About aggravation after working through emotional blocks. Diet after exacerbation of pancreatitis

Diet during exacerbation chronic pancreatitis not only allows you to get rid of unpleasant symptoms associated with it, but also improve the process of drug therapy.

Diet for symptoms of exacerbation

Exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis is accompanied by such signs as:

  • sudden and sharp painful sensations in the right and left hypochondrium, worsening after eating;
  • bloating;
  • loose, gray-dirty stools;
  • nausea;
  • frequent painful vomiting;
  • increased body temperature;

In the first couple of days, during an exacerbation of pancreatitis, the patient is recommended to rest completely and abstain from eating. IN this period You are only allowed to drink mineral still water or weak tea room temperature in a volume of no more than 1.5 liters per day.

The diet in the following days should be aimed at reducing the load on the pancreas as much as possible. Such a gentle regime can only be created by products that do not contain fats, as well as hard or rough texture, which makes it possible to eliminate not only mechanical, but also chemical irritation of the stomach. The fundamental components of the diet for the treatment of chronic pancreatitis is the consumption of easily digestible proteins of animal origin, while it is advisable to reduce the intake of carbohydrates and eliminate fats.

Diet during treatment

The diet in the first few days after an exacerbation of pancreatitis involves taking the following foods and dishes:

  • pureed soups from various cereals with the exception of millet, cooked on vegetable broth or just on the water;
  • cream soups from boiled meat or fish;
  • steamed cutlets or dumplings from lean fish, lean meat and poultry, trimmed of skin, fat and tendons;
  • semi-viscous and liquid porridge on water from buckwheat, oatmeal, semolina and rice;
  • soft-boiled eggs and egg white omelette;
  • milk and butter only in dishes;
  • steam puddings from calcined unleavened cottage cheese;
  • mild cheese;
  • mashed potatoes, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots and baked apples;
  • jellies, jelly, compotes based on dry and fresh fruits;
  • still mineral water, weak tea and rosehip decoction.

During this period, it is mandatory to limit salt intake and adhere to a diet that involves eating warm food in limited portions with an interval of 3-4 hours.

5-7 days after the onset of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, nutrition should be based on a gentle version of diets No. 5 or No. 5p, which involves pureed foods. These restrictions must be observed for 3-4 weeks before complete disappearance symptoms of the disease and improvement of the patient’s condition, after which, in agreement with the doctor and within the time period specified by him, you can refuse to wipe food. The basic diet during this period should be basic diet No. 5.

Sample menu for exacerbation

The menu for a patient on the 3-4th day of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis can be of two options.

First option:

  • 1st breakfast: egg white omelet, pureed oatmeal without oil, lightly brewed unsweetened tea.
  • 2nd breakfast: fresh cottage cheese, milk.
  • Lunch: buckwheat soup, stew boiled beef, fruit jelly.
  • Dinner: steamed chicken cutlets; zucchini puree, 200 ml rosehip decoction.
  • Before bed: 1 glass of kefir.

Second option:

  • 1st breakfast: liquid semolina porridge, 200 ml of rosehip decoction.
  • 2nd breakfast: apple jelly, 1 glass mineral water.
  • Lunch: oatmeal soup, steamed fish cutlets, carrot puree, weak unsweetened tea.
  • Dinner: cottage cheese soufflé, pureed buckwheat porridge cooked in water, not containing oil.
  • Before bed: 1 glass of fruit juice jelly.

At the same time, the consumption of 15-20 grams of sugar and 30 grams of crackers is allowed throughout the day. All products are prepared without salt; you can add salt to ready-made dishes.

List of prohibited products

During the period of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, the diet involves a categorical refusal of such products as:

  • strong and rich broths from meat and fish;
  • fatty, spicy, salty, smoked, pickled and fried foods;
  • beans, beans, peas;
  • onions, garlic, mushrooms, radishes, spinach;
  • grapes, dates, figs;
  • sausages, frankfurters, small sausages;
  • canned food;
  • raw and fried eggs;
  • fatty cottage cheese;
  • fish roe;
  • jam, chocolate, ice cream;
  • fresh bakery products, as well as baked goods;
  • sauces and mayonnaise;
  • carbonated drinks;
  • coffee and strong tea;
  • beer and strong alcohol.

Following dietary recommendations in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis will minimize the manifestations of the disease. Considering that the restoration of pancreatic function occurs quite slowly, a gentle diet should be maintained for 4-7 weeks.

