Carrot and cheese filling for pita bread. Lavash roll: simple, tasty, and affordable recipes with photos. Lavash roll with crab sticks and melted cheese

Lavash rolls with Korean carrots and sausage

In my opinion, this is the most delicious filling. To prepare it, you need the following ingredients:

  • sausage,
  • cheese,
  • fresh cucumber,
  • Korean carrots,
  • mayonnaise,
  • ketchup.

Cut the cheese, sausage and cucumber into strips. Korean carrots can be taken ready-made or cooked on your own.

How to quickly cook Korean carrots

To do this, grate the carrots on a special grater or cut into strips. Season it with vegetable oil and vinegar, add salt and Korean carrot seasoning. I add all the spices to taste. The salad should be infused for at least 30 minutes.

Now mix all the ingredients in a plate. Spread pita bread on the table, brush it with ketchup and mayonnaise. Place the filling on the rim of the pita bread and roll into a roll.

Cut the roll into small pieces. The appetizer is ready!

Lavash roll with red fish

We leave all the above ingredients, replace only the sausage with a fish and you can not add the cucumber. It turns out the following:

  • red fish,
  • cheese,
  • Korean carrots,
  • mayonnaise,
  • ketchup.

The cooking principle is the same as in the first option.

Lavash rolls with crab sticks

  • crab sticks,
  • egg,
  • cheese,
  • onions (preferably fresh green),
  • mayonnaise.

Hard boil the egg, chop finely. We also finely cut everything else. Mix and spread on pita bread. By the way, some housewives grease the whole pita bread with a filling, and then roll it. In this case, this option is quite appropriate, since the filling is pasty. But still, in my opinion, it is more convenient to lay out the pita bread in a slide on one edge and then twist it.

Lavash roll with tomatoes and cheese

  • tomatoes,
  • cheese,
  • garlic,
  • mayonnaise.

Finely chop the cheese, garlic and tomatoes and add a little salt. Mix everything and put it on pita bread, greased with mayonnaise.

Rolls with chicken

The main ingredients here are chicken and pita bread. The rest is your improvisation. If desired, you can add fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, cheese and garlic, or Korean carrots and fresh cabbage. My favorite option is this:

  • boiled chicken
  • Korean carrots,
  • fresh cucumber,
  • mayonnaise,
  • ketchup.

Cooking, as in the previous cases.

Lavash with ham

  • ham,
  • boiled egg,
  • cheese,
  • garlic,
  • a tomato,
  • mayonnaise.

This roll will be even tastier if you bake it in the oven.

Roll with canned fish

  • canned fish (tuna, mackerel or saury),
  • boiled egg,
  • garlic,
  • mayonnaise.

Mash canned fish, finely chop the garlic and eggs. Put on pita bread, greased with mayonnaise and twist.

These, of course, are not all options for fillings, only the most common and delicious ones. As you understand, you can wrap anything you want. For example, I really love Korean carrots, and depending on what is in the refrigerator, I mix it with either sausage, or ham, or fish, or chicken (maybe even smoked). For freshness, I always add a cucumber, it is fashionable to replace it with a tomato or pickled cucumber, at worst.

Sauce - standard mayonnaise + ketchup. You can also make a mayonnaise and garlic sauce. Pleasant))

Option 3: Lavash rolls with Korean carrots and mushrooms

You can make similar rolls with pickled mushrooms. In this version, fresh mushrooms are used, they will need to be fried. Additionally, you need mayonnaise. You can cook such an appetizer in a lean version (for vegetarians), then we take the appropriate sauce without animal products.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Korean carrots;
  • large pita bread;
  • 4 mushrooms;
  • 20 ml of oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • greens.

How to cook

Fry mushrooms. You need to start with champignons so that they cool down. We wash, but do not soak, otherwise they will be saturated with water. We cut into plates. We put it in a frying pan and bring it to readiness. When using pickled mushrooms, they can also be lightly fried to enhance the flavor and remove the pickle. Cool the mushrooms.

Put the squeezed Korean carrots into a bowl. Add chopped greens to it, stir.

Lubricate the pita bread with mayonnaise. We take the regular or lean version, you can replace it with other sauces, add ketchup, mustard, or take processed cream cheese. We spread the pieces of mushrooms, and then the carrots with herbs. Do not forget to leave one edge free, but preferably a third of the pita bread, so that you can wrap the roll with an empty cake.

We give the package to brew and soak. An hour later, cut the carrot roll into pieces, serve as a snack or use for a snack.

It is advisable to first cut the pita bread before filling, remove the rounded edges. In this case, the roll will turn out to be even and of the same thickness.

