Ingredients:
1 lavash,
100 g ham
150 g cheese
2 pickles,
mayonnaise,
green cilantro, dill and parsley.

Cooking:

Ingredients:
2 lavash,
500 g cooked chicken fillet,
2-3 bulbs
2 boiled eggs
1 carrot
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper.

Cooking:

Ingredients:
1 large lavash or 6 small lavash
400 g of any minced meat,
1 egg
2 large bulbs
1 bell pepper
1 carrot
2 tablespoons of tomato paste,
200 g cheese
mayonnaise,

salt, pepper and spices for minced meat.

Cooking:
Mix minced meat with one chopped onion, egg, finely chopped herbs and sweet pepper, spices, salt and pepper. Divide minced meat into 6 parts.
To prepare the frying, it is necessary to fry the chopped onion and grated carrots in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. Dilute tomato paste boiled water and add to stir-fry.
Grease a baking dish lightly with oil. If you use 1 large pita bread, it must be divided into 6 parts. Lubricate each part with mayonnaise, put minced meat on top, roll up and put in a mold. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, until the minced meat is baked.