It will be possible to introduce some foods excluded from the diet gradually, with extreme caution, and only if the patient’s condition steadily improves after consultation with the attending physician. During the period of stable remission, there is no longer a need to so strictly spare the stomach, however, one should not forget about the list of prohibited foods in order to avoid provoking new exacerbations.

The importance of dieting

After each exacerbation, a connecting scar remains in the pancreas at the site of the inflammatory focus. The size of normally functioning glandular tissue decreases each time, and the subsequent decrease in the production of enzymes and hormones leads to disruption of the digestive processes.

Because of this, a factor such as diet, in complex treatment acute and chronic pancreatitis is one of the main ones. If it is violated, it will be practically impossible to achieve compensation for the disease.

“Why is there an exacerbation diseases or new diseases appear after working through emotional blocks(feelings of guilt, fear, shame, etc.)????

After all, energy is released, and it flows more freely in the body. Besides emotional background becomes joyful."

  • Why do emergency situations arise during eclipses, equinoxes and the opening of portals...

Listen to the audio recording

Why do diseases worsen?

It has been correctly noted that when emotional blocks are released and cleared energy begins to move.

Let's focus on this.

In general, I believe that if any situation, any problem is decomposed into the level of interaction of energies, the answer is found very quickly, the picture becomes obvious.

Let's imagine a hose, a garden hose, through which water flows sluggishly. And then you increase the pressure, what happens to the hose?

- It's torn.

No. It tenses up and begins to vibrate. He stretches to the maximum, and then almost jumps, because the pressure is very strong.

First of all, it's hard for physical body, when the flow started en masse.

Now imagine this tense, vibrating hose, and then someone’s big paw, an orc, for example, steps on it and squeezes it. What will happen?

The water runs under high pressure, and then we pinch the hose. And then we let go. Have you provided a picture?

It's the same here. No matter what you and I do, if there are blocks (in particular, we are talking about the movement of energy, which means energy blocks)…

When we first clear them and the flow of energy begins to move, what does it do? He lifts everything he can reach. All the blocks, all the clamps, all the obstacles he trying to get out of his way. Therefore, the aggravation begins.

In my opinion, in our clinical history of diseases there is such a word - relapse. This is where it also begins, but only an “energy relapse.” Do you understand?

Safety precautions during the period of transformation.

The principle here is one step at a time. We worked on something and the flow of energy began. It brings with it the opening of new layers. There was more flow, the pressure increased. This means that he can knock out something that he hasn’t knocked out before, some kind of obstacle.

And everything connected with our energy manifests itself in physics. All the sores.

When, for example, a chakra is depleted, there is a constant lack of energy, and the chakra is not an artificial formation, it is directly connected with our endocrine system, with your glands... There is a constant lack of energy there.

As a result, it happens physical illness . Any chronic diseases- This energy depletion.

Therefore, they say - pay attention to your energy state, monitor what is happening, make diagnostics, work on it. To have a more or less even state.

And then, if suddenly this block appears somewhere, you feel it physically.

We offer several questions that will allow you to assess your energy potential.

Suddenly, out of the blue, for example, the lower abdomen begins to pull - problems with the second center.

Who, by the way, has noticed this in themselves, when such urges begin out of the blue? If you go get checked, there's nothing yet. But this is already a harbinger, the body is telling you.

At the body there is a tool which you will definitely understand: this pain.

Usually starts with pain. Since there was pain, they missed it and took a pill. The second time I missed the pain, took a pill, and everything seemed to relax. And then the actual physical exacerbation of the disease begins.

Because your body sent signals to you, and you sent them to it didn't listen.

Therefore, when questions arise, specifically related to any cleansing issues, try to attach this picture: From an energy point of view, what is happening?

Find the most understandable metaphor. IN in this case– with a hose – everything becomes transparent.

Or a river is flowing, there is a stone. If a stone lies on top and is powerful, it will simply blow it away. This is how it happens.

Learn how to help yourself when transformation affects the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

That’s why there are rush times during the opening of portals, eclipses, and equinoxes. Because at this moment a large flow of energy is pouring from above.

Now there is also a powerful flow, it is connected with other processes, in particular, with the Sun. There was a polarity reversal on the Sun, and now it is very powerful flashes It's sunny. And no matter how much the Earth’s magnetic field protects us, so that all this bypasses us, some of it breaks through, we feel it.

