  6. Add peeled and grated ginger root, apple cider vinegar, half a glass to the peppers boiled water, pineapple pieces. Water in in this case You can replace it with juice that contained pineapples - it won’t be worse, believe me! And if you use plain water, then you need to add 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. Mix everything thoroughly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. You can add a finely chopped clove of garlic - it will not spoil the taste, but it will add aroma - checked!
  7. Add 2 tbsp. spoons of ketchup (you can also use tomato paste) and a tablespoon of starch to thicken the sauce and become more transparent. Mix thoroughly. The sauce is ready. All that's left is to add the chicken.
  8. Add the chicken and gently stir the entire contents of the pan so that the chicken is soaked in the sauce. After this, you can reduce the heat, cover the dish with a lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
