How to get to Nha Trang from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi

Well, that's it, we will assume that you bought tickets to Nha Trang via Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, or even better, booked a tour, which is sometimes twice cheaper for a tourist than one air flight, now we are interested in the question of how to get to Nha Trang from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi ? Here are several options that we will consider with you separately using each item.

How to get from Ho Chi Minh?

  • Airplane
  • train
  • bus

How to get from Ho Chi Minh City by plane

The plane is the best way to get from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi to Nha Trang, here the price of air tickets will be quite adequate, since these are low-cost airlines. Which airlines fly:

  • jetstar,
  • Vienna Airlines
  • HanhAir

The first two airlines fly very often, and you need to book an air ticket on them. You can book an air ticket using the Aviasales search engine for cheap air tickets, it has the ability to search for the best air tickets at a price from all low-cost airlines, including Vietnamese ones. The cost of a domestic flight usually fluctuates around $30 for a flight from Ho Chi Minh City. You can also get on the sale of air tickets from the same airlines, where a ticket can cost you only $ 10.

As for this option, as a way to get from Ho Chi Minh City, I advise you not to consider any more ways, but there are life situations, when you may be late or not buy a plane ticket, then you have to get there in the two remaining ways. By the way, here I recommend booking an air ticket at least 5 days before departure, closer to the date of the flight the price will be much higher.

How to get from Ho Chi Minh City by train

This method is not the most optimal both in terms of time and dignity, Russian trains on this occasion, just first class, here you will be met by the lack of cleanliness and order, as well as not very high speed of movement. There are several trains from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi to Nha Trang. We look at the train schedule on the website www.vietnamrailways.net, but only the schedule, it’s better to buy tickets at the box office of railway stations, it’s cheaper.

Trains from Ho Chi Minh City

There are three trains that leave Ho Chi Minh in the late afternoon, at about 18.30, 19.30 and 23.00, the time is approximate and may change, so we check in advance. As for the travel time, you will drive approximately 13-15 hours. The cost of the trip will be from 15-25 dollars. Train numbers SE2, SE4, SE8, most best option train number SE4, a ticket for it costs $ 28 and the travel time will be about 12 hours.

Trains from Hanoi

Here, at the last moment of time, 4 trains run, all trains depart from the southern platform of the railway station, the schedule changes every time, so we check it at the ticket office of the railway station. As far as travel time goes, 19 hours of your life could be blotted out on a leisurely ride. The ticket price from Hanoi will be $42.

How to get from Ho Chi Minh City by bus

In order to get by bus to Nha Trang you will need to buy a ticket in Ho Chi Minh City, you can do this in any travel agency downtown. All the buses that run between cities here are called ‘slipping bass’ or ‘openbus’, I don’t know what the difference is, but comfort is present here, you can unfold the seat and go to bed. From Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang, the travel time will be 8 hours 20 minutes, from Hanoi much longer, about 15 hours.

The cost of a bus ticket from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang will be $11, from Hanoi $16. The distance from Ho Chi Minh City to the end point of our article is 437 kilometers. Well, now you know how you can get to Nha Trang from Moscow, Ho Chi Minh City, Vladivostok and other cities. I hope the question of how to get to Nha Trang no longer worries you.

As you understand, Vietnam is a different world, but before the trip, I didn’t think it was that much. I even thought crept in, but is it safe to drive alone? I will tell you this: it is relatively safe, because there are enough pickpockets, as well as well-wishers helping to buy a ticket at exorbitant prices.

By bus

Tourists in Vietnam often call buses slipbuses. These are luxury flights designed more for tourists.

Two carriers carry to Ho Chi Minh City, these are Hanhcafe and Sinh Tourist, although I would like to call them travel agencies. To see the schedule, you need to strictly know how Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang are spelled, although the sites have English version, that doesn't help much. In addition, many cities have similar titles, while Ho Chi Minh City used to be called Saigon.

Hanhcafe buses leave at 7:30 and 13:00 and Sinh Tourist at 7:15 and 20:00. Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City in 10-11 hours.