Option 4: Lavash rolls with "Triple" Korean carrots

For such a roll, you will additionally need ham and fresh cucumber. Although, with pickles, everything also works out great. There are two types of cheese used. One product of soft consistency from trays, you can take a creamy taste or with mushrooms and herbs. You also need some hard grated cheese.

Ingredients

  • 0.25 kg of Korean carrots;
  • 100 g soft cheese;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 100 g mayonnaise;
  • 250 g ham;
  • 3 pita bread;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • a bunch of dill.

Step by step recipe

Squeeze the garlic into the mayonnaise and add the dill, stir the sauce. It is better to cut sheets of pita bread immediately, giving the shape of neat rectangles. Grease one of them with a thin layer of sauce, sprinkle with finely chopped ham.

Grease the second pita bread with the remaining sauce. We spread the chopped Korean carrots. We cover the first cake.

Grind the hard cheese. Lubricate the last pita bread with soft cheese, put it on a layer with carrots. Sprinkle with hard cheese on top. You can also add a little greenery here.

We twist all three cakes with a tight roll, wrap tightly in a bag. We remove the soak for two hours.

You can pre-fry the ham in butter with onions. Or add chopped bell peppers to the cheese.

Option 5: Miniature pita rolls with Korean carrots and minced meat

A hearty version of small rolls with Korean carrots and minced meat. This dish is better for a snack than a snack. It is convenient to take it with you on the road. When using lean minced chicken, you get a dietary option.

Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat;
  • 80 g onions;
  • 150-180 g of Korean carrots;
  • 2 pita bread;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • sour cream or mayonnaise;
  • butter

How to cook

Fry chopped onion and minced meat in any oil until tender. Season with salt. Other spices are not needed, as there are many of them in Korean carrots. We simply cut it into smaller pieces, having drained the liquid before that. We mix them together, season with dill.

Pita leaves need to be cut into strips of fifteen centimeters. It is not necessary to use a knife, scissors are quick and convenient. Grease each strip with mayonnaise or sour cream, but not thickly, slightly for adhesion.

Cover half of the strip with meat filling with Korean carrots. From this part, we begin to twist the roll, gradually moving to the free end. We do the same with the rest of the strips and filling.

We leave the pita rolls to soak for at least half an hour. Can be put in a plastic bag and in a refrigerator. It is desirable to cut them with a sharp knife and not directly, but obliquely, like a stick of sausage.

It is not necessary to serve such rolls cold. They can be fried in a regular skillet or grill with a grooved surface. You do not need to cook for a long time, only until light crust on pita bread.

Option 6: Lavash roll with Korean carrots

This version of the roll with bell peppers, Korean carrots and crab sticks goes well with it. Additionally, you will need a large bunch of green onions and boiled eggs for a snack. They can be cooked, cooled and peeled in advance.

Ingredients

  • a pack of chopsticks;
  • 150 g carrots;
  • green onion;
  • 100 g mayonnaise;
  • 2 bell peppers;
  • 4 tablespoons of grated cheese.

How to cook

Lubricate the pita bread with sauce. If it remains, then put it in the filling. The sticks must be allowed to thaw, then cut into strips or rub, combine with cheese. Sprinkle the greased pita bread with the mixture, do not reach the very end.

We shorten the carrot a little. We just put it on the board, make cuts every 1.5 centimeters. Add chopped onions and mayonnaise here, if there is anything left. Gouge this mixture over the top of the crab sticks.

We twist a tight roll. We do this carefully so as not to break the pita bread, it has already softened a little. We remove the appetizer for half an hour in a cool place. Then we cut the roll into small pieces, additionally decorate with herbs.

There are many options for crab rolls. Often they add corn, boiled rice, shrimp and other miscellaneous foods. You can wrap any of your favorite salads in pita bread, but it is only important not to overdo it with the addition of sauce, otherwise the thin cake will turn sour, and the filling will flow out.

Korean-style carrots are a wonderful appetizer in and of themselves, but they also take a very worthy place in many dishes. For example, lavash rolls - their filling can be very diverse, including Korean carrots. It turns out an appetizer of pita bread with Korean carrots with an interesting and spicy taste that will certainly please your guests and family.

Such a pita with carrots in Korean is prepared quite easily and not for long. All you have to do is make a list of products and make this delicious pita bread stuffed with Korean carrots, ham and cheese. By the way, it turns out very economically and inexpensively, so I recommend with all my heart!

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of pita bread;
  • 100 g ham;
  • 100 g of Korean carrots;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • 3-4 tsp mayonnaise;
  • greens for decoration.

Preparation:

We need lavash sheet, thin, preferably rectangular or square. Sometimes thin round or oval pita breads are sold, but they are not very suitable for rolls, they need to be cut. For a roll, we need 2 sheets of pita bread of the same size.

