Death is what happens to the soul. The life of the human soul after death has been scientifically proven! Vladimir Streletsky on LightRay

All people are mortal. This simple truth is perceived differently at every age. Little children know nothing of the existence of death. To adolescents, she appears as something distant and almost unattainable. This explains the willingness of teenagers to take unjustified risks, because it seems to them that life will never end, and death comes only to others.

In adulthood, the transience of life is felt very sharply. Questions about the meaning of life begin to torment. Why all these aspirations, experiences, worries, if only oblivion and decay awaits ahead? Older people eventually come to terms with the idea of own death, but with special trepidation they begin to relate to the life and health of their loved ones. In old age, a person is left alone with thoughts of the imminent end of his earthly existence. Someone is terrified of death, others are waiting for it as deliverance. In any case, the ending is inevitable.

What's next? What awaits the human soul? Major world religions agree that death is not the end, but only the beginning.

Buddhism: the soul cannot die

From the point of view of Buddhism, death is not only a natural but also a desirable process. She is only a necessary stage for achieving the Ideal... But the Ideal (Absolute) is not achieved by everyone.

Beyond life

The soul does not die with the body. Its fate after death depends on how a person has traveled his earthly path. There are three options:

  1. Rebirth (resettlement).
  2. Achievement of nirvana.
  3. Placement in hell.

Among the punishments prepared for sinners are the following:

  • hot iron torture;
  • freezing punishment;
  • frying torture.

After passing all the tests that still follow perceive symbolically, the soul is reborn. According to Buddhists, birth and life are not blessings, but new torments.

Rebirth or nirvana

An endless series of migrations awaits sinners. At the same time, it is possible to be reborn not only by man, but also by animals and plants, as well as celestial... It should be noted that it is not the soul itself that is reborn in the usual sense of the word, but karma - a kind of mentality, one of the characteristics of which is the ability to numerous changes or transformations.

Nirvana awaits the righteous after physical death. Literally "nirvana" is translated as "extinction". But the flame of life does not extinguish with the cessation of the existence of the human body, but continues in a different way. One of the Buddhist monks Nagasen describes nirvana not only as the absence of fear, danger and suffering, but also as bliss, calmness, purity and perfection. More precisely describe state of nirvana highly problematic because it is beyond human thinking.

Islam: Conversation with Angels

The body is just an instrument that completely obeys the spirit. Death is seen as the termination of the functions of the body, its individual organs and systems. Life ends by the will of the Lord, but angels are entrusted with taking the soul of a person and accompanying it to another world.

Azrael - messenger of death

At a time determined by the Almighty, when a person's earthly path has come to an end, angels descend to him. The previous life of the deceased affects how his soul will leave after death, how easily it leaves the body and what awaits it in the afterlife. If a righteous man dies, at first, the glowing and smiling angels of mercy appear to him, and then Azrael himself, the angel of death, comes.

Pure souls leave the body smoothly and gently. The martyrs who accepted death for the glory of the Lord do not immediately realize that they have died, since they do not feel the agony of death at all. They just move to another world and enjoy eternal bliss... Angels everywhere greet the spirit of the righteous, admiring it and praising all the good deeds performed by a person during his lifetime.

Sinners die painfully. They expect death with fright and anger, and their souls literally tear themselves out of their bodies without any pity. Angels do not speak beautiful words to them, do not accompany them to the Almighty. On the contrary, they are treated with disdain, pushing them back into the grave.

Munkar and Nakir - Inquiring from the Grave

After the soul appears before Allah, He tells the angels to take it back to the grave, which is not only the last resting place of the body, but also the initial stage of the transition to eternal life. It is in the grave that the soul awaits a conversation with two angels... Nakir and Munkar ask everyone what religion he professed during his lifetime, whether he believed in God, whether he did good deeds. The righteous answer all these questions without difficulty.

If a person led a sinful lifestyle, then he may be punished already in the grave, which acts as a kind of purgatory. F. Gülen, in the article "Beliefs" posted on the Islamic information portal, compares the grave with a bitter medicine, followed by recovery and deliverance from hellish torments.

In the afterlife, the spirit of the righteous man feels the bliss of paradise. Good deeds done during his lifetime, prayers read will appear before him in the form of good friends and helpers. Bad deeds will pursue sinners in the form of ill-wishers, as well as snakes and scorpions. A soul that has unforgiven sins will be punished in order to be cleansed and, having resurrected at the right time, to go to heaven.

