does not affect the taste of lasagna in any way - it turns out to be just as satisfying, juicy and aromatic as a traditional dish. The rest of the lasagna recipe is no different: it is prepared with any minced meat, mushrooms, vegetables, cheese.

This Italian dish is made with béchamel sauce, but if you want to whip up the dish, lasagna sauce can be replaced with kefir seasoned with spices and herbs.

Ingredients:

  • pita bread 5-7 sheets;
  • 1 onion;
  • minced meat 500 g;
  • tomatoes or tomato puree 500 g;
  • flour 40g;
  • butter 40 g;
  • milk 400 ml;
  • cheese 150 g;
  • seasonings and salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Finely chop the onion, fry. Put the minced meat in a pan, fry with onions until tender. Season the filling and salt.
  2. If you are using ready-made tomato puree, then immediately add it to the minced meat. If you took tomatoes in their own juice or fresh tomatoes, then they must be chopped in a blender or simply chopped finely and then stewed. Please note that the tomato puree should be smooth, without large pieces of tomato.
  3. Now we will make the béchamel sauce, for which we gradually add flour to the melted butter, and then hot milk with constant stirring. Bring the sauce to thicken over low heat. Add salt and nutmeg to the finished lasagna sauce to taste.
  4. Then you can start to shape our lasagne. Grease the form with butter, lay out a sheet of pita bread, grease it with sauce. Then we spread the minced meat. Repeat the layers. At the end, cover the lasagna with a sheet of pita bread, grease the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. We send the lasagne with minced meat to the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. You can check the readiness by the crust - it should be golden brown, but the cheese should not burn.

Homemade lasagna is served after it has cooled slightly, otherwise it will be difficult to cut the finished dish into portions.

Lasagne with cheese and tomato sauce

This recipe does not use bechamel sauce. Lasagna is prepared with several types of cheese and tomato sauce. Lavash will also be used as lasagna sheets. We offer a step-by-step recipe for making lasagna.

Ingredients:

  • thin pita bread 3 sheets;
  • mozzarella cheese 300 g;
  • hard cheese 150 g;
  • minced meat 500 g;

Lasagna is not only meat, but also vegetable. The dish with vegetables turns out to be no less satisfying and aromatic. This recipe uses cheese in addition to vegetables.

You do not need to make bechamel sauce, since eggs are added to the dish, but if you wish, you can also make sauce from the sauce

The peculiarity of this lasagna is that it is not cooked in layers: such a dish can be called "lazy", since it is prepared much faster than traditional lasagna.

Ingredients:

  • lavash 2 pcs.;
  • spinach 300 g;
  • zucchini 1 pc;

  • soft cheese 200 g;
