In practice, employers use a unified form of the order for the promotion of No. T-11 (No. T-11a), approved. Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 05.01.2004 No. 1. However, it is not forbidden to use a form developed independently.

How to arrange

Whether or not to reward the employee is up to his immediate superior. He turns to the head of the organization with a proposal to praise the subordinate for his work. To do this, you need to write a petition, memo or letter. The order of gratitude will be drawn up on the basis of such a document.

Since there is no established form of appeal, it is drawn up arbitrarily. The petition might look like this:

The main requirement for this document is that it should be clear from it who distinguished themselves and how. The date of compilation and information about the applicant must be indicated.

In the case when representatives of another company offer to encourage employees, they draw up their application on the organization's letterhead and also list who and for what they want to thank.

If the management agrees to the encouragement, an order is issued in the form T-11, approved by the decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 01/05/2004 No. 1. If the organization has abandoned the unified forms, its own document is used. But it must contain all the necessary details:

  • information about the employer company;
  • employee data;
  • a description of the employee's achievements for which he is rewarded;
  • date of the document and signature of the manager.

Features of the announcement of gratitude at the state level

If the employee has distinguished himself so much that he was noticed by regional or federal authorities, then the application for encouragement is drawn up by the head of the organization or a representative of the government (for example, an official or a deputy). Entering information in the work book

According to Clause 24 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 04.16.2003, No. 255, personnel officers enter into a special section of the work book information about the reward (incentive) for merits, if the employee:

  • awarded with state awards, he was awarded a state honorary title;
  • has been awarded an honorary diploma, diploma, badge or badge, or has been awarded some title by the employer;
  • is encouraged in any other way provided for by legislation, collective agreements, internal labor regulations, charters and discipline regulations.

Taking into account the last point, an entry is made in the work book about any encouragement - both from the state and from the employer. However, in local regulations organizations may clarify what other types of incentives will be marked accordingly. These can be, for example, letters of thanks from third-party organizations, registration on the honor roll.

A special section - information about awards - should be filled in in accordance with Clause 4 of the Resolution of the Ministry of Labor of Russia dated 10.10.2003 No. 69... An example of a recording is below.

If an additional cash bonus is paid, this must be stated both in the order and in the entry made in the work book. The bonuses provided by the wage system are not indicated. This is clearly stated in paragraph 25 of the Government Resolution No. 255.

How to declare

Companies are under no obligation to hold celebrations to celebrate the announcement of gratitude to one or more employees. But if this is accepted in the organization, then the distinguished employee can be congratulated in the circle of colleagues by handing over a form of gratitude specially printed in the printing house, signed by the management. Types of incentives

An indication of the generally accepted types of such incentives is contained in article 191 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation:

Gratitude with entry into the work book

Labor legislation requires employers (except for citizens who are not registered as entrepreneurs) to fill out work books for their employees.

Based on the provisions of Article 66 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, this document is the main document confirming the employee's work experience, as well as containing other information about his labor activity.

The form and procedure for maintaining work books are approved in two normative legal acts:

  • in the Rules for maintaining the TC, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2003 N 225 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules);
  • in the Instructions for filling out the TC, approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation of October 10, 2003 N 69 (hereinafter referred to as the Instruction).

As follows from subparagraph "c" of paragraph 24 of the Rules, any incentives provided for by labor legislation or collective agreement, as well as local acts of the employer, are entered in the work book.

Section 4 of the Instructions contains detailed list actions when reflecting the relevant information in the work book. It is like this:

  • in the third column "Information on rewarding" of the work book, the name of the employer is entered (full and abbreviated - if available);
  • in the first column, the number of the record is put down with a cumulative total;
  • in the second column, the date of the promotion of the award is entered;
  • in the third, it is indicated who encouraged the employee, for what exactly, and also the type of encouragement. For example: "A gratitude was announced for the great contribution to the development and promotion of a new PR-project" Advertising technologies today";
  • in the fourth column, the details of the corresponding document on encouragement are reflected (for example, the order, in accordance with which the gratitude was announced and the entry was made in the work book).

Registration of encouragement in the form of gratitude

Here is the procedure for rewarding specific example.

As a rule, thanks are given by the employer at the request immediate superior employee.

For example, a structural unit of the organization managed to create and promote an important commercial project. CEO, wishing to reward employees who participated in this project, asks the manager structural unit an application for rewarding employees. The head of the department provides to CEO such a petition and the latter gives it a go, sending it with a visa "for execution" to the personnel department. The specified department draws up an order (for this you can use the unified form No. T-11, approved by the Decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated January 05, 2004 No. 1) and sends it to the General Director for signature.

On the basis of the signed order, the personnel department carries out the introduction of gratitude into the work books.

The form of the declaration of gratitude to employees may be different, because it is not established by law. For example, it can be expressed in the presentation of a letter of thanks and / or an announcement of gratitude at a general holiday meeting.

What does gratitude give in a work book?

The legislation does not provide for any legal implications for employees whose work books contain a note of gratitude. At the same time, the presence of incentives indicates the conscientious performance of the employee of his duties, which can be taken into account, for example, when imposing on him disciplinary action for a misdemeanor. In addition, the availability of such incentives to an employee can be taken into account by the employer as one of the incentives for career growth.