Fortunately, we have a protective field in front of the atmosphere that does not allow us to feel everything. Otherwise, many people would already be lying down.

If you have a headache Lately, it is connected with this.

When do you have to change your diet? Most often we think about this when something is already wrong in our body: excess weight, metabolic disorders, chronic diseases. Diet during an exacerbation of pancreatitis is simply necessary, because without it it is almost impossible to recover from the disease.

If pancreatitis develops, the diet is prescribed for at least 1 year. During this period of time, the patient provides the opportunity for his digestive system to recover and adjust to normal functioning.

As for the immediate acute period of the disease, in the initial two to three days of exacerbation, food consumption is completely prohibited. In the acute period, it is extremely important to create maximum rest for the digestive system, and, in particular, for the pancreas. This time should be used to stabilize metabolic disorders and normalize the production of digestive enzymes.

Let us repeat that you should not eat food in the first days. If the patient is thirsty, you can quench your thirst with a small amount of alkaline still water: Borjomi, Polyana Kvasova, Luzhanskaya, etc. Alkaline water can suppress secretion gastric juice, which will allow the pancreas to rest.

In the following days, depending on the patient’s condition, it is allowed to drink more and more, gradually moving to liquid and semi-liquid gentle food.

Diet for exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis

In case of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, a carbohydrate-protein diet is usually prescribed. Fats in the diet should be limited: they place a greater burden on the pancreas and gallbladder. Only a small amount is allowed vegetable oil.

Thanks to protein foods, damaged pancreatic tissue is restored. Carbohydrates are not prohibited, however, if there is a suspicion of the development of diabetes mellitus, then easily digestible carbohydrates are not recommended ( simple sugars, jam, sweets).

Vitamins are of great importance in restoring the digestive system and strengthening the immune system: vitamin A, C, bioflavonoids and group B.

Daily salt intake should be sharply limited (to relieve swelling of the inflamed gland), according to at least, for 2-3 weeks.

It is necessary to establish calcium intake into the body, which can strengthen vascular walls and reduce their permeability.

In case of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, you should switch to liquid and pureed food, which is served warm, without salt, spices and seasonings. At first, pureed soups, non-acidic kefir, liquid cereal porridges with water (oatmeal, rice, semolina), vegetable purees, whipped low-fat cottage cheese, and weak tea without sugar are allowed.

Over time, the menu expands: egg whites, jellies, lean meats and fish dishes steamed, white toasted bread.

You need to eat in small portions to prevent overeating. It is optimal to eat up to 6 times a day.

Fried foods, smoked, salted, pickled, canned foods, as well as fatty meat and lard, fatty sour cream, alcohol, and baked goods are prohibited.

Diet recipes for exacerbation of pancreatitis

  • Potato balls with chicken

We will need: potatoes, chicken breast, carrots, herbs, onions, vegetable oil.

Boil the chicken breast and pass it through a meat grinder or blender along with boiled carrots and a small onion.

Boil the potatoes and turn them into puree. We form a circle from the puree, put some minced meat into it, and make a ball. Place the resulting balls in the freezer for half an hour.

Place the frozen balls in a steamer or oven. If we bake in the oven, then the balls should be placed in a mold previously greased with a small amount of vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 220°C. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.

  • Pearl barley garnish

We will need: a little vegetable oil, one carrot, one onion, water (about 0.5 l), pearl barley - ½ cup, one tomato.

Pour into pearl barley water and cook for 45 minutes from the moment of boiling. After this, drain off the excess water and add a drop olive oil, leave under the lid.

Simmer the chopped onion with a tablespoon of vegetable oil, add grated carrots, finely chopped tomato, and simmer for about ten minutes over low heat under the lid.

Pass the pearl barley through a blender, add vegetable stew, mix and leave covered for another 5-6 minutes.

  • Homemade boiled sausage

Let's take: 700 g chicken breast, 300 ml sour cream, 3 egg whites, a little salt, optional greens.

Chop the raw breast and pass through a blender until mushy. Add protein, a little salt, and greens if desired.

Pour chilled sour cream into the resulting mass and knead.

Separate a third of the minced meat onto cling film and form a sausage, pulling the edges together with a thread. Thus, we should have three sausages.

