I conscientiously spent two days testing the “Prototype of an Internet system for distance training of personnel”, this is the name of the distance learning program for USE experts. Since 2005, FIPI employees have been developing an experimental set of educational computer programs. At the moment, demo versions of the program in the Russian language, mathematics, social science, chemistry and geography have been prepared.
Programs of the "Expert USE" series are designed to work out the procedure for checking and evaluating tasks in part "C". The electronic manual allows organizing effective and psychologically comfortable training of experts of the regional commissions of the Unified State Examination in the form of full-time and remote classes, as well as solving the problem of attestation and certification of trained specialists, identifying a group of "third experts" by objective indicators.
The software tool is aimed at the formation and development of professional competence of specialists in the field of checking tasks with a detailed answer to the unified state exam.
The implementation of this goal is ensured by the solution of the following educational tasks through a computer program:
- formation of a general idea among users about control measuring materials, their structure and content; about the purpose, typology and modifications of tasks with a detailed answer in the structure of KIMs;
- skills formation
- work with instructions and criteria governing the procedure for checking and evaluating graduates' answers to tasks with a detailed answer;
- check and consistently objectively evaluate the answers of graduates to tasks with a detailed answer;
- identify typical mistakes in the work of graduates.
Programs are designed for the individual work of the user. It is possible to save the results, keep a journal, collect and record statistics on the results of work at various stages of preparation
The program includes:
- reference information: descriptions of tasks, instructions, algorithms of work of experts, criteria for evaluating works;
- trainings aimed at developing methods for checking and evaluating tasks of various types;
- tests involving the assessment of all tasks of type "C" in several works of graduates in a mode that is as close as possible to checking in the conditions of the exam (compliance with the procedure, clear fixation of time).

We bring to your attention that the specialists of the Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements in 2009-2010. an Internet system for distance training of USE experts was developed and tested, which was widely used by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the preparation of experts.
The Internet system for remote training of personnel is designed for the work of various groups of users - trainees (experts), methodologists, administrators and provides electronic storage of methodological materials, a bank of tasks, a bank of images of examinees' works.
For trained experts, the program includes: reference information: job descriptions, instructions, expert work algorithms, work evaluation criteria; trainings (interactive exercises), tests. The trainings are aimed at developing methods for checking and evaluating tasks of various types. Tests involve grading tasks for time.
In 2011, the remote system for training experts was supplemented with similar blocks in all subjects for training GIA-9 experts.
