Mix the cream cheese thoroughly with finely chopped herbs. By the way, the shrimp should already be boiled. If not, cook and clean.

Step 2.

Cut the fresh cucumber into thin slices diagonally.

Step 3.

Now grease the cucumber with cream cheese, put the olive inside and fasten with a skewer.

Step 4.

Decorate with shrimp as in the photo. You can also decorate with greenery.

It is advisable to use large shrimp in this recipe, but small ones also work well:


You can also do the same thing, but with small shrimp, but use the bread as a base and remove the olives, put everything on a skewer.

Fruit canapes.

These are the most simple types canapés on skewers on the festive table, only acting as dessert. You don’t need to prepare anything in particular, just see in the picture how and what, cut it and you can experiment yourself. But you can decorate the table in different ways.

But fresh fruits can be placed on a skewer without a base, as they are denser in structure. But with canned ones it’s better not so, they need a base, usually crackers.