The design of the sleepbus salons is amazing and has no analogues in our country. Chairs are more like a couch where you can lie down. They are clearly designed for the height of the Vietnamese, so for men taller than 180 cm, it will be difficult what to do tall, I don’t even know. And this whole structure has 2 floors:

The road, plus everything, disgusting, shaking all the time. Maybe it was the bus or the way I was driving, I don't know, but it was hard to sleep.

Buying tickets

Buying bus tickets is a big deal. They are sold in any travel agencies and guesthouses, but they will sell them at an inflated price. Most low prices- at the carrier's offices, they are in all cities, look at the coordinates on the websites and. By the way, Sinh Tourist has an online sale function, and it seems like it accepts all international cards, but I didn’t risk it. :) In addition to these two, there are other agencies that you can find on the streets of the city, as well as regular buses, for the quality of which I am not responsible. The ticket will cost less, but ordinary seats, a greasy interior with a suspicious smell are guaranteed.

Price

If you buy tickets not in the agency - bargain! They can heat up well, tickets cost from 7 euros, on average 9-10 euros.

By train

In appearance, the trains in Vietnam resemble our old ones. There are four types of carriages on the route to Ho Chi Minh City:

  • Hard Seat - wooden benches, like in old trains, only the cars are creepy;
  • Soft Seat - type of express, where the seats are soft. The cars are also littered, but you can drive through, there is air conditioning;
  • Hard Berth (6) - compartment for six, 3 shelves on both sides;
  • Soft Berth(4) - coupe for four. Clean, decent, even modern if the train is new.

Trains are also divided into fast and not, for example, SE1, SE3 are fast. The schedule is constantly changing, but there are always 4 fast trains per day, the rest are introduced at the discretion railway.

If the fast train doesn’t suit you in time, then it’s better to buy a bus ticket, as on ordinary trains the train can get old, which means that soiled seats are the best thing that will happen to you. And the worst is a non-working air conditioner or a terrible cold, a dirty car, dust, Prussians, and so on. Trains are also late, this applies to all types.

Nha Trang train station is located here:

Here in Ho Chi Minh:

Buying tickets

Believe it or not, train tickets can be bought even at the hotel, but I advise you to go to the station and buy at the box office. Again, there is a function for selling travel documents on the railway website, but I personally have not tried whether our cards pass.

Price

A ride in a six-seater compartment costs 500,000 dong, which is about 18 euros, and seats can be found for 220,000 dong.

By plane

The flight will not be much more expensive. Vietjet Air and Vietnam Airlines fly daily from Nha Trang Airport (Cam Ranh). See the schedule on the websites of airlines or on ticket sales.

Nha Trang Airport is located far outside the city, it takes 40 minutes by minibus to get there. This is where the stop is located: Minibuses travel frequently, the fare costs 50,000 dong or 1.8 euros. You can also take a taxi, but it will cost 18 euros. The flight takes 1 hour.

In Ho Chi Minh City, you can get to the city by regular buses for 0.5 euros, by minibus for 1.5 euros or by taxi. All transport stops near the terminal.

Buying tickets

Plane tickets are sold on the websites of Vietjet Air and Vietnam Airlines. The bus fare is paid on the spot, you do not need to buy tickets in advance. Always pay with taxi drivers after the trip, the crooks are still the same.

Price

A plane ticket costs from 13 euros, spend another 4 euros on minibuses.

By car

Rent a car in Vietnam for a foreigner international law impossible, but you can rent a car with a driver. You understand that pleasure is not cheap. The rights to the scooter are also needed, but they turn a blind eye to this. If a foreigner drives normally, and even in a helmet, no one will check the rights. But I would not advise you to ride a scooter to Ho Chi Minh City, just imagine how much you have to go, and how many times you need to refuel? Scooters are generally a separate issue, they are stolen, so it is advised to leave them on the hotel premises. Locals often lure foreigners into paid parking, which does not even exist.

