  5. To make the dressing, combine the remaining oil, lime/lemon juice, garlic paste, chopped basil and Parmesan.

Preparation:

  3. Peel the shrimp using scissors. Remove gullets, shells, tails and heads. Pour the remaining pulp with a mixture of olive oil (2 tablespoons) and mashed garlic. Leave for a quarter of an hour.
  4. For the sauce, combine honey, juice from lime and orange slices, salt, mustard, pepper and half of the remaining butter. If bee product candied, it needs to be melted in a water bath.

  4. Add Tartar, chopped onion and lime juice to the appetizer. Mix the ingredients.

Preparation:

  2. Fry the peeled shrimp on both sides in hot oil and also sprinkle them with dry garlic.
  3. Tear lettuce leaves and place on a plate. Drizzle with some of the dressing and sprinkle with a little cheese.

List of ingredients:

  • Seafood – 500 g.
  • Cheese durum varieties– 100 g.
  • Olives – 10 pcs.
  • Tomato – 3 pcs.
  • Lettuce leaves - 1 bunch.
  • Garlic – 1 clove.
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
  • Olive oil for dressing.
  • Salt/pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Boil seafood in advance for 4-5 minutes, add a little salt and transfer to a deep plate to cool.
  • Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, cut into small slices.
  • Grate the cheese on a fine grater, mix with grated or garlic pressed through a garlic press.
  • Wash and dry lettuce leaves wet wipe or paper towel. Tear into small pieces with your hands.
  • Wash the olives and cut them in half, removing the pits.

  • Pour all ingredients into a deep bowl with seafood and mix thoroughly. It is better to mix with a wooden spatula rather than a spoon. Season the salad with olive oil. Add salt and pepper.

Advice! To prevent the salad from turning out too liquid, it is better to drain the excess juice from the tomatoes.

Salad with seafood and arugula

Warm salad with seafood and arugula is a real decoration for the holiday table.

To prepare you will need:

  • Seafood cocktail – 300 g.
  • Olives – 100 g.
  • – 60 g.
  • Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Olive oil for dressing.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Salt/pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Wash the cucumbers and cut them into small strips.

  • Pour boiling water over funchose. Leave for 3-7 minutes, then rinse cold water and cut. Add to seafood and stir.
  • Rinse the peppers, onions and carrots well, peel them and remove all damage. Cut the pepper into small strips, dice the onion, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Fry all ingredients in a frying pan for 7-10 minutes. It is important that the vegetables are covered with a golden crust.
  • Grate the garlic on a fine grater or pass through a garlic press. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until it becomes completely transparent. Add to salad along with oil.
  • Mix all ingredients together. Use garlic and soy sauce as a dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe with celery

Celery gives the salad some spice and a pleasant spicy taste. Preparing a warm salad with seafood and celery is very simple and quick.

List of ingredients:

  • Frozen seafood – 500 g.
  • Lettuce leaves or arugula – 50 g.
  • Green onion – 20 g.
  • - 2 pcs.
  • - 1 PC.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil for dressing.
  • Lemon or lime juice.
  • Salt/pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Thaw the seafood mixture at room temperature, drain off any excess liquid. Place in a preheated frying pan and fry with olive oil for 5-7 minutes. There is no need to cover with a lid. Add salt and pepper. Turn off the gas and cool the seafood.
  • Wash the avocado, peel and remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into small cubes.
  • Wash the celery and onion, peel and cut into pieces or half rings.
  • Mix all ingredients, add salt/pepper. Place in a nice salad bowl.
  • Squeeze lime or lemon juice into a separate cup and mix with soy sauce. Add finely grated garlic. Stir and season the seafood salad with sauce.