Pancreatitis is a group of diseases that occur due to inflammation of the pancreas. Very often pancreatitis occurs after overeating. As a result of this disease, enzymes that should be released into the intestines accumulate in the pancreas and begin to destroy it. During such periods, especially during an exacerbation, it is very important to adhere to proper nutrition and comply strict diet. This is how this disease is treated

Diet for exacerbation of pancreatitis

Of course, the diet for pancreatitis must be followed constantly. But very often we remember this only during periods of exacerbation. During acute pancreatitis, the patient experiences some disturbances in the body:

  • pain;
  • overweight;
  • metabolic disease;
  • exacerbation of chronic diseases.

To avoid all this, you should adhere to proper nutrition.

A diet for acute pancreatitis is prescribed by specialists for one year. It is best for the patient to follow balanced menu throughout life. But over the course of a year, the digestive system and the entire body are cleansed and adjusted to new job. And the pancreas goes through all stages of recovery.

During the acute period of the disease, food is generally prohibited in the first three days. At this time, conditions are created for the normal production of the necessary enzymes. It is very important to immerse the digestive system in conditions of maximum rest. During these three days, a patient with acute pancreatitis improves all metabolic processes.

Since nutrition is prohibited during exacerbation of pancreatitis, the patient is allowed to drink a small amount of alkaline mineral water:

  • Borjomi;
  • Polyana Kvasova;
  • Luzhanskaya;
  • Essentuki.

Exactly alkaline water suppresses the secretion of gastric juice, which allows the stomach to relax and take a break from stress. On the fifth day, you can increase the dose and gradually switch to gentle liquid food:

Then it is allowed to include the following products in the menu:

  • dry bread (crackers);
  • vegetable soups with noodles (but without cabbage);
  • boiled veal, chicken and rabbit;
  • pasta and rice.

During periods of exacerbation and treatment of pancreatitis, it is necessary to exclude from the diet raw vegetables, fruits, greens, smoked meats, fatty and fried. Fresh ones are also prohibited flour products, baked goods, sweets. Carbonated drinks and alcohol will only aggravate the whole situation, and treatment will not bring the desired effect.

Diet for exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis

If chronic pancreatitis worsens in an adult patient, specialists prescribe a carbohydrate-protein diet. Fats should be limited in consumption as much as possible, as they place a large burden on the digestive tract, in particular on gallbladder and the pancreas.

You can include a small amount of vegetable oil in your diet and menu. Thanks to this diet, with the exception of fats, there is a gradual restoration of the walls of the pancreas. Very often develops against the background of pancreatitis diabetes. Therefore, if you suspect such a disease, you need to exclude easily digestible carbohydrates:

  • sugar;
  • sweets;
  • jam;
  • breakfast cereals.

It is very important to strengthen your immune system during this period. It is necessary to compensate for the lack of vitamins A, C, E and B. Adults and children with this condition need to minimize salt intake. It is advisable not to use it at all when preparing dishes for about a month.

It is important to strengthen the walls of blood vessels to reduce their permeability. This requires replenishing calcium levels in the body. Nutrition for acute pancreatitis in the chronic stage involves the consumption of liquid and pureed food. Food should be warm, always without salt and spices. A couple of drops of vegetable oil are allowed. At the initial stage of the diet, the following are allowed:

  • low-fat kefir;
  • shabby vegetable soup without meat;
  • liquid porridge with water;
  • low-fat cottage cheese;
  • weakly brewed tea.

This treatment menu should be observed for at least 15 days. Then the diet includes:

  • egg whites;
  • boiled or steamed meat and fish;
  • white crackers.

Stick to this diet for at least another week. When following a carbohydrate-protein diet, it is recommended to focus on individual foods. So, one day try to eat mostly protein foods, the second day – carbohydrates. Also prohibited from consuming fried foods, salted and smoked. Dairy products (sour cream, yogurt), pickled and canned foods are also not recommended.

Both adults and children need to eat fractionally during exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis. This means that the number of times you eat food should be up to six times, but in small portions.

How to eat after an exacerbation of pancreatitis?

After all the signs of acute pancreatitis subside and the functions of the pancreas are restored, the diet must be continued. The same strict diet is observed for at least another week or two. Otherwise, relapses will recur again and again, and temporary relief is just a period of remission.

