The reasons for the pain can be very different.

But whatever the pain manifestations, they have one thing in common - the presence of the root of pain.

When pain appears, it does not yet have a deep basis in tissues and organs.

It arises as a functional disorder.

But from the moment it appeared pain forms a nourishing root... How does this happen?

The onset of pain may be associated with insignificant body-wide functional changes. As often happens: stabbed, cut and passed. It is good if a person does not focus on this insignificant event. I got lost, grimaced, forgot.

More often it happens in a different way - it stung, frowned, wondered: why was this stabbing there? A general negative attitude will make you wary, listen to yourself. A person with a positive inner attitude will simply not pay attention to pain or immediately forget about it.

In everyday life, most of us, as a rule, do not pay attention to our subtle sensations. And in vain. Their information content is very high. If we skillfully used subtle sensations, trusted them, we could avoid many troubles, meet difficult situations fully armed.

But back to the pain.

When we begin to listen to ourselves, our sensations, we fix our attention on the slightest changes in well-being and thereby intensify them. The psychophysiology of this strange interaction is described in academic medicine textbooks. But psychoenergetics has not been properly researched. Why does the pain intensify, the state of health worsens?

The fact is that a simple focus on some part of the body or an internal organ changes the energy and an active intake of energy from the outside begins. Concentration of attention, like a magnet, attracts energy to the point of concentration.

But we fix our attention on the sensation of pain, therefore the pain receives an additional energy impulse. When we focus on how the pain goes away, fades away, a feeling of comfort appears in the sore spot, then positive processes of pain counteraction would receive energetic replenishment.

Unfortunately, most people, having experienced pain, listen carefully to their feelings and wait for a new surge. Expectation determines its appearance. Having arisen in some internal structure, pain sensations immediately begin to fix, forming energy roots, penetrating the surrounding tissues with them.

You might think that pain is an independent, intelligent beginning that is looking for opportunities to increase it. Of course not! The mechanism for filling the voids is working.

If pain appears in the body, and even reinforced by human attention, it begins to expand its sphere of influence. If the initial focus is small, arising spontaneously, then the person's attention will be attracted by an impulse of power and the focus will be strengthened. Further, he begins to draw energy from the surrounding organs and tissues. The resulting energetic emptiness is immediately filled with the pain itself or its still unmanifest vibrations.

From our own experience, we know that pain is often clearly localized. Its pronounced core is surrounded by a kind of "halo", a cloud of less intense pain sensations. From the nucleus to the periphery, the pain smoothes out, subsides and at a sufficient distance from it is not felt at all.

This does not mean that where there is no pain, everything is in order. There she has not yet appeared. In general, all pain tends to accumulate. If you do not fight it, then soon it will spread to the entire inner space of the body.

In addition to the phenomenon of filling the energy void, the effect of the exchange of cellular information acts. In a word, if you analyze in detail and describe pain as a diverse phenomenon striving for a global coverage of the whole organism, you will get a separate book. Our task is more specific: to learn how to localize pain, compress it into a small knot and remove it from the body.

The accumulation of pain occurs at the energy-informational level of intercellular exchange. And if it is not stopped, then it, like a computer virus, will penetrate into all available information and program blocks of physiological structures.

In everyday life, pain is fought in various ways.

These are mainly chemical pain relievers or traditional pain relievers. The arsenal of medicines and traditional medicine is wide and varied. But most of them stop the pain, erect a barrier in the way of its spread. This impact can be compared to two head-on fires. They go towards each other with droning walls of fire, collide and go out. Here are just sparks scatter in all directions, and after the fire, scorched earth remains.

So after pain it takes time to restore the normal working capacity of organs, tissues and body systems. And painful information (by analogy - “sparks from fires”) can appear anywhere. Let's say you have a headache. Where are the roots? Where does the pain originate from, what caused it? And if you take a pain reliever, what will be the body's response after the pain is gone? There are many questions, and practice answers them.

