Someone likes to travel by car, someone prefers to travel by train, but the fastest and easiest way to get to the Czech Republic is by plane.

The planes of the ČSA national airline will take you to the Czech Republic in a matter of hours. Reliability and comfort - this is what Czech Airlines has been guided by for 90 years. And in this she excels very well.

Start

Czech Airlines is largest airline in the Czech Republic with a long tradition. Its history begins in the twentieth century. It became operational on October 6, 1923 and immediately received the status of the national state Czechoslovak airline. The company then changed its original name ČESKÉ AEROLINIE to Czech Airlines.

Three weeks later, in October 1923, the first flight from Prague to Bratislava took place. At first, the planes flew only through the territory of Czechoslovakia. 7 years later, in 1930, the first international flight Prague-Zagreb took place.

Memorable photo from the first international flight of the České aerolinie.

For almost 15 years, all ČSA flights have been operated without flight attendants on board, and only since 1937 the first flight attendants have appeared on linear flights. The airline began to take care of the comfort of passengers.

1957 year. The IL-12 Československé Státní Aerolinie aircraft landed in Paris.

1958 year. Aircraft Tu-104. Soviet aircraft construction was in demand at that time.

Since then to this day the airline is constantly growing and improving. Like every company, Czech Airlines has successes and failures. However, management is committed to ensuring that ČSA proudly bears the title of national airline. Therefore, over the years, there are more and more "ups" and recognition. Czech Airlines has been repeatedly named the best airline in the Czech Republic, and the international aviation organization OAG recognized it the best airline in Central and Western Europe.

Aircraft piloting is carried out only by professionals who have been trained and practiced for more than one year at the airline's flight base. It is located at. For most pilots, a smooth takeoff and soft landing is not difficult, because they feel at home at their "home" airport.

From passenger reviews - Valentine:

“I flew from the Czech Republic to Belgium. The check-in went very quickly, the great thing is that when we were already on board, the company's employees announced that first passengers with children pass, and then everyone else. I have never encountered such a thing, I think the mothers were very pleased. The flight was 1 hour 20 minutes, breakfast was offered a hot sandwich, there were many drinks. The staff were very helpful, but what I liked the most was the soft landing.

The crew and flight attendants are attentive and polite. They also have a very beautiful uniform in corporate colors.

It seems that here they are - clouds, and the plane is already rapidly heading down and sits down very smoothly. I like it when I sat down like on a pillow. After such a landing, the fear of flying disappears. "

Careful and kind attitude towards little travelers (children were presented with coloring books, pencils, toys). Everything was provided at the first request. Good selection of hot dishes. At the Czech airport, on the way back, the luggage was accepted very quickly. Many thanks to the air carrier for a safe and comfortable flight. "

Thank you, we flew perfectly!
