"Kayala: Trading Place" carries out:
- accounting of goods in the warehouse (receipt, movement, write-off, sale, return)
- accounting of goods in the store (arrival, sale)
- cash accounting (sale, collection, bank)
Program focused on small shop, where there is one cash register, a warehouse with one delivery point. It's simple and affordable solution for small business.
What is the difference between the free and paid version:
The free version is not limited in time of use, the only limitation is the type of database used. The paid version allows you to use high-performance databases simultaneously from several computers on the network. In the paid version, you can configure the automatic creation of a backup copy of the database when starting the application, or when finishing work.
The functionality of the program is not limited in any way:
- all reports and documents are available
- no period limitation
- the number of entries in directories is not limited.

The program remembers the size of the selection window, as well as the state and width of the columns in the table.

The algorithm for generating an internal barcode for a product has been changed; the product code is written into the internal barcode.
The receipt option “return from buyer” has been added to the “Goods Receipt” document.
Printing of price tags has been added to the document "Movement of Goods".
The ability to create personal discounts has been added to the "Discounts" directory. The directory has become groupable. For a discount, you can specify the card number on which the barcode will be placed to select the discount. It is now possible to limit the application of a discount with a password that is specified for the group; it can also be linked to the card.
Returns from the buyer have been added to the RMK; accordingly, the documents Receipt and Z-report have undergone changes for this purpose.
New modules have been added: “Product article”, “Printed forms for Kazakhstan”, replaces the name of the currency in a number of forms with the Kazakh tenge.