Conclusion

It is faster and more convenient to fly by plane, it is expensive for Vietnam, compared to our prices - not much. Using the plane, you will not feel the local color, you will not see the country from the window of a train or bus. If you compare a bus and a train, then the choice is simple: expensive and fast or cheap and long. Then decide for yourself, happy travels!

The Vietnamese seaside resort of Nha Trang is known far beyond the borders of the country. You can even say that, along with the island of Phu Quoc, it is the main holiday destination in this state. Most package tourists (that is, package travelers) arrive at the international airport of the Nha Trang resort - Cam Ranh. Flying on a charter flight directly to a vacation spot is, in principle, profitable. However, there are also disadvantages here. After all, travel agencies that charter aircraft, throw out tickets for sale when there is too little time left before departure and the probability of getting a “package” client is negligible. Those independent travelers who could not get on a charter flight are looking for other options. Quite a lot of regular flights from Russia and other countries arrive in the two largest Vietnamese cities - Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Based on the fact that the country has a large length from north to south, you should look for an airport closer to the resort. So, this article is for those who are interested in the question of how to get from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang on their own.

How far will tourists have to travel?

Before we start looking at travel options, let's take a look at mileage. Nakhang is considered a resort, but it is located closer to the central coast of the country. Ho Chi Minh lies in the very south. This large city was formerly known as Saigon. We have already mentioned that Vietnam is a very elongated country from north to south. Even in a straight line, the distance from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang is three hundred and twenty kilometers. The mileage is significant in order to seriously consider the option of traveling by plane. But you can overcome the distance between Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang by other modes of transport. Both highways and railways run along the coast. Therefore, everything is somehow significant highways, connecting the capital of Hanoi with the south of the country, pass through Nha Trang.

Getting to the resort by car

If you have a driver's license, then renting a car is not difficult. This can be done in advance, and then the car will be waiting for you at the airport. But it should be remembered that the distance from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang on highways will no longer be 320 kilometers, but all 427. And this is the most short cut, along the road where toll sections meet. Travel time on these high-speed autobahns will be eight hours. The most important thing is to taxi to the main highway QL 1A. On this road you will pass another major resort of Phan Thiet. track all time runs along the sea. On the map, the QL 20 appears to be the most short version how to get from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang. But in fact, due to the hilly terrain, the distance between the two points is already 442 kilometers. This path can be covered in nine and a half hours. And finally, the third option for traveling by car: QL roads 13, 14 and 26. You will enter Nha Trang in this way from the north. And the whole journey will take you more than eleven hours.

Air travel option. Pros and bonuses

At first glance, this seems to be the best option. And if you are interested in how to get from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang quickly, then there are no alternatives to the plane. It is supposed to spend only one hour in the air. Yes, and tickets on this route can be bought for fifteen US dollars. It is easy to get to - city bus number 152 runs there. Cam Ranh air harbor is located thirty-five kilometers south of Nha Trang (if you drive along the QL 1A highway by car, the hub will be on the way). Getting to the resort from the airport by taxi will cost the same as an air ticket - approximately fifteen dollars. But you can make the trip to Nha Trang more budgetary if you use the bus. The ticket is purchased at the counter near the baggage claim area and costs two dollars.

Airplane. Cons and disadvantages of air travel

Firstly, cheap tickets for $ 15-20 are not so easy to find. And those that are sold at a low price are inconvenient flights. You will arrive at the resort when the time in Nha Trang is already evening. Thus, you have to pay for an extra night in a hotel, while other modes of transport make it possible to arrive in the morning and fully enjoy your first day of vacation. The need to arrive at the airport one and a half hours before departure is the second minus. Thirdly, the airline JetStar, offering cheap tickets, rips customers off at exorbitant prices for each piece of luggage. And if you pay bank card, then it turns out more expensive than cash. Cam Ranh Airport is also located far from the resort - an expensive taxi to Nha Trang is required. Or wait for the bus. And, finally, clouds and heights are the same everywhere. But the road along the sea in exotic Vietnam ground transport leave behind unforgettable memories. Is air travel the fastest? We consider: an hour to Saigon airport. One and a half - waiting for the flight. The hour is the flight itself. Another one and a half - waiting for luggage and a bus, the way from Cam Ranh to Nha Trang. Total - five hours.

