I want to offer you "Hawaii" - a bright, beautiful salad!

It turned out that there are several options for its preparation. Composition of products in different variation amazes with its variety, but all these salads claim the name "Hawaii"

I will list here only those recipes that I liked.

Let's start with the "classic" (at least in my opinion) version...

1. Salad "Hawaii" classic

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce (leaves) - 1 bunch.
  • Ham - 250 g
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1/2 piece
  • Pineapple (canned) - 5 slices.
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Seasoning ("Herbs Italian cuisine")
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar (balsamic, you can take apple)
  • Lemon juice

Cooking:


Wash the lettuce leaves, pat dry and tear with your hands. Arrange on a platter.

Cut the ham thinly into quarters.
Arrange the ham on top of the salad.
Cut half of the pepper into 2 parts and cut thinly.
Scatter the peppers on top lettuce, between ham.
Pineapple rings ~ 5pcs. cut into slices. You can, in principle, take ready-made slices of pineapple.
Spread the pineapple over the ham and pepper.
Make dressing: mix olive oil, juice of half a lemon, add a little light balsamic vinegar, Italian herbs seasoning (I like kamis), beat everything with a fork to make a homogeneous sauce.
Drizzle the resulting dressing over the salad.
We rub on a grater (I prefer a grater for Korean salads) cheese (I have parmesan).

Sprinkle salad with cheese.

2. Mushroom salad "Hawaii"

Quite an interesting recipe for a Hawaiian salad, but also called "Hawaii" :about)

Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken meat - 100g
  • fried mushrooms - 400g
  • canned pineapple - 400g
  • mayonnaise - 100g
  • parsley - to taste

Cooking:

Cut mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil, salt. Let them cool down.

Meat and canned pineapple cut into pieces.

Mix champignons, meat and pineapples and season with mayonnaise.

Garnish the salad with a slice of pineapple and parsley.

3. Portioned salad "Hawaii"

Ingredients for 2 servings:

Cooking:

1. Cut the grapefruit in half, take out the pulp, remove the films and cut into pieces

2. Put whole lettuce leaves on the bottom of the salad bowl (grapefruit skins), finely chop the rest.

3. Salt peas, lettuce leaves, grapefruit and ham and mix with mayonnaise, fill salad bowls with mass.

4. Cut the green onions into long tubes - 3 pieces for each palm tree, cut the tubes into noodles, but do not cut through to the end. It turns out a skirt with a fringe, soak them in ice water for 20 minutes to curl the ends. We string olives on barbecue skewers, put greens on top.

4. Salad "Hawaii" with crab sticks and cabbage

I think that crab stick salad is loved by many people. I want to offer you my version of this salad, which I once tried in a cafe (there, by the way, it was also called "Hawaii", although the recipe is quite far from the classic) and now I cook at home.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh white cabbage - 600 gr.
  • Canned corn - 124 gr.
  • Crab sticks- 300 gr.
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
  • Fresh apple - 143 gr.
  • Mayonnaise - 200 gr.
  • Salt - 10 gr.

The output of the finished dish - 1000 gr.

Cooking:

Crab sticks are thawed at room temperature for two hours and cut into strips.
- White cabbage is chopped, salted and ground until juice appears, after which it is squeezed.
- Apples are peeled, core removed and cut into the same strips as crab sticks.
- Hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into strips.
- Chopped salad ingredients are mixed and corn is added. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix well.
- Put the salad in salad bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped greens.

5. Salad "Hawaii" with shrimps, avocado and strawberries


The salad combines the taste of shrimp and avocado, strawberries add a slight sweetness and sourness..

Interesting and unique taste!

Ingredients:

  • King prawns - 14 pcs
  • Avocado - 2 pcs
  • Sugar - 3
  • Strawberries - 200 g
  • Olive oil - 60 ml
  • Apple cider vinegar - 60 ml

Cooking:

All fruits must be washed and allowed to dry. Shrimps, if they are frozen, thaw.

Peel the shrimps and fry in a grill pan until cooked.

Cut strawberries in half.

Peel the avocado, remove the pit.
Cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Refueling:


Mix vinegar, olive oil, sugar.
Add salt and pepper to taste.


Mix strawberries, shrimp and avocado and season with sauce.

6. Salad "Hawaii" with shrimps and avocado

The recipe is simpler than the previous one - no need to bother with strawberries.


Ingredients:

  • 500 g raw shrimp
  • 1 avocado
  • 6 small pitted tangerines
  • 1 medium sour apple
  • 3 celery stalks,
  • juice of 1.5 limes,
  • 2 tbsp. l. natural yogurt,
  • a pinch of brown sugar
  • sea ​​salt,
  • freshly ground black pepper.

Cooking:

Squeeze juice from 2 tangerines. Mix it with yogurt, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Place in refrigerator.

Peel the remaining tangerines, divide into slices and remove the film from them.

Boil shrimp in boiling, lightly salted water for 3 minutes. Let cool slightly, then remove the shells and dark intestinal vein.

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, unfold the halves in different sides and separate them from each other.
Remove the pit and peel the halves of the skin. Cut the pulp into thin slices and sprinkle with the juice of 1 lime.

Peel the apple from the core and, if desired, from the peel. Cut the pulp into thin slices, sprinkle with the remaining lime juice.

Chop the celery into small pieces.

Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, pour over the prepared dressing and refrigerate until serving. Or you can lay out the ingredients in sectors on a plate, and serve the dressing separately.