All food, especially meat dishes, should be cooked in a steamer or oven. Thus, the digestive system gets used to normal functioning. After acute pancreatitis for further treatment You can use the following products:

  • White crackers;
  • Pasta;
  • Oatmeal, rice, semolina;
  • Vegetable oil (preferably olive);
  • Cream soup;
  • Jelly;
  • Peeled and baked fruits;
  • Dairy products;
  • Compote, freshly squeezed juices, jelly;
  • Dried fruits.

Be sure to pay attention to the still prohibited menu during the period of remission of pancreatitis:

  • Fresh baked goods;
  • Fatty meat and fish;
  • Sausages, smoked products;
  • Sour and pickled foods;
  • Animal fats;
  • Meat broths;
  • Cabbage in any form;
  • Ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces;
  • Any sweets;
  • Alcoholic drinks and sparkling water.

Before going to bed, it is recommended to drink 100-150 grams of low-fat kefir or yogurt. Weak tea is allowed, food should be warm, then it is better absorbed than hot or cold. You should know that each exacerbation of the disease leads to the appearance of a scar on the area of inflammation. Gradually, less normal tissue remains, and digestive disorders begin to occur. Compliance with dietary nutrition during an exacerbation is extremely important, so you should not neglect it. Otherwise, it is very difficult to achieve stable remission.

Arthritis, that is, inflammation of the joints, can occur against a background of complete health. But, if you ask people suffering from it under what circumstances they first encountered the disease, many will say: “I was frozen, I got sick with ARVI, and after that it started...”. And some did not get sick - one hypothermia was enough. With prolonged exposure to cold, the immune defense weakens, which creates conditions for the development of inflammation, including in the joints.

With arthrosis, there is no inflammation in the joints (or it is much weaker than with arthritis), but metabolic processes in the articular cartilage are disrupted. The substances that make it durable are destroyed faster than they are formed. In this case, the cold is dangerous because it causes a reflex spasm of the muscles surrounding the joint. Because of this, the blood flow to it decreases, the cartilage does not receive the nutrition necessary to build new cells, and destruction accelerates.

Hypothermia seems to be a winter problem. In fact, by winter we already get used to the fact that it is frosty outside, and we dress accordingly. But in the mid-season, relatively warm days alternate with cold ones, so there is a high risk of not choosing the right outfit.

What to do?

Make it a rule to dress “like a cabbage” so that when it warms up you can take something off. Another option is to carry an extra sweater. Make sure that problem joints and feet are warm: cooling them negatively affects the immune system, even if the rest of the body does not freeze.

If hypothermia occurs, upon returning home, it is useful to take a warm (but not hot!) bath: it will not only help you warm up, but also relax your muscles. Problem joints can be lubricated with warming ointment, which also relieves muscle spasm and activates blood circulation.

Threat #2: Falls

The first autumn frosts are associated with problems such as ice. Falls and associated fractures, dislocations, tears and tears of the meniscus or ligaments increase the risk of arthrosis in the future. This is one of the few cases where the disease can develop even in very young people. If the person is elderly, the injuries are even more dangerous, because the natural restoration of the cartilage tissue of the joints is greatly slowed down.

What to do?

If you know it's slippery outside, wear shoes with stable, ridged soles. It is better for older people not to go out at all if possible.

If you are taken by surprise by the ice (it was warm in the morning and frozen in the evening), try to avoid slippery areas as much as possible. This is impossible? Then bend your knees slightly and walk slowly, resting your weight on your entire foot. You can glide a little like a skier, but always without haste and with a very small amplitude. Refrain from shopping so as not to carry bags in your hands, and do not put your hands in your pockets - this will make it easier to maintain your balance.

Threat #3: Lack of Movement

In the cold season, our level physical activity greatly reduced due to bad weather, ice, and short daylight hours. At sedentary During life, the muscles that support the joint and take some of the load off it weaken. Because of this, even ordinary everyday activities (cleaning a room, going to the store) can lead to microtrauma to the articular cartilage. In addition, with a lack of movement, blood circulation slows down, which means the joint does not receive the nutrition it needs.

What to do?

Patients with arthrosis or arthritis are usually recommended special gymnastics. Many people, having done the exercises for a couple of weeks after an exacerbation, then forget about them. If you are one of these careless patients, it's time to resume training. If you exercised conscientiously every day, the complex can be expanded or the duration of classes increased.

You can also do yoga or Pilates at home. And when it’s a nice day, go for a walk. This will not only maintain muscle tone and improve joint nutrition, but will also allow you to get enough vitamin D, which is necessary for the health of the musculoskeletal system.