After the transition to another world, the accounting of good and evil deeds of a person ceases, but everything that he left behind on earth is taken into account. It can be written books, created things, properly brought up children, a contribution to the development of society. Everything will be credited. If any act of a person committed during his lifetime caused evil and continues to harm people after his death, then sins will accumulate. For them, too, will need to be answered and punished.

On the appointed day, Allah will resurrect not only the soul of a person. His body will also be resurrected from particles that did not decompose after burial.

Judaism: immortality of the ethereal spirit

The continuation of the life of a person's soul after physical death is the main idea of Judaism. In the Torah, the concept of immortality is not fully disclosed, it touches upon the issues of the earthly life of people. The prophets broadcast about the other world to the Jews.

The connection between the perishable body and the eternal spirit

The uniqueness of a person, in contrast to the representatives of the animal world, is given by the presence of a soul, which is nothing but the innermost essence of God. Every human soul is in heaven until the day of its earthly birth. The connection between body and spirit begins from the moment of conception and is interrupted with the onset of death.

After the death of the body, the disembodied spirit is in confusion: it sees its physical shell, but cannot return to it. The soul grieves and grieves for its body for 7 days.

Waiting for the verdict

For a year after death, the soul has no place where it can find peace. Observing the decomposition of the tissues of the body, which served her during her lifetime, the soul is in confusion and suffering. This is a strong and very painful test for her. It is easiest for the righteous and those who did not attach much importance to external forms, paying special attention to the internal content.

The soul is sentenced after 12 months. The judgment may take less time, but for the sinners and the wicked, it lasts exactly one year. Then the soul enters Gegein, where a cleansing spiritual fire awaits it. After that, she can claim eternal life.

Christianity: the ordeal of sinners

The soul in the afterlife needs to go through ordeals, each of which is a punishment for a certain sin. Having overcome the first test, the easiest one, the soul moves on to the next, harder and more serious one. After going through all the ordeals, she will either be purified or cast down into Gehenna.

20 tortures

A person's personal experience, received during life, his views and beliefs affect the passage of ordeals and their perception. A total of twenty tests are prepared:

  1. Idle talk or love of idle chatter.
  2. Deceit.
  3. Slander and gossip.
  4. Laziness.
  5. Theft.
  6. Love of money.
  7. Foolishness.
  8. Unjust judgments.
  9. Envy.
  10. Pride.
  11. Anger.
  12. Spitefulness.
  13. Murders.
  14. Witchcraft.
  15. Fornication.
  16. Adultery.
  17. Sodom sin.
  18. Heresy.
  19. Cruelty.

Each of the addictions to which a person was inclined during life, after his death will turn into a demon (tax collector) and will torment the sinner.

From the fortieth day to the Last Judgment

After the end of the ordeal, the soul is shown the heavenly abodes and the abysses of hell, and on the fortieth day they determine the place in which the Last Judgment is to be expected. Now some souls exist in anticipation of eternal joy, while others - of endless torment.

There is an exception to this rule. After death, the innocent soul of a child will immediately be granted tranquility and bliss. And the children who suffer during their lifetime from all kinds of ailments and ailments, the Lord will allow them to choose any place in paradise that they like.

When the appointed hour comes, all bodies will be resurrected, unite with their souls and appear before the judgment of Christ. Talking about the resurrection of the soul itself is not entirely correct, since it is already immortal. Eternal life, full of joy, awaits the righteous, and hellish flame awaits the wicked, by which one should understand not the fire familiar to man, but something known only to God.

Eyewitness accounts

There is evidence of people who, having suffered clinical death, literally returned from the other world. All of them describe the events taking place with them in approximately the same way.

After the soul is separated from the body, it is not immediately aware of what has happened. Observing her lifeless body, she gradually begins to understand that earthly life is over. At the same time, a person's consciousness, his thoughts and memory remain unchanged. Many remember how all the events of their earthly life flashed before their eyes. Someone is sure that, once in another world, he was able to learn all the secrets of the universe, but this knowledge was later erased from memory.

Looking around, the soul notices a bright glow that radiates love and bliss, and begins to move towards the light. Some people hear at the same time a sound resembling the sound of the wind, others imagine the voices of dead relatives or the call of angels. On the other side of life, communication takes place not at the verbal level, but with the help of telepathy. Sometimes people heard a voice commanding the soul to go to earth again, because there were unfinished business and the man's mission was not fully fulfilled.