Let's take care of the filling for the lavash roll - cut the ham into small cubes.

Grate hard cheese - medium or large.

We also cut carrots in Korean - so that the carrot pieces are not so long.

Grease the first sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise (use half of the total amount of sauce). We distribute the mayonnaise over the pita bread using a table knife or the back of a teaspoon - this way it is more convenient to apply the sauce as evenly as possible.

Put chopped Korean carrots on top of pita bread with mayonnaise.

Grease the second sheet of pita bread with the remaining mayonnaise and place it on the first sheet (with Korean carrots).

Put grated cheese and ham cubes on the second sheet of pita bread. The filling should fit evenly on the pita bread.

We roll the pita bread into a tight roll. We do this carefully so that the filling does not fall out of the roll, and the lavash itself does not accidentally break.

We wrap a Korean-style pita roll with carrots in cling film or foil and hide in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes. During this time, the roll is properly soaked. This is the minimum time the lavash stays in the refrigerator, but if you wish, you can leave it there longer. If I make such a roll for guests, then most often I wrap it in the morning, and in the evening, before serving it, I take it out of the refrigerator and cut it.

By the way, about slicing. It is best to do this with a large and sharp knife so that the cut is smooth and not torn. The optimal thickness of the roll rings is 1-1.5 cm. So it will not be too thin (and will not fall apart when cutting), and not too thick (and it will be easy to eat).

If you are going out into nature, you should definitely think over in advance so that you do not go hungry while waiting for the main dish - barbecue.

Be sure to take plenty of fruits and vegetables and prepare cold snacks that are great outdoors.

The easiest picnic snack is. It is quick to cook and convenient to eat outdoors. We offer you simple recipes for pita roll with Korean carrots.

Lavash roll with Korean carrot and chicken

Ingredients:

  • Armenian lavash - 3 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 300 ml
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • dill greens - 1 bunch
  • smoked chicken leg - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • Korean carrots - 200 g

How to make a pita roll with Korean carrots and chicken:

First you need to prepare the ingredients for the filling. So, for this we peel the garlic (determine its amount according to your own taste) and chop it very finely with a knife (either rub it on the finest grater or pass it through a garlic press).

We wash the greens under cold water (by the way, not necessarily dill, you can easily use your other favorite greens) and let it dry. Then finely chop the greens

Rub hard (or semi-hard, to taste) cheese on a coarse grater.

Separate the leg from the bones and cut it into small cubes.

Now we take a convenient container and pour into it the previously prepared products (chopped garlic and herbs), if desired, add salt and pepper and season everything with mayonnaise. After that, mix everything well (until a homogeneous mass is formed).

We spread fresh Armenian lavash on the work surface, grease it on top with the prepared mayonnaise mixture. After that, sprinkle the lavash with cheese and cover with a second sheet of lavash. Again, grease it with mayonnaise, on which we spread the chopped smoked chicken.

We cover it with the third (and last) sheet, which we also grease with mayonnaise dressing, and then lay out the Korean carrots (if they are too long, cut them with a knife). Note that all types of fillings must be applied evenly, albeit not in a continuous layer.

Now we fold our pita bread into a tight roll and wrap it with cling film (if there is no film, then ordinary foil or a plastic bag will do).

We send the roll to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, so that it has time to infuse and soak properly.

We take out the finished, soft and juicy roll with chicken and Korean carrots from the refrigerator and cut it into small portioned slices (rolls), 3-4 cm wide.

Lavash roll with Korean carrot and sausage

Ingredients:

  • thin pita bread - 4 pcs.
  • boiled or semi-smoked sausage - 300 g.
  • Korean carrots - 200 g.
  • Russian cheese - 300 g.
  • mayonnaise to taste.
  • parsley greens - 100 g.

How to make a pita roll with Korean carrots and sausage:

First, let's prepare the filling: take the sausage, preferably boiled (you can also take half-smoked). Let's cut it into small strips.

Now we take cheese, preferably hard, since it is rubbed better and we rub it on a grater. It is better to rub on fine, so the filling in the rolls will be more tender.

Rinse the parsley well and chop finely.

Now we take the first sheet of pita bread, grease it with mayonnaise and spread the Korean carrots on it in an even layer.

We close it on top with a second sheet of pita bread, we also grease it with mayonnaise and put the chopped sausage on it.

We do not stop there and cover the sausage with a third layer of pita bread, which we also grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

And just now, carefully, so that the pita bread does not break, we roll up the roll. And put it in the refrigerator for a while so that it cools.

Before going on a picnic, the pita roll with Korean carrots and sausage should be cut into portioned slices.
