1. Draw on paper a sketch of a spoon and spatula.
2. According to the drawn sketch, we cut out objects from wood.
3. Next, we continue to work with paper sketches. We decorate the painted products with yellow gouache.
4. We think over the drawing of the painting on paper in advance. We draw with a simple pencil, then decorate with gouache.
5. Next, when the sketch is ready, we do the same work with wooden products. Coated in yellow on both sides.
6. We paint over the ends with red gouache.
7. We apply an ornament - berries, with red gouache. On the shoulder blade, draw 3 circles with a brush No. 2. On a spoon - bunches of currants with cotton swabs, using the poke method.
8. On a spoon with cotton buds we make flowers in blue

I already once told and showed how you can decorate wooden spoons. Last time they were old, not painted small wooden spoons, I found them in the closet of the music hall and they were in an unsightly condition. Now I specially bought new spoons of medium (standard) size, not painted are several times cheaper than Khokhloma (at least to us in the city). I bought them at the wholesale market for 20 rubles apiece.

Since we still have to play in a musical orchestra on these spoons, I did not paint over them completely.
Some especially energetic kids can beat off the middle, on the outside of the spoon, so I decided not to risk it.
I drew the outline and painted the spoons inside.
It is better to buy glossy paints. They cost a little more than matte ones, but they look spectacular.
I painted the spoons in pairs, so it will be more convenient to distribute them to children, and it looks beautiful.
You can draw a whole mantra on a spoon, the process of painting calms, fascinates, it is impossible to tear yourself away. Acrylic paints allow you to paint on top of the color, if they are allowed to dry a little, they do not mix, (like gouache). They remain bright, after drying they can be washed, they will not be erased. Of course, for greater strength, it is better to cover with a colorless varnish.