Many experienced such peace, calmness and joy that they did not want to return to their bodies. But there are also those who have felt fear and suffering. Then it took them a long time to recover and get rid of painful memories.

Often, people who have suffered clinical death change their attitude to life, religion and begin to perform actions that were previously unusual for them. At the same time, everyone claims that the experience gained had a strong influence on their future fate.

Scientists who adhere to materialistic views are sure that the visions described by people in a state of clinical death are just hallucinations caused by a lack of oxygen. There is no evidence of the reality of posthumous experiences.

Without overstepping the line separating life from death, no one is given to know what is in store for him in the other world. But everyone can walk his earthly path with dignity and not commit evil deeds. Not because of the fear of heavenly punishment, but because of the love of goodness, justice and one's neighbors.

From the time of the appearance of man, he was always tormented by the questions of the sacrament of birth and death. It is impossible to live forever, and, probably, scientists will not soon invent the elixir of immortality. Everyone is concerned about how a person feels when he dies. What happens at this moment? These questions have always worried people, and until now scientists have not found an answer to them.

The interpretation of death

Death is the natural process of ending our existence. Without it, it is impossible to imagine the evolution of living things on earth. What happens when a person dies? This question has interested and will interest humanity as long as it exists.

Leaving life to some extent proves that the fittest and fittest survive. Without it, biological progress would have been impossible, and man, perhaps, would never have appeared.

Despite the fact that this natural process has always interested people, it is difficult and difficult to talk about death. First of all, because a psychological problem arises. Talking about her, we seem to be mentally approaching the end of our life, so we really don't want to talk about death in any context.

On the other hand, it is difficult to talk about death, because we, the living, did not experience it, therefore we cannot say what a person feels when he dies.

Some compare death with ordinary falling asleep, while others argue that this is a kind of forgetting, when a person completely forgets about everything. But neither one nor the other is naturally wrong. These analogies cannot be called adequate. It can only be argued that death is the disappearance of our consciousness.

Many continue to believe that after his death a person simply passes into another world, where he exists not at the level of the physical body, but at the level of the soul.

It is safe to say that research into death will continue forever, but they will never give a definitive answer about how people feel at this moment. It is simply impossible, no one has ever returned from the afterlife to tell us how and what is happening there.

What does a person feel when they die

Physical sensations, probably at this moment, depend on what led to death. Therefore, they may be painful or not, and some find that they are quite pleasant.

Everyone has their own inner feelings in the face of death. Most people have some kind of fear sitting inside, they seem to resist and do not want to accept it, clinging to life with all their might.

Scientific evidence suggests that after the heart muscle stops, the brain lives for a few seconds, the person no longer feels anything, but is still conscious. Some believe that it is at this time that the summing up of life takes place.

Unfortunately, no one can answer the question of how a person dies, what happens in this case. All these sensations are most likely strictly individual.

Biological classification of death

Since the very concept of death is a biological term, it is also necessary to approach the classification from this point of view. Based on this, the following categories of death can be distinguished:

  1. Natural.
  2. Unnatural.

The natural can be attributed to the physiological death, which can occur due to:

  • Aging of the body.
  • Underdevelopment of the fetus. Therefore, he dies almost immediately after birth or even in the womb.

Unnatural death is subdivided into the following types:

  • Death from illness (infection, cardiovascular disease).
  • Sudden.
  • Sudden.
  • Death from external factors (mechanical damage, respiratory failure, from exposure to electric current or low temperatures, medical intervention).

This is roughly how you can characterize death from a biological point of view.

Socio-legal classification

If we talk about death from this perspective, then it can be:

  • Violent (murder, suicide).
  • Nonviolent (epidemics, industrial accidents, occupational diseases).

Violent death is always associated with external influences, while nonviolent death is due to senile flabbiness, disease or physical disabilities.

With any kind of death, damage or disease trigger pathological processes, which are directly the cause of death.

Even if the cause of death is known, it is still impossible to say what a person sees when he dies. This question will remain unanswered.

Signs of death

It is possible to identify the initial and reliable signs that indicate that the person has died. The first group includes:

  • The body is motionless.
  • Pale skin.
  • Consciousness is absent.
  • Breathing stopped, no pulse.
  • There is no reaction to external stimuli.
  • Pupils do not respond to light.
  • The body becomes cold.

Signs that speak of 100% death:

  • The corpse is numb and cold, cadaveric spots begin to appear.
  • Late cadaveric manifestations: decomposition, mummification.

