Cut off the crust from the loaf and cut it into small squares.

Squeeze one clove of garlic into olive oil for frying and fry our bread on it until a light golden crust.


We separate from boiled eggs yolks from proteins. Knead the yolks with a fork and transfer to a bowl, squeeze a clove of garlic, mustard, juice of half a lemon, 100 milliliters of olive oil into the same place and mix well until smooth.



Divide cherry tomatoes into quarters.


Now we begin to form a salad. Put the lettuce leaves in the bowl first. Then chicken, garlic croutons, pour over the dressing, sprinkle with grated parmesan and lay out the cherry slices.