Taxi. Fares

Directly from the exit of the airport terminal in Saigon and to the hotel of your choice in the resort. If you have a lot of luggage, or you have children who are tired of a long flight, you should not puzzle over how to get from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang. Just take a taxi. This is the most hassle free option. We can recommend Kiwi Taxi service. It is good because you can order a car on the Internet. The driver will meet you with a sign in hand, help you carry your luggage to the car. The prices of this company are fixed. Moreover, its fleet will allow you to choose desired car. A trip for a family of three to four people will cost 10,800 rubles in an economy class car. For a car of a more prestigious category, you will have to pay eleven and a half thousand rubles. It is especially advantageous to get by taxi for groups of tourists from 7-19 people. The company owns minivans of various capacities that will take you to the resort in eight hours. A whole minibus will be at your disposal for only 12,128-23,323 rubles.

Night bus Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang

So it's time to get acquainted with such Asian exotic as "slipping bass". It differs from a regular bus in that inside the cabin they are placed on chairs, and half-seats are half-beds. They are designed, however, for the growth of the average adult Vietnamese. A tall European will have to sleep curled up. But the crossing (eight to nine hours) takes place at night. Passengers are given a pillow, blanket, water. There is a toilet and Wi-Fi on board. You will have to take care of the food yourself. The beds are arranged in two tiers and three rows. If you are afraid of freezing from the air conditioners running at full capacity, choose the seats below and in the middle. The pluses of such a trip include the fact that the bus makes only two or three stops along the way. The most popular flights are at nine and ten in the evening. They arrive when the time in Nha Trang is close to eight in the morning. Tickets can be purchased at the tourist offices, which are full on Pham Ngu Lao Street. The fare for one passenger costs only ten US dollars. Each travel company has its own cars and, accordingly, its own schedule.

"Open Bass" - what is it?

This is what luxury buses are called. Unlike "spipping basses", they make stops at settlements along the way. Yes, and they run daytime. So this option is suitable for those who are thinking how to get from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang on their own, but at the same time cannot sleep in transport. In such buses, the interior is divided into several classes. The service on board is beyond praise. But the fare will cost more than in night buses - from fifteen to sixty dollars. You can also buy tickets for the open bass at the travel agency. Cars depart from the company's headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City and arrive at the company's office in Nha Trang. The address should be specified in the travel agency.

Ordinary shuttle bus

This option is for those who are thinking how to get from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang in the cheapest way. Cars depart and arrive from and to bus stations. In open bass, for a small surcharge, the driver will take you directly to the gate of the hotel in Nha Trang. But the cost of travel in an ordinary regular bus is ridiculously small. It is worth spending nine to ten hours on board for this. The station in Ho Chi Minh City Myen Dong on Dinh Bo Linh Street can be reached by buses No. 14 and 26. In Nha Trang, all cars arrive at the Ben He Lian Tinh bus terminal. This bus station is located just west of the resort center.

Trains Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang

Every day, six flights depart on the route of interest to us: at six and nine in the morning, at noon, at 19:30, 20:30 and ten in the evening. Among these trains there are ordinary ones that make many stops along the way. But there are also Express. When buying a ticket, you should be interested in the class of the train and how long it takes to travel from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang. The price of the trip starts at twenty-five dollars per person. It depends on the type of train (express or regular, hard or soft), wagon (air-conditioned or not) and seat (seat or couch). It is best to buy tickets at the box office of the station. In travel agencies and on the websites of intermediaries, it is also possible, but already with a large margin. The railway station in Ho Chi Minh City "Ga Sai Gon" is located almost in the center of the city. And in Nha Trang, it takes about fifteen to twenty minutes to walk from the railway station to the tourist district with hotels. Trains travel from one point to another in seven to nine hours, depending on their class.