Any external pain is based on a violation of the activity of internal organs. And when the painful sensations are neutralized by some means, but at the same time the cause and root of the pain remain intact, then the body reacts with vascular disorders, some kind of systemic disorders, etc.

Everyday experience suggests that pain must be removed by any means, and not endure it, or even more so accept it and consider that it is a punishment for sins. However, you can remove it in different ways. We have already talked about the likely consequences of neutralizing pain with drugs. In the chapter devoted to working with rings, we described the effect on the foci of pain with the help of focusing energy rings.

In addition to these techniques, we will describe another one, with which, in fact, you need to start the entire healing practice.

We have already said that pain forms its root in the tissues of the body.

This root cannot be touched by hands, since it is virtual and does not have any anatomical substrate (of course, if we are not talking about ulcerative, wound, traumatic and other injuries of the body).

By the way, the above external factors also create their own root, but it is more difficult to neutralize, since wounds, ulcers and injuries distract attention to ourselves and we do not think about deep internal echoes.

The pain removal technique is simple and does not require special preparation..

You need to learn how to lengthen your fingers using energy rays. Imagine that we release energy rays from the pads of our fingers, with which we can feel and even affect the body of another person.

To neutralize pain and remove it from the body, the energy extensions of the fingers are slowly introduced into the area of the body where the pain manifests itself. With rays-fingers, we begin to feel the knot of pain. Most often, we feel the focus as a dark cloud, however, it has clear and noticeable boundaries. If you gently feel the borders of the painful focus with your fingers-rays, you will feel that the density of the pain formation decreases from the center to the edges.

We define the boundaries of the cloud of pain, then with the rays-fingers we begin to collect this cloud into a small lump. We launch the energy extensions of the fingers under the cloud of pain and, as if we fold it.

Let's imagine that there are traces of yesterday's feast on the tablecloth. You can collect the leftovers separately, or you can simply take the tablecloth, wrapping the edges inward so that the litter does not wake up, take it out and then shake out the remnants of the feast in the garbage can.

We do the same with the focus of pain. We wrap its edges inward and pull them towards the center. When the cloud of pain is collected in a dense lump, we begin to soften it. Imagine how we tightly press a cloud of pain with our fingers and rays. Analogy: - as if kneading a piece of plasticine.

Then, when the pain is collected in a lump, we launch our fingers-rays under it. Soon there will be a feeling that somewhere deep in the body there is a thread that we feel with our mental touch. Let's go through it and determine how deeply it has grown in the tissue. If you stop the pain in time, then its root will be small, only a few centimeters. We begin to feel the root, sip it.

We perform all manipulations with energy extensions of the fingers. The root of the pain was found, with our fingers-rays we penetrated to its tip and slowly pull it out. It is not easy to pull out such a spine. It will take not only energy, but also muscle effort.

When we hooked on the root and pull it, the arms tense. Together with the efforts of the muscles, the energy rays also work tensely. The root is difficult to pull out of the tissue. He resists, resists, but still succumbs. Then, when the root is almost pulled out, you need to hook it tight and pull it out sharply.

After pulling out the root of the pain, there is a distinct sensation that lumps of some kind of invisible dirt have adhered to the fingers and palms. Let's reset it. This is best done by placing your hands on either side of a tight stream of cold water pouring out of the tap. The flow of cold water neutralizes the energy of pain, destroys its structure, takes it with it and carries it away.

Let's do an experiment.

When we have ripped out the root of the pain, just wash our hands under running water. The feeling is that there is a greasy film on the hands. The water rolls down the skin as if the hands were richly smeared with cream. This is a materialized manifestation of energy, ectoplasm of pain. It has a strong structuring charge and does not collapse without additional effort. And when we hold our hands on both sides of a tight stream of water, a vortex interaction of vibrations of the water stream and the energy of the root of pain begins.

To enhance the cleansing effect of water, we take a deep breath, and mentally direct the exhalation through the hands to the palms and imagine that it penetrates the palms, removes the remnants of negative energy from them. When there is a feeling that during exhalation through the hands they seem to lengthen, the desired effect will be achieved, and we can wash away the pain from the palms with our breath.

