Rub the potato on a coarse grater. We squeeze out the juice.

We will not add raw onions, since it makes the minced meat very liquid. Therefore, chop the onion finely and sauté it in a bowl with a little vegetable oil. We use the "Fry" program for about 5-7 minutes.


We pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder.


Add squeezed raw potatoes and sautéed onions to it.


We drive in one chicken egg. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and other spices to taste. Dry herbs can be used.


Knead the resulting minced chicken thoroughly. Then we beat it against the sides of the bowl to get a homogeneous mass.


Pour water into the multicooker bowl to the lower mark or higher. Grease the double boiler basket with vegetable oil. With wet hands, we form cutlets of the same size as in the photo and put them in a basket. Place it over the bowl and close the lid. We select the "Steam" program in the menu and the cooking time is 30 minutes.


After the signal, carefully remove the basket from the bowl.


The cutlets turned out to be tasty and juicy. And most importantly, they are dietary - no frying, no bread in the composition.

Let's get started! Prepare the minced chicken (the cutlets will be tastier if you cook the minced meat yourself from the meat of homemade chicken, removed from the whole carcass, so that meat from the breasts and meat from the thighs, i.e., both white and red meat, are present in the minced meat), onion onions, garlic, bread, milk, eggs, salt, black pepper, vegetable oil.

Break the egg into the minced chicken, add the bread twisted in a meat grinder (previously soaked in milk).

Then add fried onions (in small cubes), garlic (chopped), salt and pepper to the minced meat.

Stir the minced meat until smooth and use wet hands to mold cutlets of the same size and arbitrary shape (12 cutlets in total).

Place the patties in a steamer or multicooker tray for steaming. Since I cooked steamed chicken cutlets in a slow cooker, I will continue to talk about the process of cooking cutlets in it.

Do not forget to pour water into the saucepan of the multicooker! Cook the patties for 20 minutes (Steam program). Transfer the finished cutlets to a saucepan and cook in the same way the cutlets that did not fit in the pan the previous time.