The first signs can be confused by an ignorant person with loss of consciousness, therefore, only a doctor should state death.

Death stages

Leaving life can take different periods of time. This can last for minutes, and in some cases, hours or days. Dying is a dynamic process, in which death does not occur immediately, but gradually, if you do not mean instant death.

The following stages of dying can be distinguished:

  1. Preagonal state. The processes of blood circulation and respiration are disrupted, this leads to the fact that the tissues begin to lack oxygen. This condition can last for several hours or several days.
  2. Terminal pause. Breathing stops, the work of the heart muscle is disrupted, the activity of the brain stops. This period lasts only a few minutes.
  3. Agony. The body suddenly begins to struggle for survival. At this time, there are short stops in breathing, weakening of cardiac activity, as a result, all organ systems cannot carry out their work normally. The appearance of a person changes: the eyes sink, the nose becomes sharp, the lower jaw begins to droop.
  4. Clinical death. Breathing and blood circulation stops. During this period, a person can still be revived if no more than 5-6 minutes have passed. It is after returning to life at this stage that many people talk about what happens when a person dies.
  5. Biological death. The organism finally ceases to exist.

After death, many organs retain their vitality for several hours. This is very important, and it is during this period that they can be used for transplantation to another person.

Clinical death

It can be called a transitional stage between the final death of the organism and life. The heart stops working, breathing stops, all signs of the body's vital activity disappear.

Within 5-6 minutes, irreversible processes do not yet have time to start in the brain, so at this time there is every chance to bring a person back to life. Adequate resuscitation actions will make the heart beat again, the organs to function.

Signs of clinical death

If you carefully observe a person, then it is quite easy to determine the onset of clinical death. She has the following signs:

  1. There is no pulse.
  2. Breathing stops.
  3. The heart stops working.
  4. Greatly dilated pupils.
  5. Reflexes are absent.
  6. The person is unconscious.
  7. The skin is pale.
  8. The body is in an unnatural position.

To determine the onset of this moment, it is necessary to feel the pulse and see the pupils. Clinical death differs from biological death in that the pupils retain the ability to respond to light.

The pulse can be felt on the carotid artery. This is usually done at the same time as the pupil test to speed up the diagnosis of near-death death.

If a person is not helped during this period, then biological death will occur, and then it will be impossible to bring him back to life.

How to recognize impending death

Many philosophers and doctors compare the process of birth and death with each other. They are always individual. It is impossible to predict with certainty when a person will leave this world and how it will happen. However, most dying people experience similar symptoms when death approaches. How a person dies may not even be influenced by the reasons that provoked the onset of this process.

Before his death, certain psychological and physical changes occur in the body. Among the brightest and most common are the following:

  1. Energy remains less and less, often drowsiness and weakness throughout the body.
  2. The frequency and depth of breathing changes. The periods of stopping are followed by frequent and deep breaths.
  3. Changes take place in the sense organs, a person can hear or see what the others do not hear.
  4. Appetite becomes weak or almost disappears.
  5. Changes in organ systems result in too dark urine and difficult-to-pass stools.
  6. Temperature jumps are observed. High can be abruptly replaced by low.
  7. The person completely loses interest in the outside world.

When a person is seriously ill, other symptoms may occur before death.

Feelings of a person at the moment of drowning

If you ask the question of how a person feels when he dies, the answer may depend on the cause and circumstances of death. For everyone, this happens in their own way, but in any case, at this moment there is an acute oxygen deficiency in the brain.

After the movement of blood is suspended, regardless of the method, after about 10 seconds the person loses consciousness, and a little later the death of the body occurs.

If drowning becomes the cause of death, then the moment a person is under water, he begins to panic. Since it is impossible to do without breathing, after a while the drowning man has to inhale, but instead of air, water enters the lungs.

As the lungs fill up with water, a burning sensation and distension appears in the chest. Gradually, after a few minutes, calmness appears, which suggests that consciousness will soon leave a person, and this will lead to death.

The lifespan of a person in water will also depend on its temperature. The colder it is, the faster the body becomes hypothermic. Even if a person is afloat, and not under water, the chances of survival are diminishing by the minute.

An already lifeless body can still be taken out of the water and brought back to life, if not very much time has passed. The first step is to free the airways from water, and then fully carry out resuscitation measures.