All the best and always! In the previous article, we talked about the weather during the wet and dry seasons, as well as about places where you can swim in Nha Trang and its environs when waves reign on the city beach. And in that article, in addition to where to get easily and cheaply, as well as where to get longer, some islands and suburban beaches were mentioned, where tourists tired of the Nha Trang waves can swim to their heart's content. In this article we will tell you how to get to these promised places.

Departure to the islands

We repeat: in the vicinity of Nha Trang there are four "types" of islands.

northern islands

The northern islands include Monkey Island and Orchid Island, which is geographically a peninsula.

You can get here with a guided tour or on your own. The cost of excursions is $ 22 - 35, depending on the travel agency and program (not all travel agencies include Monkey Island). About whom we personally sympathize, we have already written. The full one is given in a separate article.

If you decide to get to the Northern Islands on your own, then keep in mind that it is better to swim on Orchid Island (Suối Hoa Lan): the sea is cleaner and without waves.

Going to Monkey Island just for the sake of swimming is not worth it: the sea is considered dirtier. In general, on Monkey Island you should be more careful, without the need to communicate with our tailed brothers: they are quite aggressive and biting. If you bite, especially a child, you will have to go to the doctor, give injections, and, again, deal with insurers: are the actions of the monkeys subject to your violation of safety precautions (in this case, insurance often does not work)? Do you need it?

Insurance search form provided by cherehapa.ru

To get to the Northern Islands, you need to get to the North Port of Nha Trang on the coast of Nha Phu Bay, about 15 km from Nha Trang. Here is located cruise terminal, from where boats leave for Monkey Island and Orchid Island.

The cost of visiting Orchid Island (price information updated in September 2018):

  • 220 thousand VND for an adult,
  • VND 135,000 for a child under 1m 30cm taller must take an adult ticket.

A visit to Monkey Island - 180 and 90 thousand VND, respectively.

Children under 1 meter do not need tickets.

The cost of the visit includes both the round-trip crossing, and the entrance to the islands, and drinking water, and wicker umbrellas, as well as, in the case of Orchid Island - a show with animals (elephant, python, bears, birds), in the case of Monkey Island - dog races, monkey races, a floating water park (but the sea, we repeat, on Monkey Island may not be very pleasant).

Ecopark on Orchid Island is open, if this site, from 07.00 to 17.00, boats go there from 08.00 to 10.00, allegedly every half an hour (but somewhere they write that only at 10.00, somewhere - that it is better to arrive early). Return boat at 13.00 and 16.00 (check on the spot!). indicates in his group Elk Nha Trang that the boat to Orchid Island leaves at 8.45.

Boats go to Monkey Island from 07.30 to 15.00 supposedly every 20 minutes.

You can get to the northern port on the coast of Nha Phu Bay by:

  • taxi (fare from 400 to 700 thousand dong, depending on the size of the car),
  • blue and yellow bus number 3, which goes to Zoklet beach (there will be an inscription NHA TRANG - NINH HOA - DOC LET on the windshield),
  • minibus that also travels to Zoklet.

Bus number 3, like a minibus, is more convenient to catch on the first line, at a stop near the brewery Louisiana Brewhouse which is next to Gorky Park (Central Park). Feel free to wave your hands to the bus, letting the driver know that you are waiting for him.

Blue-Yellow Shuttle Bus No. 3 Nha Trang - Zoklet

Photo - from the site tophotels

The conductor on the bus or minibus needs to say: "Nya Fu". We won’t tell you exactly how much a ticket to Nha Fu costs, but a ticket to Zoklet (terminal) costs 26 thousand dong on a bus and 30 thousand dong on a minibus.

If you're in the European Quarter and don't want to go all the way to Louisiana, you can try to take bus number 3 on the second line (Hùng Vương Street). Stops are indicated by blue-orange plates with route numbers. They are located along the street. On the second line, bus number 3 needs to wave even more diligently than on the first.

