Germany
Master's degree at the University of Frankfurt. Johann Wolfgang Goethe
University named after Johann Wolfgang Goethe provides monthly scholarships to international master's students in the amount of 1,000 euros per month. Tuition fees average 300–400 euros per semester. To start studying from the second semester (in March 2019), documents must be submitted in November 2018.
German Academic Exchange Service programs
If we talk about universities in Germany, in many of them it is possible to start studying twice a year: in October and March. If you want to go study already from the March semester, you must submit documents before November of this year. Applicants to undergraduate programs first need to study at colleges in Germany for a year (admission is also possible twice a year). The average tuition fee is 150–450 euros per semester, and there are many scholarships for living expenses. All programs and scholarships can be found on a special website.
Denmark
Danish Government Scholarship
The Danish government provides scholarships to international students enrolling in master's programs to study at any Danish university in any specialty. The scholarship fully or partially covers the cost of training and also includes monthly payments for accommodation. Humber College

Finally, another option, which we discussed last time. Education in Czech universities in Czech is free. A good bonus is a grant for studying Czech language within a year before entering university. The deadline for submitting documents for a language grant is October of this year. In other countries, certain categories of students are offered special financial conditions. They got the name scholarship programs. Scholarships differ significantly from classical Russian Western ones. First of all, the fact that most of these programs provide a discount on tuition fees. The size may vary. Features of the accrual and use of scholarship funds
Foreign universities practice non-cash transfers of funds. This applies to regular scholarships, grants, and sponsorships. 1. This Model Regulation determines the procedure for paying scholarships and providing other forms of financial support to students of federal state educational institutions of primary vocational education, students of preparatory departments and students of federal state educational institutions of higher professional education from among citizens who have studied for at least 3 years military service under contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies in military positions subject to replacement by soldiers, sailors, sergeants, foremen, and dismissed from military service on the grounds provided for in subparagraphs "b" - "d" of paragraph 1, subparagraph "a" of paragraph 2 and paragraph 3 of Article 51 Federal Law“On military duty and military service” (hereinafter referred to as students and students from among citizens who have served in military service), students, graduate students and doctoral students studying at federal state educational institutions of higher and secondary vocational education (hereinafter referred to as educational institutions) and scientific organizations. 24. State social scholarships are mandatory for students:
from among orphans and children left without parental care;
recognized in accordance with the established procedure as disabled people of groups I and II;
injured as a result of an accident at Chernobyl nuclear power plant and other radiation disasters;
who are disabled and combat veterans.
25. The right to receive a state social scholarship is available to a student who has submitted to the educational institution a document issued by the authority social protection population at the place of residence a certificate to obtain a state social assistance. This certificate is submitted annually.
26. The appointment of a state social scholarship is carried out by order of the head educational institution upon the proposal of the scholarship commission of the educational institution within the limits of the funds provided for these purposes in the scholarship fund.
27. Payment of the state social scholarship is made once a month.
28. Payment of the state social scholarship is suspended if there is a debt based on the results of the examination session and is resumed after its liquidation from the moment the payment of the said scholarship is suspended.
29. Payment of the state social scholarship is terminated in the event of:
expulsion of a student from an educational institution;
termination of the basis on which the scholarship was awarded.
30. Payment of the state social scholarship is terminated from the month following the month in which the order of the head of the educational institution was issued to terminate its payment.
31. Students receiving state social scholarship, have the right to apply for a state academic scholarship on a general basis.