Feelings at the moment of a heart attack

In some cases, it happens that a person suddenly fell and died. Most often, death from a heart attack does not occur suddenly, but the development of the disease occurs gradually. Myocardial infarction does not immediately kill a person, for some time people may feel some discomfort in the chest, but try not to pay attention to it. This is the big mistake that ends in death.

If you are prone to heart attacks, then you should not expect everything to go away by itself. This hope can cost you your life. After cardiac arrest, it will take only a few seconds until the person loses consciousness. A few more minutes, and death is already taking our loved one away from us.

If the patient is in the hospital, then he has a chance to get out if doctors detect cardiac arrest in time and carry out resuscitation measures.

Body temperature and death

Many are interested in the question of at what temperature a person dies. Most people from school biology lessons remember that for a person a body temperature above 42 degrees is considered fatal.

Some scientists associate the death at high temperatures with the properties of water, the molecules of which change their structure. But these are only guesses and assumptions that science has yet to deal with.

If we consider the question of at what temperature a person dies, when hypothermia of the body begins, then we can say that already when the body cools down to 30 degrees, a person loses consciousness. If at this moment no measures are taken, then death will come.

Many such cases happen to people in alcoholic intoxication, who fall asleep in the winter right on the street and no longer wake up.

Emotional changes on the eve of death

Usually, before death, a person becomes completely indifferent to everything that happens around. He ceases to orient himself in time and dates, becomes taciturn, but some, on the contrary, begin to constantly talk about the upcoming road.

A loved one dying person may begin to tell you that they talked or saw deceased relatives. Another extreme manifestation at this time is a state of psychosis. It is always difficult for loved ones to endure all this, so you can consult a doctor and get advice about taking medications to alleviate the condition of the dying person.

If a person falls into a state of numbness or often sleeps for a long time, do not try to stir him up, wake him up, just be there, hold his hand, talk. Many, even in a coma, hear everything perfectly.

Death is always difficult, each of us will step over this line between life and non-existence in due time. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict when this will happen and under what circumstances how you will feel. Everyone has a purely individual feeling.

Life on Earth of each individual is just a segment of the path in material embodiment, intended for the evolutionary development of the spiritual level. Where does the deceased go, how does the soul leave the body after death, and what does a person feel when passing into another reality? These are some of the exciting and most discussed topics throughout the entire existence of mankind. Orthodoxy and other religions testify in different ways about the afterlife. In addition to the opinions of representatives of various faiths, there is also evidence of eyewitnesses who survived a state of clinical death.

What happens to a person when he dies

Death is an irreversible biological process in which the vital activity of the human body stops. At the stage of dying of the physical shell, all metabolic processes of the brain, heartbeat and respiration stop. At about this moment, the subtle astral body, called the soul, leaves the obsolete human shell.

Where does the soul go after death?

How the soul leaves the body after biological death and where it rushes is a question that interests many people, especially the elderly. Death is the end of being in the material world, but for the immortal spiritual essence, this process is only a change in reality, according to Orthodoxy. There is a lot of discussion about where the soul of a person goes after death.

Representatives of the Abrahamic religions talk about “heaven” and “hell”, into which souls fall forever, according to their earthly deeds. The Slavs, whose confession is called Orthodoxy, because they glorify "Prav", adhere to the beliefs about the possibility of the soul's rebirth. The followers of the Buddha also preach the theory of reincarnation. It can be unambiguously asserted only that leaving the material shell, the astral body continues to "live", but in a different dimension.

Where is the soul of the deceased until 40 days

Our ancestors believed, and the living Slavs to this day believe that when the soul leaves the body after death, it is 40 days where it lived in earthly incarnation. The deceased is attracted by the places and people with whom he was associated during his lifetime. The spiritual substance that has left the physical body, for the entire forty-day period, “says goodbye” to relatives and home. When the fortieth day comes, it is customary for the Slavs to arrange seeing off the soul to the "other world."

The third day after death

For many centuries there has been a tradition to bury the deceased three days after the death of the physical body. There is an opinion that only at the end of the three-day period there is a separation of the soul from the body, all vital energies are completely cut off. After a three-day period, the spiritual component of a person, accompanied by an angel, goes to another world, where its fate will be determined.

Day 9

There are several versions of what the soul does after the death of the physical body on the ninth day. According to religious figures of the Old Testament cult, spiritual substance after nine days after the Assumption undergoes ordeals. Some sources adhere to the theory that on the ninth day the body of the deceased leaves the "flesh" (subconsciousness). This action takes place after the "spirit" (superconsciousness) and "soul" (consciousness) have left the deceased.