Bus number 3 starts running at 05:00 from the south of Nha Trang (counting from the departure point of Bình Tân, the bus will reach Louisiana in 15 minutes) and ends at 18:30. The return from Zoklet (Dốc Lết) runs from 05:00 to 18:35. The interval of movement is 30-40 minutes. However, it is better not to wait for the last buses, especially when returning from Zoklet - they may not go. Elk Nha Trang group has bus number 3 timetable by minute(but buses do not always follow these minutes).

southern islands

The southern islands include Hon Mieu, Hon Mun, Hon Mot, which attract divers and snorkelers. As well as tourists who are not seriously involved in either, but undersea world They want to see the South China Sea, which in Vietnam is called the East Sea.

The sea and the bay on one of the South Islands. Say Hong Moon. Or maybe not on it...

There are two options to get here:

  • By renting a boat or longboat at the port at a price of about $ 100 (give or take, back and forth). Port around here. The port can be reached by bus number 4 or taxi. You will see the port from the bus window, but to be sure, try telling the conductor: "Oceanography Museum" - Museum of Oceanography (Bảo Tàng Hải Dương Học VN - Museum of Oceanography), it is next to the port.
  • Taking an excursion to the Southern Islands.

Unlike northern islands, where you can get on your own on a budget (although it’s more convenient with a tour), it’s really more comfortable and more profitable to go to the South with a tour (of course, if you are traveling in a group of more than 6 people and take lunch with you, perhaps the first option is more profitable for you).

Now some travel agencies carry to the Southern Islands with a stop at Hon Tam. Accordingly, the cost of such an excursion is higher (at the RIC - $ 32). Some travel companies have left the excursion only to the Southern Islands. For example, "Uncle Vanya" excursion to the southern islands costs $25. Southern Islands, and Khon Tam Island, and even Tri Nguyen Aquarium can be visited as part of another tour from this company, for $ 35.

Hon Tam Island

Zoklet beach

The beach, which has recently become very popular among Russians and other tourists, has even been popularly called the “bounty beach” for its “advertised” landscapes.

Get to Zoklet better in the morning: after dinner there may be swell. Don't swim where fishermen pull nets. During the day it is very easy to burn out under the trees and linen umbrellas. If you rent an umbrella - then a wicker one, or better a bungalow. Activities on the beach for an additional fee: kayak, jet ski, parasailing behind a boat. Places where to eat are available (praise the cafe "U Tena").

Note that Zoklet is becoming more and more popular among tourists, as a result, it is getting dirtier and noisier. Recently, more and more often we hear opinions that if you go to Zoklet, it is better to go to some hotel (resort): there they monitor the cleanliness of the beach, and there are fewer people. In general, according to the old-timers, in particular, Anna Los, the most best time on Zoklet it is sunset and sunrise.

For example, such a sunset on Zoklet beach

Photo from GM Doclet Beach Resort website.

We have already cited this quote in an article dedicated to Nha Trang hotels, and also gave a recommendation, if possible and willing, to rent a bungalow in a Zoklet resort for the night (about $ 30).

You can book a hotel on Zoklet beach (or anywhere else) using the form below.

You can get to Zoklet:

Attention! When there is a strong wind and waves in Nha Trang, it can also be stormy on Zoklet, especially in the afternoon. Before you go there, check the weather conditions through windy.com. Or run into the nearest travel agency that provides excursions to Zoklet and ask if it is worth going. 😉

Bai Dai Beach (including Diamond Bay Resort and SPA beach)

Located on the way from Cam Ranh Airport to Nha Trang. On this beach are located, some were written about in an article about hotels in Nha Trang.

The beach can be reached by taxi (approximately for 400 thousand VND) or by bus number 18 to the airport. Tell the conductor: "Bai Zai." They wrote about it in an article about air tickets.

However, in the case of Bai Zai, as Anna Elk warns, you need to be careful: there are places where it is dangerous to swim due to rip currents. Therefore, it is better to swim where the Vietnamese do it (if they are on Bai Dai beach on the day of your visit).

