Electromagnetic flow meter Vzlet ERSV-540L-V Du 25(Vzlet ER light M series) is designed to measure the average volumetric flow rate and volume of hot and cold water, domestic wastewater, as well as other non-aggressive electrically conductive liquids in a wide range of temperatures and conductivity.

The main area of ​​application of the ERSV-540L-V Du 25 Rise flow meters is as part of heat meters, measuring systems, automated control systems for technological processes in the power industry, utilities, etc. Vzlet ERSV-540L-V Du 25 flow meters can be installed in both metal and plastic (metal-plastic) pipelines. On request, the ERSV-540L-V Vzlet flow meters can be configured to measure the parameters of the reverse flow with the issuance of a flow direction signal.

series Vzlet ER (Light M) has a built-in indicator, connection type - "sandwich". Provides measurement of the average volumetric flow with an allowable error of ± 2%. Range of measured average volumetric flow rate of liquid - 1:250

Archiving of flow meter parameters Vzlet ER (ERSV)

Flowmeter Vzlet ERSV-540L-V Du 25 series Takeoff ER (Light M) provides storage of the results of work in the archives:

  • hourly - 1440 entries (60 days),
  • daily - 365 entries (1 year),
  • monthly - 72 entries (6 years).

Reading of archives is possible on a personal computer by RS-485 interface or using a USB-ER converter. The storage time of the setting information in the flow meter when the external power is disconnected is at least 1 year. Changes in all metrologically significant parameters of the flow meter are recorded in the event log. The depth of the log is 3000 entries. The flow meter also provides a system for diagnosing failures and emergency situations that arise during operation and are associated with such factors as emptying the pipeline, exposure to an external magnetic field, and contamination of electrodes.

Software for the automated development of project documentation and automatic configuration of the device according to the project. Provides the creation of the tuning base of the heat meter-recorder of the ТСР-024, -024М design.

To create a project, it is enough to fill in the information about the subscriber, the table of contractual parameters (Fig. 1).

The piping is configured automatically. Depending on the selected scheme, the values ​​of the upper and lower setpoints for temperature are set. The contractual values ​​for temperature, pressure, energy for the vehicle and DHW are calculated on the basis of the table of contractual values ​​and parameters. The contractual volumetric flow rates are calculated based on the contractual mass flow rate (Fig. 4).

The flow transducers are configured by selecting the flow meter model. At present, the entire line of electromagnetic flowmeters of Vzlyot CJSC is supported (Fig. 5).
There is also the option to create a custom template. For example, for ultrasonic flow meters, parameters included in the base are entered. Further adjustments are made during commissioning.

Upon completion of the work, a tuning base is created in the form of an MS Word document (Fig. 6), and a configuration file.

The configuration file is loaded into the heat meter, then the data is verified, which significantly reduces the time for commissioning.
The Baseline Checksum (CRC) is calculated for all 609 baseline parameters based on their values. Matching the checksum of the project with the value displayed by the calculator in the menu About the device, means complete coincidence of all parameters of the base in the device with the project created in KB TSRV-024M. The introduction of the checksum will allow avoiding the verification of parameters, and reduce the time of object acceptance.