What does a person feel after death

The circumstances of death can be completely different: natural death due to old age, violent death or due to illness. After the soul leaves the body after death, according to eyewitness accounts of survivors, the etheric double has to go through certain stages. People who have returned from "the other world" often describe similar visions and sensations.

After a person dies, he does not immediately go to the afterlife. Some souls, having lost their physical shell, at first do not realize what is happening. With special vision, the spiritual essence “sees” its immobilized body and only then realizes that life in the material world is over. After an emotional shock, resigned to its fate, the spiritual substance begins to explore a new space.

Many at the moment of the change of reality, called death, are surprised that they remain in the individual consciousness, to which they are accustomed during their earthly life. Surviving witnesses of the afterlife claim that the life of the soul after the death of the body is filled with bliss, so if you have to return to the physical body, this is done reluctantly. However, not everyone feels peace and tranquility on the other side of reality. Some, returning from "the other world", talk about the feeling of a precipitous fall, after which they found themselves in a place filled with fear and suffering.

Peace and tranquility

Different eyewitnesses report with some differences, but more than 60% of those reanimated testify to a meeting with an amazing source that radiates incredible light and perfect bliss. One sees this cosmic personality as the Creator, another - Jesus Christ, the third - an angel. This extraordinarily bright creature, consisting of pure light, is distinguished by the fact that in his presence the human soul feels all-encompassing love and absolute understanding.

Sounds

At the moment when a person dies, he can hear an unpleasant hum, buzz, loud ringing, noise as if from the wind, crackling and other sound manifestations. Sounds are sometimes accompanied by movement at high speed through the tunnel, after which the soul enters another space. A strange sound does not always accompany a person on his deathbed, sometimes you can hear the voices of deceased relatives or an incomprehensible "speech" of angels.

Light

The famous "light at the end of the tunnel" is seen by most people who returned after clinical death. According to the testimony of reanimated patients, a huge stream of pure glow is always accompanied by peace of mind. This divine light is perceived by the whole nature of the new ethereal shell of the soul, in other words, by spiritual vision, but upon returning to the physical body, many clearly imagine and describe the unearthly glow they saw.

Video

The question, of course, is very interesting to many, and there are two most popular views on it: scientific and religious.

From the point of view of religion

From the point of view of science

The human soul is immortal There is nothing but a physical shell
After death, a person expects heaven or hell, depending on his actions during life Death is the end, it is impossible to avoid or significantly prolong life
Immortality is guaranteed to everyone, the only question is whether it will be eternal pleasures or endless torments The only kind of immortality you can get is in your children. Genetic continuation
Earthly life is just a brief prelude to endless existence. Life is all you have and should be valued the most.

What happens to the soul after death?

This question interests many people, and now in Russia there is even an institute that is trying to measure the soul, weigh it and film it on camera. But in the Vedas it is described that the soul is immeasurable, it is eternal and always existing, and is equal to one ten-thousandth of the tip of a hair, that is, it is very small. It is practically impossible to measure it with any material instruments. Think for yourself how you can measure intangible material instruments? This is a mystery for people, a mystery.

The Vedas say that the tunnel described by people who have experienced clinical death is nothing more than a channel in our body. There are 9 main openings in our body - ears, eyes, nostrils, navel, anus, genitals. There is a channel in the head called sushumna, it can be felt - if you close your ears, you will hear a noise. The little thread is also a channel through which the soul can leave. She can exit through any of these channels. After death, experienced people can determine to which sphere of life the soul went. If it came out through the mouth, then the soul returns to the earth again, if through the left nostril - towards the moon, through the right - towards the sun, if through the navel - it goes to planetary systems that are below the Earth, and if through the genitals, it enters to the lower worlds. It so happened that I saw many people dying in my life, in particular the death of my grandfather. At the time of death, he opened his mouth, then there was a large exhalation. His soul came out through his mouth. Thus, the life force, along with the soul, leaves through these channels.

Where do the souls of dead people go

After the soul has left the body, for 40 days it will be in the place where it lived. It happens that people, after the funeral, feel that someone is present in the house. If you want to experience the state of a ghost, imagine yourself eating ice cream in a plastic bag: there are possibilities, but you cannot do anything, taste or touch anything, you cannot physically move. When the ghost looks in the mirror, he does not see himself, and feels shock. Hence the custom of covering mirrors.