Tourists often praise the beach of the Diamond Bay Resort and SPA as safe, comfortable and pleasant, while it is also located on the coast of Bai Dai. According to the manager of the Diamond Bay Resort and SPA hotel, who was also contacted via hotel facebook group, entrance to its territory for outside visitors possible from 08:00 to 22:00 for VND 500 thousand per person(this includes the use of the hotel grounds, including the beach and pools, as well as food and drinks). Children from 6 to 11 years old are half price, children under 6 years old are free.

You can get to the Diamond Bay Resort and SPA by taxi or. The cost of a bus ticket is 50,000 VND. Tell the conductor: "Diamond Bay."

Amiana Beach

Hotel Amiana Resort 5 * is located about 10 km from Nha Trang, has a bay closed from waves, pools (including salt water), beautiful territory. And if you believe the review of the tourist Marina I from TripAdvisor, there is an opportunity for visitors who are not guests of the hotel to be on its territory, using the beach and pool infrastructure, while not renting a room, for 500 thousand dong per person. Even welcome soft drink enabled (according to information from the admin hotel facebook groups in June 2018).

Wonderful lagoon at Amiana Resort

You can get to the hotel by taxi estimated cost- 5-7 $). In addition, a free shuttle runs from the hotel to Nha Trang. According to the detailed reviewed by tourist barbariska495 on TripAdvisor, the schedule is as follows:

Jungle Beach

Located between Nha Trang and Zoklet beach. Here they praise the turquoise sea, silence and tranquility. Public transport here, according to our information, does not go, so you have to take a taxi (approximately, about 500 thousand VND).

You can come to the beach as a savage, or you can rent a bungalow in a small quiet resort Jungle Beach VietNam. The cost is about $30 per day.

While this place is not very “jaded” by tourists, there is not much “civilization” here. But the beautiful sea, white sand and silence.

Attention! In a group Jungle Beach VietNam on Facebook its owner reports that he sold the business to the Vietnamese, and that after Tet (in 2018 it falls on February 16, and we have an article), construction of 100 rooms on 5000 m² should begin. So, probably, silence and solitude will soon turn into something else.

Beaches in Phan Rang

An offer to go to the gentle deserted beach of Ninh Chữ with white sand and turquoise sea without waves, while in Nha Trang off-season, only recently appeared on the site of the travel agency "Uncle Vanya". There is a beach in Phan Rang, from Nha Trang - 100 km. A trip there with "Uncle Vanya" costs $35.

Photo of the beach - from website of the travel agency "Uncle Vanya".

Attention! In the winter of 2018, the Ninh Chu beach offer disappeared from the Uncle Vanya website.

However, there are excursions to Phan Rang from other Nha Trang travel agencies. Their programs are different, you can choose what you like best. You can see a review of our trip to Phan Rang with Sasha Tour, which, in addition to a gorgeous beach, visits to two pagodas (one of them is Coral, with the Dragon's Labyrinth) and a vineyard can be viewed.

Beach at Whale Island Resort

In an article about hotels, ToZhe was mentioned remote from Nha Trang (the link has all the information). It is located on the island of Hon Ong with a beautiful and rich sea. Note that fans of diving and snorkeling will like the trip there ( keyword- fans) and just wanting to see the untrodden corners. The average tourist is unlikely to go there - there are a lot of interesting things closer to Nha Trang.

However, those who wish can book a room here via the form below.

Summary

In this short, by our standards, article, we outlined ways to get to the islands and beaches around Nha Trang. Recall that you can read about in the previous article. There are also recommendations on how.

Or use the ticket search forms immediately. 😉

Form from aviasales (this is a promoted flight search engine, thoughtful and convenient; on the second tab - hotellook - an excellent hotel search engine that compares prices for different resources, including booking and others)

Form from kiwi (airline agency; their site is not promoted, as tourists usually use search engines like aviasales, but we like it: the site is convenient, and ticket prices are sometimes lower than aviasales finds; from kiwi, please read before buying ticket)