7. Salad "Hawaii" with rice

Ingredients:

  • rice (preferably long) - 1.5 cups
  • smoked chicken meat - 400 g
  • canned pineapple - 1 can (or 250 g)
  • canned corn - 150 g
  • salt, ground black pepper (preferably ground just before dressing) - to taste
  • apple (take sweet and sour) - 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise (preferably take "Provencal") - 6 tbsp. l.
  • sour cream (fatty) - 4 tbsp.

Cooking:

We sort the rice and wash it so that the water becomes clear, then boil in in large numbers water, which is then drained. Set the cooked rice aside.

Remove the chicken meat from the bones and cut into small cubes.

Peel the apple, cut out the core and also cut into cubes.

Finely chop the pineapples.

Mix chicken meat with apple, pineapple, corn and rice.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Then mix everything well until a homogeneous mass, season with mayonnaise and sour cream and mix everything again.

We put the salad in the refrigerator for several hours (ideally at night), so that all the ingredients are soaked.

Before serving, you can sprinkle the salad with finely chopped parsley or dill.

8. Salad "Hawaii" with tuna, avocado and mango


Ingredients:

Canned tuna - 500g

Avocado - 2 pcs

Mango - 1 piece

Leaf lettuce - 2 leaves

Balsamic vinegar (apple) - 60 ml

Olive oil - 60 ml

Sugar - 3 g

Cooking:

Arrange tuna slices on a plate.

Peel the avocado, remove the pit. Cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

It can now be found in various dishes, including the Hawaiian salad. It is traditionally made with chicken or shrimp, but some prefer to use ham or meat. From this, it does not get worse, but simply acquires new taste characteristics. How many people, so many recipes.   • parsley and dill - 50 g
  • mayonnaise - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • red caviar - 1 tbsp. a spoon

Cut the cucumbers into strips, boiled chicken fillet and pineapple circles into pieces, chop the greens, and three cheese on a coarse grater. Mix all the ingredients, except for half the cheese and green onions. We spread everything in a slide, pour over with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese on top, and on the sides - green onion. We take half a boiled egg and cut it in the shape of a flower, put it in the center of the salad. Put a spoonful of red caviar inside the egg.

Hawaiian with ham

Ingredients:

  • ham - 300 g
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 50 ml
  • salad - 100 g
  • apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • edam cheese - 200 g
  • Italian seasoning? packs

Put whole lettuce leaves, grated cheese and thin circles of ham on a dish. Next will go circles of red bell pepper and pineapple slices. Blend olive oil in a blender apple cider vinegar and Italian seasoning. Drizzle this savory dressing over the salad.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • smoked chicken - 200 g
  • pineapple - 100 g
  • cheese - 150 g.

Ingredients:

  • fresh pineapple - 200 g

  • mayonnaise - 70-100 ml
  • pineapple juice - 3-5 tbsp. spoons
  • vinegar - 2 teaspoons
  • honey - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • pepper and salt - to taste

We cut the pineapple, chicken fillet and ham into very small cubes. Cut green onions and celery into small circles, chop cashews. Mix it all in a salad bowl and pour over the dressing. We do it this way: we mix pineapple juice, mayonnaise, honey and vinegar. You can season with salt and pepper if desired.

Hawaiian with Chinese cabbage, chicken and pear

Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage - 200 g
  • chicken breast - 400-500 g
  • chicken liver - 100 g
  • pear - 1 pc.
  • lemon juice- 2 tbsp. spoons
  • butter - 20 g
  • sour cream - 150 g
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • chilli - ? tsp

Fry large pieces of chicken fillet in olive oil. Put it on chopped Chinese cabbage, add pear pieces. small pieces chicken liver fry on butter, we do it for only 3-4 minutes. We put the finished liver in a blender along with the juice that has formed, add sour cream, mustard, lemon juice and chili pepper, beat until a soft creamy state. Pour the salad with this unusual dressing.

Ingredients:

  • fresh pineapple - 1 pc.
  • shrimp - 150-200 g
  • lime - 1 pc.
  • ginger - 10 g
  • cilantro - 20 g
  • mint - 10 g
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • red chili pepper - ? PCS.
  • sesame - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • lemon juice - 4-5 tbsp. spoons

We take a ripe pineapple, cut it into two halves, take out the pulp and cut into cubes. Boil the shrimp, add to them ginger, grated or finely chopped. Grind the mint and cilantro, remove the zest from the lime, cut the bell pepper into strips. To the total mass, add the chopped chili pepper. Drizzle the salad with lemon juice and spread it over the pineapple halves.

Hawaiian salad with cabbage

Ingredients:

  • cabbage - 1 head
  • canned pineapple - 1 can
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
  • parsley - 3 sprigs

Finely chop the cabbage, three carrots on a grater, add pineapple cubes and season with light mayonnaise. Decorate with parsley sprigs.

Hawaiian with pasta

Ingredients:

  • pasta - 150 g
  • carrots - 3 pcs.
  • Provencal herbs
  • tomato - 2 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 50-70 g

We boil any medium-sized pasta, ordinary horns will do. Three carrots on a grater, cut the tomato into cubes, mix everything with mayonnaise. Add some herbes de Provence seasoning.

Ingredients:

  • beef - 400 g
  • bacon - 20 g
  • sesame dressing - 50 ml
  • almonds - 100 g
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons

  • arugula - 50 g

Fry the bacon in a pan, in the same pan fry the meat, cut into pieces, seasoned with grated ginger. Add the crushed pulp of half a pineapple to the meat. When the meat is cooked, mix all the ingredients, add chopped paprika, arugula and crushed almonds. Dress the salad with sesame dressing and olive oil, sprinkle with coconut.