The first day after the death of the physical body, the soul is in shock because it cannot understand how it will live without the body. Therefore in India it is customary to immediately destroy the body. If the body is dead for a long time, the soul will constantly revolve around it. If the body is buried, she will see the decomposition process. Until the body decays, the soul will be with it, because during its lifetime it was very attached to its outer shell, practically identified itself with it, the body was the most valuable and dear.

On day 3-4, the soul comes to its senses a little, untied from the body, walks around the neighborhood, and returns to the house. Relatives do not need to arrange hysterics and loud sobs, the soul hears everything, and experiences these torments. At this time it is necessary to read the scriptures and literally explain what the soul should do next. Spirits hear everything, they are next to us. Death is a transition to a new life, death as such does not exist. Just as during life we change clothes, so the soul changes from one body to another. The soul during this period experiences not physical pain, but psychological pain, it is very worried and does not know what to do next. Therefore, it is necessary to help the soul and calm it down.

Then you need to feed her. When the stress passes, the soul is hungry. This state appears as well as during life. The subtle body desires taste. And in response to this we put a glass of vodka and bread. Think for yourself, when you are hungry and thirsty, you are offered a dry crust of bread and vodka! How will you be?

You can make it easier for the soul to live after death. For this, for the first 40 days, you do not need to touch anything in the deceased's room and do not start sharing his things. After 40 days, on behalf of the deceased, you can perform some good deed and convey the power of this deed to him - for example, keep a fast on his birthday and declare that the power of fasting passes to the deceased. In order to help the deceased, you need to earn this right. Just lighting a candle is not enough. In particular, you can feed the priests or give alms, plant a tree, and all this must be done on behalf of the deceased.

The scriptures say that after 40 days the soul comes to the bank of the river called Virajya. This river is teeming with various fish and monsters. There is a boat near the river, and if the soul has enough piety to pay for the boat, it swims across, and if not, then swims - this is the way to the courtroom. After the soul has swum across this river, the god of death Yamaraj awaits her, or in Egypt he is called Anibus. A conversation is conducted with him, the whole life is shown as on film. There the further fate is determined: in which body the soul will be born again and in which world.

By performing certain rituals, ancestors can greatly help the dead, facilitate their further path and even literally pull them out of hell.

Does the person feel the approach of his death

If in terms of premonitions, then in history there are examples when people predicted their death over the next few days. But this does not mean that every person is capable of this. And one should not forget about the great power of coincidences.

It may be interesting to know if a person is able to understand that he is dying:

  • We all feel a deterioration in our own condition.
  • Although not all internal organs have pain receptors, there are more than enough of them in our body.
  • We even feel the arrival of a banal ARVI. What can we say about death.
  • Regardless of our desires, the body does not want to die in panic and activates all the resources to fight the serious condition.
  • This process can be accompanied by convulsions, pain syndrome, severe shortness of breath.
  • But not every sharp deterioration in well-being indicates the approach of death. Most often, the alarm will be false, so do not panic in advance.
  • You should not try to cope with conditions close to critical on your own. Call everyone you can for help.

Signs of impending death

As death approaches, a person may experience some physical and emotional changes, such as:

  • Excessive sleepiness and weakness, at the same time, periods of wakefulness decrease, energy is extinguished.
  • Breathing changes, periods of rapid breathing are replaced by respiratory stops.
  • Hearing and sight change, for example, a person hears and sees things that others do not notice.
  • Appetite decreases, the person drinks and eats less than usual.
  • Changes in the urinary and gastrointestinal systems. Your urine may turn dark brown or dark red, and you may have bad (difficult to pass) stools.
  • Body temperature changes, ranging from very high to very low.
  • Emotional changes, a person is not interested in the outside world and certain details of everyday life, such as time and date.

The question of the state of mind after death worries everyone. Whether there is a life after death? If there is a soul, what does the soul see and hear after death? What does the soul do after death? person? I have worked on many materials about the soul after death and tried to look for answers to these exciting questions.

The soul after death sees and hears

In the "collection" of stories of people who have experienced clinical death, we can see what does, experiences, sees and hears soul after death- after its separation from the body. During the dying process, when a person reaches his ultimate state, he hears the doctor declaring him dead. He then sees his double as a lifeless body, lying underneath, surrounded by doctors and nurses who are trying to revive him. This unexpected scene is amazing for a person who sees himself outside his body for the first time. It is at this moment that he begins to understand that all his abilities are to see, hear, think, feel, etc. - continue to work, but now completely independently of its outer shell.