You can use this technique not only to rip out the root of pain. You can simply throw a tight lump of pain off your hands, preferably into a stream of water or into the ground. Shake off the energy clot of pain from your hands and exhale several times through the palms.

The reaction of people who have thus been pulled out of pain is very interesting. Let's say a tooth hurts. A person toils, but fear of a drill or some other reason interferes with going to the dentist. It is necessary to immediately tell such a patient that the pain can be reduced or removed, but a sick tooth should be treated by a professional dentist. Energy influences, as far as we know, do not save from caries.

We introduce the rays-fingers into the jaw and there we determine the localization of pain. We collect it in a tight lump, and then pull out this lump and throw it into a stream of water. At first, a person looks at all these manipulations with frank skepticism. But the toothache is such that he is ready for anything except visiting the dentist. And now the pain is collected and ripped out. For some time the inertia of pain persists and the patient listens to it.

It is clearly written on the face: you didn’t help me, you didn’t cope. Then the pain starts to subside. What bliss it is when the toothache recedes. The ache in the jaw disappears, stops tugging and shooting, the head no longer splits and it seems that grace will descend a little more.

The patient's facial expression changes. On it there is a quiet pacification and at the same time an intense expectation of a new surge of pain. But he is not there in a minute or two. When the patient realizes that the pain has released, he is happy. But about half an hour passes, and he has already forgotten about everything. Hasty promises to visit the dentist seem frivolous and it is better to forget about them ... And so - until the next surge of pain.

The efficiency of pulling out the root of pain and removing it from the body is the higher, the more precisely the healer observes the sequence of stages and vividly represents each of them.

Let's make the morphemic parsing correctly, and for this we just go through 5 steps:

  • determining the part of speech of a word is the first step;
  • the second - we select the ending: for mutable words we conjugate or we inflate, for unchangeable ones (gerunds, adverbs, some nouns and adjectives, official parts of speech) - there are no endings;
  • further we are looking for the basis. This is the easiest part, because you just need to clip off the ending to define the stem. This will be the basis of the word;

§ 1 Word root

At the beginning of our lesson, remember that we express our thoughts and feelings through speech. Speech is written, when we write it down, and oral, when we speak with lips and lips. Any speech consists of sentences. The sentence expresses a complete thought and consists of words. The words in the sentence are related to each other in the sense - "are friends."

Words can be friends with each other not only in a sentence, but also on the basis of common, related interests. So, a scientist is friends with a student, because they have a common interest - learning. And such words, with common interests, are called related, or cognate words.

Scientists linguists decided that in the same-root, related words, the common part - the root - should be highlighted with a special sign, which is called the "root of the word". Sometimes, due to its shape, it is also called a bow.

The root is a significant part of the word, since it contains the common meaning of all the same root, related words. For example, in the words patient and hospital, the root is "pain", since a sick person is a person in pain, and a hospital is a place where pain is treated.

The words of the same root have become so friends that they have become relatives, kindred to each other. Of course, they wanted to be similar to each other and loudly declared to everyone: in all words of the same root, the common part - the root - is spelled the same, uniformly.

As in any family, among the same root words there are naughty children who do not want to be like everyone else and therefore confuse everyone. For example, in the word domovó in the unstressed root, the sound [a] is heard. However, as soon as we pick up a single-root word with a stressed root - domik - it immediately becomes clear that we should write the letter o at the root of the word.

This means that in order to check an unstressed vowel at the root of a word, one should choose a single-root word so that an unstressed vowel becomes a stressed sound.

§ 2 Brief summary on the topic of the lesson

The root is a significant part of the word, it contains the general meaning of all the same root, related words.

In order to check an unstressed vowel at the root of a word, you should choose a single-root word so that an unstressed vowel becomes a stressed sound, since in all single-root words the common part - the root - is spelled the same way.