Having found himself hovering over people in a room, a person instinctively tries to make them aware of his presence by touching a button with the stylus or addressing one of them. But, to his horror, he is completely cut off from everyone. No one hears his voice or pays attention to his touch. At the same time, he is perplexed by his feelings of relief, peace and even happiness. There is no longer that part of myself that “I” that suffers, that needs and always complained about something. Having experienced such ease, the soul after death, as a rule, does not want to return to its body.

In most of the recorded cases of temporary death, after a few minutes of observation, the soul returns to the body and thus completes its knowledge of life. But sometimes it happens that the soul continues to move further into the spirit world. Some describe this condition as traveling through a dark tunnel. After that, some souls find themselves in a world of great beauty, where they sometimes meet deceased relatives. Others enter the kingdom of light and meet a being of light, from which they experience feelings of Great Love, radiations that warm the soul. Some claim that this is our Lord Jesus Christ, while others say that it is an angel, but everyone agrees that this is someone who is full of kindness and compassion. But some others find themselves in the world of darkness, where they see disgusting and cruel creatures.

Sometimes after death, a meeting with a mysterious light is accompanied by a “review” of life, when a person recalls his past and gives a moral assessment of his actions. After that, some people see something like a barrier or border. They feel that by crossing it, they will not be able to return to the physical world.

Not all people who have experienced temporary death experience all the stages described above. A significant percentage of people who have been brought back to life cannot remember anything about what happened to them “on the other side”. The above phenomena are ranked in order of their frequency from most to least probable. According to some studies, only one in seven people who left their bodies talked about seeing light and talking to a being of light.

Thanks to the advancement of medicine, resuscitation of the dead has become almost a standard procedure in many modern clinics. Before, it was hardly used. Consequently, there are differences between the stories of life after death in ancient, traditional and modern literature. Religious books of the old era described the appearances of the souls of the dead, who told that they saw heaven or hell, and had otherworldly encounters with angels or demons.

This first category can be viewed as descriptions of "deep space" as they tell us about a spiritual world far from our own. The second category, recorded by doctors, describes mainly "near space", that is, the first experience of the soul after death, which has just left the body. They are interesting in that they complement the first category and give us a clear idea of what awaits each of us on the other side. Between these two categories is the story. Published by Archbishop Nikon in Trinity Pages in 1916, a work called "Incredible to Many, but True Incident" covers both worlds - "near" and "far." In 1959, this story, titled "Holy Trinity Monastery", was republished as a brochure, its elements will be abbreviated here. It includes elements from both older and modern afterlife phenomena.

All of us at the hour of our death must see and experience much that we are not used to. The purpose of this brochure is to expand and clarify our understanding of the inevitable separation from the mortal body. Some believe that death is a dreamless sleep. Close your eyes, fall asleep and nothing else, just darkness. The dream ends in the morning, and death is forever. Many are very afraid of the unknown and they are tormented by the question: "What will happen to me?" They try not to want to think about death. However, deep within us there is always an understanding of the inevitability and the accompanying feeling of anxiety. Each of us will have to cross this border. We need to think about it and get ready.

Some say: “What is there to think and prepare? It's out of our control. Our time will come and we will die, that's all. As long as there is time, we must do our best in life. Eat, drink, love, gain power and fame, make money, etc. Not thinking about anything unpleasant, or getting upset and, of course, not thinking about death. " So many do.

Once again, each of us can ask more disturbing questions: “what if this is not so? What if death isn't the end? What if I find myself in a completely new place with my ability to see, hear and feel? And, most importantly, what if our future is beyond this threshold partially depends on the way we lived in this life, and what we were before before we crossed the threshold of death? "

K. Ikskul was a typical young intellectual of pre-revolutionary Russia. He was baptized as a child and grew up in an Orthodox environment, but, as was customary among the intelligentsia, he was indifferent to religion. Sometimes he went to church and celebrated Christmas, Easter, and even received Holy Communion once a year, but he attributed a lot of Orthodoxy to old-fashioned prejudices, including the doctrine of life after death. He was sure that death is the end of human existence.

At one point in his life, he contracted pneumonia. He was seriously ill for a long time and was eventually hospitalized. He did not think about his impending death. Instead, he counted on recovering quickly so that he can return to his normal routine. One morning he suddenly felt much better and thought that his illness had finally released him. However, to his surprise, this even made the doctors more concerned. They even brought him an oxygen tank and soon he felt how his complete dissociation from his surroundings followed.
